Last night at around 10 pm, I attempted to log into my POF profile using the app on my phone but was unsuccessful. The system indicated that my username or password was incorrect, which was not the case. Upon checking my email this morning, I discovered that my email associated with my POF account had been changed without my authorization. Unfortunately, the link provided in the email to rectify this issue is not functional. This situation is troubling as my bank account details are linked to my POF account. My username on POF is still the same, smichy, and my email address is [redacted] If a phone number is linked to my account, it should be [redacted]. I urgently require access to my account using my original email address, [redacted], and if this is not feasible, I request assurance regarding the security of my bank information. I have taken the necessary steps to change passwords on other platforms associated with my bank account for added security. Furthermore, as an upgraded member, I expect a refund for the remaining unused time if I am unable to access and utilize my paid membership.

I am facing difficulties accessing my Plenty of Fish free account. Initially, I encountered issues with my username and password, which led to the creation of a new account unintentionally. As a result, I cannot access my messages. Despite attempting to reset my password, I did not receive the reset email. I request assistance in deleting the incomplete account and restoring access to my original account, "stormy lover 56," containing my photos and messages. Good morning. I urgently need your help. I met a man named Christian Joistan online, and we have been communicating. He informed me he won a contract in Cyprus but is short on money. I declined to help financially. He then asked me to engage in online intimacy, and I reluctantly agreed. When he requested to deposit money for his contract into my account, I refused. He insisted, calling me his wife, but I stood my ground. I eventually realized the situation was suspicious, so I ended the relationship and blocked him. This morning, he threatened to share my intimate photos, claiming to be Linda, an agent from POF. She demanded payment to prevent the photos from being advertised online.

Hello, my name is Jonathan. I have been a POF user for many years, but recently, I have been experiencing some login issues. Whenever I input my login details, I am informed that my username/password is incorrect. Clicking on "Forgot password" and entering my email haven't resulted in receiving the password reset email. This happened two weeks ago, forcing me to create a new POF account using the same email. Surprisingly, I faced the same problem yesterday, 03/18/19. Receiving the "incorrect username/password" message again is becoming frustrating. I seek assistance to understand why this is happening repeatedly and prevent it from occurring in the future. I need to report a military scammer who has been requesting money and trying to obtain my bank information. He claims he needs $[redacted].00 for phone privileges and sends emails from a suspicious address, filled with typos. Our communication started on a dating site where he blocked me. He goes by the name Mountain Living, posing as Captain Alfred Owen from Texas or California, currently deployed in Nairobi, Kenya. His contact email is [redacted], professing love despite never meeting. He is also active on other platforms with limited information on his Facebook account, alleging to be from New Orleans. Military calls are free, exposing his deceitful behavior. This scammer needs to be exposed and stopped promptly.

I am attempting to sign up, but after entering my information, the website is prompting me to select pictures of buses, store fronts, traffic lights, and fire hydrants repeatedly. I have been answering the picture questions correctly, but the process seems endless and confusing. Even though I tried answering incorrectly, it directed me to choose the correct images, so I am certain my responses are right. Having been away from the site for a while, I had to register again, but this repetitive picture selection step is hindering my progress. I have attempted to join a few times already with the same outcome.

I recently visited your site and received an inappropriate message soliciting sex for money from a user named joyeytaylorwxm (Joe). This behavior is not in line with the purpose of your site, which is not intended for escort services or prostitution. The message was offensive and disrespectful, especially since my profile does not indicate any interest in such activities. This type of communication can be harmful, especially to individuals with a history of abuse. It is clear this user is not taking the platform seriously and is violating your terms and conditions. I have saved a screenshot of the message for verification. As I am recovering from surgery, this experience has been particularly appalling. It seems there is a misunderstanding, I wanted to share my thoughts on how POF could address the existing issues. My suggestion would be to consider shutting down the website, issuing apologies to anyone affected, and providing refunds along with additional compensation. This would help remedy the distress caused by the misleading information. Taking responsibility and resolving these matters would be important in restoring trust.

In November [redacted], I thought I saw my ex on POF. I decided to upgrade my subscription for a month, hoping to cancel it later. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach the company for assistance as there seems to be no clear way to contact them. This has caused me frustration as the additional monthly expense of $20 for the app is beyond my tight budget. The overdraft fees of $35 on top of the subscription charges have added to my financial strain. Despite my attempts to cancel the subscription since December, I have been continuously charged. I am seeking a refund for the four months of charges incurred since my initial attempt to cancel.

Hello, I've noticed an ongoing issue with the search engine functionality that's quite frustrating. Whenever I attempt to refine my searches, they actually expand, showing me profiles of individuals located hundreds of miles away rather than local matches. This inconsistency has been disappointing, especially after subscribing and encountering the same problem. I believe many others may share this frustration. I am concerned that my account might have been blocked or banned without my knowledge. I haven't had any new matches or views in a while, and I've had little to no response to the messages I've sent. I have made some changes to my profile in an attempt to improve it, but I fear I may have done something wrong unintentionally. I went through the account creation process, received a confirmation email after signing up, and logged in successfully. However, each time I logged out and attempted to log back in, I was met with an "incorrect username or password" message. Despite requesting a password reset email, I never received it. After recreating the account with a new email address, the same issue persisted. I reached out to customer support via email but have not received a response in over a month. I believed I was signing up for a 2-month subscription for $19.95, but I was charged $38.70. It's more than I can afford, especially since I am on a fixed income from Social Security. Unfortunately, I won't have enough funds to cover my $50 insurance payment due on April 1st. I urgently need to cancel my subscription and receive a refund. My original account with POF was compromised a few months ago when I confronted the user for using a fake profile. After receiving an email from POF acknowledging the hack, I found myself unable to log in. I created new accounts successfully, but every time I log out, I can't log back in. Despite trying various new accounts, emails, User IDs, and profiles, I face the same issue of being locked out upon signing out. Even though I can search and send messages, the login problem persists, and the "forgot password" option doesn't result in any email from POF. With multiple inaccessible profiles, I have unanswered messages and no means to delete the accounts. It's frustrating being punished for falling victim to a fake profile. POF needs to help resolve this unjust situation.

I recently emailed about my video call not being set up even though I am an upgraded user. I was charged for it using the username Preston and a different password, thinking I needed a new one. The correct account is under the username Preston1977. I hope this can be fixed promptly. I used my correct email for the account in question, so please reach out if further information is needed. I'm trying the video call feature to avoid fake profiles, which have been a nuisance. I receive around 20 to 30 fake profiles daily. If this issue is not resolved, I am considering cancelling my subscription. Additionally, I need to update my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted]. Any assistance on these matters would be greatly appreciated.

I am unable to access my POF account that I used in the past. After attempting to re-register, the website claimed my username was taken, so I changed it. However, when I tried to log in using the new username, my password was not recognized. When I requested a password reset, the email address associated with my account was deemed incorrect. I received an email confirming my registration, but I cannot reset my password with the same email. I have been trying to resolve this issue for two days now without success.
