I had an account that suddenly I couldn't log into. When I entered my email address in the "forgotten password" section many times I did not receive any emails. I assumed my account had been hacked??*I set up a new account less than * hours ago. *I wrote to you in your help section saying I was having troubles editing my profile and expressed my concern about my last account presumably being hacked. *I then got timed out and when I went to log back in yet again I couldnt! It's telling me it doesn't recognise my username or password. *I received a successful register email from you at *.**am UK time. To my email address *****@***.com.*It is now *am and I cannot access my account.*I have entered my email address for forgotten passwords, when prompted at log in, even though I haven't forgotten my password and yet again I'm still receiving no emails.*You sent me an email at *.** saying my registration was successful*I really can't fathom that a new account has been hacked in less than * hours?!?!*So why can I not get in?*Why am I not receiving emails from you?*Is our data safe?*This is very troubling.*I can't delete my account if I cannot access it, which should be my right.*I find this all very concerning.*It is very hard to contact you via text directly especially without access to my account and it seems impossible to contact a human especially of you live in the UK*I would like to be in contact with somebody directly about this.*I am extremely concerned and annoyed.*Please contact me*Lucy
