I got a message that my password had been changed, and I am here to tell you that I DID NOT change it. When I try to delete my account It tells me to enter my password, tried that and it won't let me access my account, says my password or email is not correct. I have no idea what is going on. You should have a customer representative to help with these issues. Phone number you have listed is not of any help as it is not answered.
