I have a subscription with Plenty of Fish that I would like to cancel. I received numerous messages from women soliciting sex shortly after subscribing last month. They engage me in conversation then direct me to their websites for sexual purposes, which I find inappropriate. I have decided to cancel my subscription and want to avoid any recurring charges. If there are any unauthorized charges, I will involve the police. I am not interested in improving my POF account; I simply want it canceled. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I recently registered for a new account but am experiencing difficulties accessing it. I received an email confirming my registration, which provided useful information about the features of the site. However, when I attempted to reset my password, I was informed that my email address is not linked to any account. Despite receiving registration confirmation to my email address, I am unable to create a new account as my username and information are apparently already in use. I am having trouble logging into my account. I was logged in last night, but today when I tried to log in, it said my password was incorrect. I tried to reset it, but I didn't receive the email. I am concerned that my account has been hacked. I tried to create a new account with the same email address and was able to do so. This makes me worry that someone may have accessed my information. I am having trouble logging in to my account on both my Android phone and Mac. I used to be able to access it, but now it won't accept my username or password, and I'm not receiving any email to reset them. I have provided this information multiple times, but haven't received any help. My username is Terrill with the account name pof****, and I also had another account with the username tmb**** and also pof****, which is not working either. I paid for a year of the upgraded service but haven't been able to use it for more than two months. Can you please assist me with this issue? I've been told I am wasting my time using this service. I have a question. When you are in touch with someone who wants to meet you but asks you to enter your credit card details on a website before meeting, claiming it's for safety, is this common? I felt hesitant about providing my credit card information to someone I haven't met. Should I be worried that it might be a scam? This person requested to switch to private texting, and after chatting we planned to meet. However, she then asked me to visit a website, create a profile, and input my credit card details. Is this a scam?

I have been on POF for three weeks now and have encountered multiple fraudulent profiles. I doubt the authenticity of the profiles and photos and have been directed to other websites like Ashley Madison. Despite reaching out to interesting profiles, I have received no responses or only encountered further fraudulent activity. I purchased a one-month trial but have not seen any improvement in my interactions. After contacting POF for help, they were not able to address my concerns adequately. I have requested to cancel my subscription, but have not received confirmation. I would like to cancel my subscription and avoid any future charges from POF. Thank you.

I am facing difficulties viewing my uploaded content on the website. While uploading images, I accidentally shared a post about incense smoke. I am aware of some options to delete the pictures, like using the trash can icon and clicking the "X" at the top right. However, I cannot remember any other possible methods at the moment. This simple mistake consumed over two hours of my day and caused a lot of frustration. Could someone please assist me with reopening my account? I prepaid for a 3-month subscription that was supposed to end in December [redacted]. I did not agree to any charges beyond the initial 3-month premium deal. However, on the 26th of this month, I was charged $38.70 by POF without my consent, knowledge, or expectation. This charge was a complete surprise as it conveniently occurred when their customer service was closed on the 25th and 26th, making it impossible for me to contact them. I want to emphasize that I did not authorize or expect this charge. My bank informed me that POF initiated the charge, and it couldn't be handled as a recurring payment.

I entered my account information but received an invalid password message. I've tried multiple times to reset my password by clicking the link provided, but I never received the reset email. Despite checking my junk mail folder, I couldn't find the email from POF. Following instructions on the website, I added the 'donotreply' email address to my address book. After completing this step, I attempted the password reset link again, but I still haven't received the email. Can you please help me receive the password reset email from POF?

Hello, I need help accessing my POF account since I forgot my password. I tried to recover my account by providing my registered email address with POF as prompted. However, my email is outdated, and I also have a new phone number. I now have a new email address and phone number. My username on POF is dimitch996. Can I reset my password using the new email address provided below? I recommend that customers have the option to use an alternative email address when facing this kind of issue. Thank you.

I last logged into my Plenty of Fish account in [redacted] and assumed it was deleted. However, I've been receiving email notifications about messages from other users, with the most recent being in October [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I'm not receiving the reset emails from POF. I've checked my spam folder and followed all suggestions, but still haven't received the reset email. I want to access my existing account rather than creating a new profile. How can I reset my password if the reset email isn't coming through to my inbox?

Username: rsteven3478 Email: [redacted] About 25 minutes ago, I upgraded my profile for $6.99 for the first year. However, after entering my card details, I saw that there would be an $81.00 charge. This is not acceptable. I will contact my bank to stop this payment immediately. I request that Plenty of Fish refunds the upgrade fee as I do not want to be upgraded. Even after upgrading, I am prompted to purchase additional items like coins, which I find unnecessary. The upgrade process should be clearer and not misleading. I am also disappointed with the site's content, as it seems to mainly have profiles of prostitutes every night. I joined to meet genuine people. To clarify, I am seeking a refund for the upgrade fee and do not wish to continue with the upgraded account as it does not provide the expected features. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I am dissatisfied with the dating app I am using. I paid to upgrade my account to send pictures, but my profile picture was removed for not showing my face, while others have pictures of their pets or partial nudity without issues. I want all profiles linked to [redacted] and [redacted] permanently deleted without any further charges. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my POF account being unexpectedly deleted. I am uncertain why this action occurred as my account, photos, and information were all accurate. I have had no negative interactions while messaging or dating, so I am unsure of any reason for a complaint. However, I did block individuals I was not interested in to prevent them from contacting me. Could this be the cause of my account deletion? Despite creating new accounts with different details, they were also quickly deleted. I have been courteous in my interactions and am genuinely single. I seek clarification on whether my blocking behavior led to the deletions or if there is another reason for this action. I discovered an old account on your website with my picture and profile that I deleted over a year ago. The account shows recent activity, but I haven't used your site in over two years. I created a POF account last night, but the password I set up is not working. I've tried multiple times to reset my password through email, but I haven't received any reset links. Despite getting email notifications, POF is saying my email isn't registered, even though I used it to create and verify my account. I am having trouble logging in and resetting my password. I signed up for an account twice today. After the first signup, the app became buggy, my profile information disappeared, and I couldn't log in from a laptop as it said my login details were wrong. I requested a password reset email, but it didn't arrive, not even in my spam folder. I created a new profile with the same username, and it worked. Now, I have two accounts with the same username created in a day. The content on my profile was not inappropriate. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access my account despite trying to log in. Creating a new account, the system did not indicate that the username was already taken. What could be causing this issue?
