I met JCMEAD40 on your site, and we really hit it off. After our meeting, I hid my account to signal that I didn't want to explore other options. This happened on Monday night the 26th. However, he was still able to see my profile even though it was hidden on my end. Does the account only stay hidden from those you haven't talked to yet? Did our previous conversations make it visible to him? This misunderstanding is causing tension as he thinks I lied, but I didn't. I need to understand why he could still see my profile when it was supposedly hidden. I genuinely like this gentleman and want to prove I was truthful so our connection can progress. Help is needed urgently, please.

Hello, I encountered an issue on the mobile app where my conversation inbox was deleted. After that, I was unexpectedly logged out. Despite using my correct email and password (which worked yesterday), I couldn't log back in. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it still wouldn't let me in. The password reset attempts did not help either; no reset emails were found, even in my spam or other folders, and I haven't received any email notifications for over an hour, though I usually get them non-stop since using the app. I am eager to regain access to my account "Kayturnbull99" as I was in the middle of planning a date. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I registered with Plenty of Fish around five years ago. Recently, I was informed that my profile is still active. I cannot recall the email addresses associated with the account but attempted to delete it manually. Please ensure that any profiles linked to [redacted] and [redacted] are removed. My phone number is [redacted]. I am distressed to still be visible on the dating site and request immediate removal. Kindly send a confirmation email once this is resolved. Despite following deletion instructions years ago, my profile is apparently still accessible. This invasion of privacy is concerning and I seek prompt resolution.

I've encountered issues setting up multiple Plenty of Fish accounts using different email addresses. Despite successfully creating a profile, upon logging out, the system indicates the password is incorrect. Resetting the password via email has not been successful. Recently, when creating a detailed profile under the username Blondie8525 with the email [redacted] and password bluebell85, the login issue persisted. I've attempted to resolve this problem on various devices without success. I'm unsure if these accounts are active or if there is a technical glitch preventing access. Any assistance in resolving the login problem for the Blondie8525 account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently signed up for an account on Plenty of Fish. I am disappointed by the number of apparent scammers and fake profiles on the site. Despite paying for the service, I find myself constantly filtering through spammy messages and fake accounts. It is frustrating to spend so much time trying to connect with genuine users among all the fake ones. The experience has not lived up to my expectations, considering the money I have invested in the paid features. Therefore, I would like to request a refund and cancel my subscription.

I signed up using PayPal and canceled the payment before it processed, but the money was still deducted from my account. This should not have happened. After carefully reviewing the terms of service, I discovered that I qualify for a refund. In Section 10, Subsection 2 of the Purchase terms, it states that billing errors can be corrected, even after payment has been requested. This applies to the canceled transaction error. Additionally, in Section 10, Subsection 4 regarding Refunds, it mentions that subscribers in specific states, including Illinois where both my billing and residential addresses are located, can cancel their subscription within three business days without any penalties. I kindly request a refund as per the terms of service I fall under. Your compliance with the stated rules will resolve this issue promptly and professionally. I regret any inconvenience and frustration caused and anticipate a swift resolution without further complications. Thank you.

I am not a user of POF and have never heard of it before. I don't know any users either. However, someone posted my cell phone number on the POF site which caused me great emotional distress early Monday morning, December 3rd, [redacted]. My phone was bombarded with over 20 texts (many containing inappropriate images) and numerous phone calls. I have informed my attorney, who suggested reaching out to the Attorney General's office in the state where POF is based. The username which posted my phone number ([redacted]) was sunnydayz_7,29. This incident took place around 3:00 AM EST on December 3rd, [redacted]. I have asked other callers to report this malicious behavior. I am unsure who could have done this, but I request that my number be removed from the POF site immediately. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear POF team, I deleted my profile two weeks ago, yet I'm still receiving notifications to my email claiming that people want to meet me and about available matches. I have never used the 'meet me' app and did not pay for any services, so receiving these emails is troubling. I am currently in a committed relationship and the continued notifications are concerning, suggesting my profile may still be active. I hope this site can become felony-free. I encountered someone with a felony on here, dated them, and later discovered concerning behavior. After suspecting he was planning harm, I ended the relationship. Despite altering my profile details to avoid him, I received a message recently that made me fear he recognized me. I urge for the removal of felons from the site for safety.

I registered last night AEST with the username Yogaonthebeach. Today, I replied to an email from a suspected scammer, warning them that I'd report them to POF. Shortly after, I was kicked out of POF and despite numerous attempts, I can't log back in. Even though I've double-checked my username and password, I keep getting a message that they are incorrect. I have tried requesting a password reset link from POF multiple times, but I haven't received any emails. I've been monitoring my inbox closely but haven't received anything yet. I'm concerned if the suspected scammer has blocked my account from my IP address. I sincerely hope for assistance to regain access to my account as I have followed all POF guidelines. Subject: Request for Refund and Account Deletion I have been receiving unsolicited messages of inappropriate nature on a daily basis since I subscribed to your website. These messages go against my personal values, and I feel uncomfortable and offended by the content. Although I have noticed that profiles are removed relatively quickly, I believe more proactive measures should be taken to prevent such messages from appearing in the first place. I kindly request a refund of the amount charged on my card on 12th November [redacted] to POF.com in the amount of £83.88. I also ask for any future payments or subscriptions to be canceled, and for my profile to be deleted from your platform immediately. Hello, I wanted to share information about a scammer I encountered on this site. About two weeks ago, we connected and decided to exchange contact information. Unfortunately, I don't recall his username after we both deleted our accounts. He went by Edward Odwell, Eddie Edwards, or Ed Frostie, claiming to be an ex-army individual. I later found out he has a criminal record, including a history of harassment, and has been exposed on a Facebook page for impersonating army personnel. I'm concerned others might fall victim to him, so please be cautious. He mentioned living in Weedon near Daventry or possibly Northampton, standing 5ft 10 with hazel eyes, bald, and not having children. He works as a driver, though this could change. I recently communicated with a person named waystedkisses on POF. He claims to be a 52-year-old White male from Florida, Rhode Island. He stated he is a Christian, holds a Masters Degree, and is a retired UN worker. He blocked me after I messaged him in Ghanaian because he mentioned living in Ghana and just being originally from the "United State." He also mentioned his deceased wife and a 7-year-old daughter named LISA taken care of by nannies. This doesn't match the person I believed I was speaking to. He identified himself as Mr. Nelson Moore Williams and shared an email for contact. I am concerned about the possibility that my photo could be misused to deceive others. This situation is troubling, and I seek guidance on how to address it. Thank you.

I sent a joke text to a friend on POF, which was misinterpreted, leading to both my friend and POF blocking me. I quickly called my friend to explain the harmless joke, and she unblocked me after understanding. However, POF still has me blocked, possibly not realizing it was a misunderstanding. I would like my account, under the handle RAYZORROMANCE, to be unblocked by POF. I assure you that this incident was a one-time mistake, and I will ensure it does not happen again. I have created two accounts in the past week, and every time I try to sign in, I receive an error message stating that I cannot log in. It seems like my accounts are being reported by other users, possibly because I prefer not to engage in conversations. I believe my accounts should not be cancelled just because I choose not to communicate with others. I have invested time in creating and using these accounts, and the individuals I interact with are no longer able to contact me. If my accounts are being deleted due to reports from other users, I think there should be a more thorough investigation before taking such action. It is frustrating to have accounts deleted simply because some people do not want to talk to specific individuals.

I recently joined POF, and within a week, I've engaged with a few women. I have also encountered and reported obvious fake profiles advertising websites. However, I noticed a bias towards women on the platform. I reported a woman who blocked me for differing opinions without being disrespectful, but now I find myself unable to log in again. It seems like the site favors women unfairly, making it easier for them to stay while men get removed more quickly. I feel the service is sexist and unable to handle honesty from men. It might be better for sensitive users to have a safe space with positive affirmations rather than engage in online dating.

After registering on the platform, I encountered issues accessing my account despite multiple attempts. When trying to reset my password, I did not receive any email links for resetting. Only the initial registration email is in my inbox from POF. I attempted creating two new accounts with different emails, hoping this would resolve the problem, but faced the same issue. Strangely, on both new accounts, I noticed I did not receive any views or messages, almost as if my profile did not exist. I seek assistance in resolving these login and visibility issues. Thank you.

I have had issues logging into my accounts due to incorrect username or password messages. Despite reset attempts, I do not receive the emails with the new password. However, I receive other notifications to my email regularly. Deleting the account is not ideal. Creating new profiles with different credentials temporarily solves the problem, but it disrupts ongoing conversations. Assistance is needed to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I need assistance with my account. I am baffled by the poor support provided. My account username is tankrun988. I have used it all day, receiving notifications to my email without issues. Suddenly, I got logged out and am unable to log back in. Resetting my password does not send the recovery link. I am sure I entered the right email as I received the initial registration email and others. Now, I am being told my email is not linked to an account, yet I can't register again as my email is already in use. Please help me sort out my tankrun988 account.
