I have been inactive on POF for weeks and it seems like my account has been blocked due to reports from guys I haven't responded to. Despite not being logged in, my account was blocked again. It's frustrating that women's rights are not being protected in these situations. I had started getting to know a nice guy and suddenly my account was blocked even though we both have limited time to be online due to work. I am disappointed about being blocked for no apparent reason. I have never posted anything inappropriate and don't engage in any wrongful behavior. I rarely respond to messages, and I would like my account to be reinstated. It feels unfair that our interactions and login activity are being closely monitored without proper justification.

I have been using the same POF account for three years without any problems. Recently, I have been unable to log in as it keeps stating incorrect password or username. When I try to retrieve my information using my email, I do not receive any reset emails. After struggling for 3-4 days, I decided to create a new account, which is now facing the same log-in issue. I am concerned that my account has been deactivated, as I cannot access it despite never having an issue with it before. I have only reported one user for being fake, but I am unsure why this is happening.

My password is correct, but my phone died, and now I can't log back in. I've tried resetting my password numerous times but haven't received any emails. I've also sent feedback three times with no response. I was interested in someone special and was considering upgrading to reach out to her. Losing access is devastating. I feel lost and worried. It seems like I may never be able to connect with anyone again. Could someone please help me figure out if my account was hacked? I'm extremely concerned since all my photos and personal information are on the app. This situation is really distressing.

I created a POF account 5 years ago but had some bad experiences, so I deleted it. After rejoining, I met someone, but it didn't work out, so I deleted my account again. Recently, I had technical issues with my email and forgot my password. I created a new email ([redacted]) but encountered issues with the username showing up as my old one. I am receiving matches but unable to access them due to this confusion. My previous email was [redacted] I am Jacalyn E Johnston, and I am confused by these profile issues as I have forgotten the password for my old usernames like jackiesyorkies8 and greatlady88.

I connected with a girl on POF who claimed to be 18. However, after we exchanged photos, she mentioned she would turn 18 in December. Later, her parent contacted me, threatening to involve the police for allegedly engaging with their underage daughter. They demanded payment for a broken laptop resulting from the altercation. Despite my attempts to clarify and resolve the situation, they insisted on receiving $[redacted] through various methods. As they urged me to send the money promptly, I researched and found similar scams reported, leading me to question the legitimacy of their demands and causing me to hesitate in complying.

I recently contacted support about a compromised account issue. While trying to create a new account, I found out that someone had already used my email to register. Support deleted the old account to let me create a new one, but now I'm unable to register at all. My email is [redacted], and I'd like to use the username tabi1980. Although it seems available, the system keeps asking me to complete image tests or word puzzles without letting me register. I'd appreciate any help with getting registered as tabi1980 with my email [redacted] Thank you.

I am Larry "Dean" Clayton Hedrick, a 24-year-old male living in Bristol, Tennessee. I faced issues editing my reactivated Plenty of Fish account, leading me to pay $81.40 for a yearly membership and $16.90 for credits on my old account. To update my information accurately, I had to create a new account with a $38.70 two-month membership. Unfortunately, I encountered a suspicious user who claimed to be 24 years old, from Knoxville, TN, and Native American. They shared a phone number with a Pennsylvania area code, turned out to be fake, and sent inappropriate content and links to explicit sites supposedly affiliated with Plenty of Fish. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].

Hello. Following a breakup, my ex has accused me of having multiple profiles related to her, which is untrue. She's struggling with emotional issues and can be abusive. Recently, I attempted to create a couple of new profiles to connect with new people, but they were unexpectedly deleted. She alleges that these profiles included fake pictures and names of both genders, which is completely out of character for me. I only use my own photos, and I am not interested in communicating with her. I genuinely want to have my profile reinstated to engage with others. I am unsure why my profiles are continuously being removed. I believe she might be the reason behind this as she has a history of fabricating information to monitor me online, even using a service to track a phone number that wasn't mine for long. I am feeling confused and upset. I recently encountered an issue on your site where I believe my account was compromised by a spammer. I was communicating with Jerry Chapman on POF, who was not a paying member. After a brief exchange, he became pushy about professing his love, which made me uncomfortable. Soon after, my account was bombarded with messages from multiple men and I was unable to access it. I suspect Jerry Chapman might be involved. User jrg11 has reappeared on the platform with a profile lacking details. They previously misled me about their interests to manipulate me for a physical relationship. It became clear that their intentions were solely for intimacy during our encounter, as they directly propositioned me afterward. Beware of their tendency to modify their profile to deceive others. His listed interests of Music, Movies, Outdoors do not truly reflect his focus on music, peculiar videos, and outdoor drinking. Additionally, his concerning physical appearance raises questions about his sexual health practices. It is essential to exercise caution with individuals like him who may engage in risky behavior without protection. Stay vigilant when encountering such individuals on dating platforms.

Every time I exit the app, my account disappears, and I've had to create a new one three times this week. I simply close the app or lock my phone, and when I reopen the app, I find myself logged out. Upon attempting to log back in, I receive an error message stating my password is incorrect. I have only three passwords that I use, so I am confident that it's not a case of mistyping. Despite this, when I try the "forgot password" option and submit my email, I never receive a response for a password reset link. I am confused as to why my account keeps getting deleted since my pictures are of myself without any nudity or inappropriate content. Why does this keep happening to me?

I have registered but I am unable to log in. Each time I request a password reset, it takes a long time to receive the email. When I try to contact support via email, it shows as sent but isn't in my sent folder. I have two emails on the account, and both are experiencing the same issue. My previous email was [redacted], and I later registered as 4EVERS from [redacted] Everything was working fine initially, but it suddenly stopped functioning while I was chatting. Despite resetting my password multiple times, I couldn't send or receive any emails. I believe the system may be corrupted, and I'm open to starting fresh if necessary. I wanted to share my experience with an issue on the site. Recently, my account was targeted by fake profiles trying to obtain my personal information. A year ago, I encountered an individual on POF who initially used a false last name. Unfortunately, I later discovered she had a criminal background and engaged in dangerous behavior towards me. After reporting the incident to the police, they uncovered her true identity as Sara Elizabeth Klepper, an individual with a history of criminal activities. My focus now is to prevent her from harming others, especially since she has misled people in the past. Although her latest legal trouble was in Polk County, Florida, she evaded court proceedings after being released on bond. Sara, 33, manipulates older members of the lesbian community and should be barred from platforms like POF to protect users from potential harm.

I need assistance as my phone and POF account have been hacked. Last week, my account was active, receiving many responses, but my password stopped working. POF refunded me and assumed my account was disabled due to hacking. After re-entering and paying again, it happened once more. I contacted POF three times without any response. The person involved is someone I met on POF, named Jerry Chapman. I need access to my account and to stop him. Please help me, I am unable to send messages through my blocked account. Hello, I have been a Pof member intermittently for over five years. Lately, it has been extremely challenging to connect with genuine people due to the overwhelming presence of scammers and fake accounts on the site. In the past, scammers rarely initiated contact, but now they are becoming more aggressive. I have developed an ability to spot these fake accounts quickly. I have noticed a shortage of site administrators in my area and would like to propose my candidacy for an admin position. Out of the 50 daily likes I receive, about 40-45 are usually from scammers or bots. The site used to be successful for me, and I wish to see it return to its former glory. I am willing to volunteer as an admin to help clean up the platform in my area. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for your consideration.

I recently connected with an individual from Vancouver for a few days, and we spoke on the phone last night while he was at a hotel in California. Despite his attempts to reach me multiple times, my phone did not ring, but he managed to leave a voicemail. Following our conversation, his POF account started malfunctioning and eventually disappeared. We had arranged to meet in my hometown of Vernon, BC, tomorrow and for the weekend. He appeared genuinely interested in me. I'm curious to know if he was removed from the platform, involved in any scams, or faced any issues. He disclosed his first name as John, with no mention of his last name or username. Describing him as dark-skinned (not Black), with black hair, 6'4" tall, built like a bodybuilder, he claimed to work as a Software Developer or a similar profession and was in California for business. Any assistance in this matter would be appreciated.

This morning, I faced a problem logging in and after requesting a password reset, I did not receive the email. I am puzzled why my account might have been removed as I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior. I am frustrated with the spam accounts constantly messaging me, liking my posts, and wasting my time. I did not sign up for this platform to spend my time reporting these repetitive users with similar profiles that could easily be eliminated with a simple script. I am requesting a refund for the money I have paid, as I feel misled and bombarded with ads. Despite leaving numerous comments and reports, the issue persists, and I have lost trust in this service. The number of identical profiles and messages I encounter after making a purchase is alarming and aligns with the accounts I report. I am beyond disappointed and annoyed by the continuous spam, making it difficult to use the platform. This is not what I expected when I made my purchase, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the current situation.
