Help with my Plentyoffish issue

I had issues logging in after the app logged me out for some reason. I requested a password reset and never got an email as indicated by pof. i have an android, samsung galaxy s*plus. I eventually set up a new profile and I can't even log into that new profile. Same error if invalid username or password. How do I resolve the issue? Oh, and I did uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that would fix the issue. I look forward to your response. Thank you for your time and assistance.
