My Plenty of Fish account was functioning perfectly until my boyfriend interfered, and now I can't access it. He changed my password, and I've forgotten the status of my account before this happened. I feel estranged and abandoned because of his controlling behavior. I used to enjoy talking on your site, and I hope you can forgive me for not being able to handle my own account. Please help me regain access to one of my favorite places to communicate with others.

Good afternoon, I have been trying to contact POF customer service to retrieve my account "BlackMenHmu." Initially, I spoke to a man named Adam with a heavy accent who mentioned a $5 fee which would be refunded later. After calling back, another person mentioned a $3 technician fee for account retrieval. They mentioned my account was accessed from Ohio, but I am located in San Diego. There was confusion about different fees and locations compromising my account. I explained I do not have a laptop, which seemed to upset the second person. I believe I have the right to express my preferences on my profile. Both individuals assured me the fees would be refunded, raising questions about why they are necessary. I requested my account be disconnected to prevent further interference. I would like assistance in accessing my account securely. Thank you.

I was contacted by a user named Ellan Miller (username: ellanmiller7) who claimed to be deployed. Our conversations raised suspicions due to inconsistencies, leading me to believe he may be a scammer seeking financial gain. When I asked for an APO address, he provided a questionable address in Nigeria instead. His explanation for not being able to call me seemed dubious, citing the need for his commander's permission. His poor grammar, which he attributed to his German parents, also seemed suspect. Despite his professed love and desire to marry me, I decided to end communication as his requests became increasingly strange. It is clear that this individual is a catfish.

I am having trouble logging into my POF account. I use the POF app on my Android phone and have attempted to log in on my Windows laptop without success despite clearing the cache. When trying to log in through the app, I get an error message indicating an incorrect username or password, although I use a password manager. I contacted POF via [redacted] with the subject "Login problem" and received an automated reply saying my email address isn't linked to a current account. However, POF has emailed me at that address since then, showing it's associated with my account. Despite sending multiple emails to POF, I have not received a response. When attempting to reset my password, I don't get the reset email from POF. It's frustrating not getting any feedback or assistance from POF. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. I unintentionally locked myself out of the POF site by asking numerous women to block me, so as not to bother them again. Realizing too late that too many blocks can lead to being locked out, I find myself unable to access my account. Despite following all POF rules, it seems my request to be blocked may have been the cause. I updated my profile on 12/13 October [redacted] to remove the block request, but it might still be active before these dates. I've tried using both of my email addresses to log in, but have had no success. I kindly request POF to investigate this matter. Thank you.

Hello: I previously upgraded my POF account about six months ago using my credit card. After changing my phone, I encountered login issues and forgot my password. Despite numerous attempts to reset it, I have not received any reset emails from POF. I am unable to log in to delete my account, and I have been unexpectedly charged for a new membership that I do not want. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in reaching POF via email or telephone for assistance. I am hopeful that you could aid in obtaining a refund and canceling the membership for me. Thank you. I have made three profiles in the last week, but I face an issue with the iOS POF app. Each time I close the app and reopen it, I am unable to log in. Even though I am sure my username and password are correct, the app doesn't recognize them, and now I have three inaccessible profiles. I received an email stating that my email address is not registered, but I received a confirmation email to the same address when signing up. I prefer not to create a new account or reset my password but simply want to log in. If necessary, I can use my old Hotmail account. My POF account was unexpectedly removed and I cannot comprehend the reason. I made sure to adhere to all the POF Terms and Conditions: 1. I provided accurate personal information. 2. My age listed was correct. 3. I am single. 4. Only my own photos were used. 5. I did not share any inappropriate images. 6. My communication was always respectful. 7. I did not engage in any harassment. 8. No product promotion was done. 9. I did not exceed message limits. 10. I am seeking a serious relationship, not casual encounters. 11. The intention was solely to find a long-term partner. I was considering upgrading my membership when my account was deleted. Could you kindly investigate and assist in reinstating my account? I had a civil interaction with my ex on the platform. Is it plausible that they reported me maliciously leading to my removal? Appreciate your attention to this matter.

To whom it may concern, I wish to report a fake account on POF using my name and photos. The account under the name KellyMxoxo is impersonating me. I have no association with this profile and would appreciate any help in resolving this issue as it is concerning to have someone using my identity in this manner. Good morning, I encountered issues accessing my POF account, which was functioning well earlier. Despite sending several emails and attempting to reset my login information, I recently received a notification that my account was closed without any explanation. I assure you that all the information and photos on my profile are authentic. There is no inappropriate content, no offensive language, and no explicit images. I have always maintained respectful behavior towards others and have not engaged in any misconduct. However, there was one individual who persistently harassed me, even tracking me down on another social media platform. Despite this, I remained courteous and non-confrontational.

My account name is stargazer6012, and my name is Linda D. My email is [redacted] I had previously hidden my profile while chatting with someone from the site offline. Upon returning, I found 10 new messages and 38 views even though my profile was still hidden. Additionally, two contacts, fasrride4u2 from Lakeville, MN, and Gideon M. from Minneapolis, MN, are now missing from POF. I was particularly interested in fasrride4u2 from Lakeville. Please investigate this issue as I have never encountered such trouble in the 2 years I've been on POF. I am expecting to hear from fasrrider4u2 in a week and would like to maintain communication. I am having trouble accessing my accounts because they are claiming my password does not match my username. A man has been harassing me and a friend on the site. He even turned in a false report about me. I believe he did this because he was caught trying to message me while talking to my friend. When my friend confronted him, he was aggressive towards me. He managed to get my account blocked without any investigation or communication with me. The username responsible for harassing me is "luccthadon5." I have reached out via email multiple times, but have not received any responses. It is distressing to think that my information is on a site that does not address consumer concerns promptly.

I have created my account, edited my profile, and my password was saved upon creation. However, it seems that my saved password is incorrect. I have attempted to reset it via email, but I have not received any reset emails despite multiple attempts. I have thoroughly checked all my email folders, but the reset email is nowhere to be found. I am unable to contact support via phone, as it only leads to automated recordings. I am certain my account still exists as I tried to re-register and was notified that my account name is already taken. I am becoming increasingly frustrated and would appreciate it if this issue can be resolved promptly.

Hello, I recently created a POF account using a new email. I completed all the necessary information and uploaded my picture, but the account unexpectedly closed. When I attempted to log back in using my password, it indicated that the password or account was incorrect, which I knew was not the case. I then recreated the account with the same details, including the password and ID. Initially, I was able to access it, but it closed again when I uploaded additional pictures. I am now unable to log in once more. I am concerned that there may be two accounts operating under the same ID, specifically Julia2848. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

Hello, I am writing to bring attention to a scam involving someone named Diego Lucas [redacted] on the POF app. This individual poses as a doctor working with the UN and asks women for financial help, convincing them to open a bank account and send money. As a Constable with the Brooks RCMP in Alberta, I have received complaints from concerned citizens in our community about this fraudulent activity. Hello, I am confused about why my account was deleted. I reported a profile and have a screenshot attached to an email complaint that I sent to POF's complaints email address. I do not understand why my account was removed. If it is not reinstated within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to trading standards. If someone reported me, it may be because I ignore messages from men I am not interested in, assuming they did not read my profile and are not serious. I am genuinely looking for a relationship outside the app. Many users are on the platform for casual encounters, so I have clearly stated my intentions in my profile. I believe I have the right to do so without facing repercussions or having my account deactivated. I will pursue this issue until it is resolved. I find this situation unacceptable. Upon signing up, I selected a one-month subscription and opted out of automatic renewal. I encountered difficulty cancelling online and despite my efforts, an automatic renewal occurred after one month. I contacted customer service to halt the renewal, spending a substantial amount of time discussing app installations and other procedures to request a $20 refund. However, my bank declined the refund as it was in "bit coin" from England, resulting in the closure of my account. Despite instructing the representative not to pursue the refund, I now notice another $19.99 charge today. I require the amount to be refunded by 5 p.m. Eastern Time in the US. I seek clarification on the steps being taken to address this issue promptly.

I am having trouble accessing my account on POF. Despite multiple password recovery requests, I have not received a response. Today, I called a phone number I found online for POF support, and I was informed that my account had been compromised by someone in Colorado. They mentioned a $4.99 charge to resolve the issue. After providing my debit card details, my checking account was emptied. I acted quickly, contacting my bank to halt several pending transactions amounting to $[redacted].00 and $65.00, which were unauthorized. The contact number I used was 1-[redacted], associated with CenturyLink. My email is [redacted], and my username on POF is NobleChristian.
