I thought I had cancelled my account, but I was just informed that not only was my account not cancelled, but that I’m still being charged $**.** every * months. After doing the math, I discovered that I’ve had appx. $***.** taken out of my account for a service that I haven’t needed since November of ****. **First, may I please have my account cancelled and all automatic payments ceased immediately?
