The issue in GetHuman-ponyuppa's own words
I had logged in on my account on a phone, logged out. Went home to log in again on my computer and it told me that either my password or under name is incorrect and proceed to put my email in for a new password. I did that and it hasn’t sent me an email yet to reset my password. So I tried again on my computer and then a friend of mines and it is still saying that one is wrong and to send an email to reset it. I still am not receiving an email.
GetHuman-ponyuppa did not yet indicate what Plentyoffish should do to make this right.
