Yesterday, I reported an issue that still remains unresolved. My POF account was deleted without reasons provided, despite using genuine photos and information. As a female user, I have not engaged in inappropriate behavior or harassment. I am unable to create a new account even with different email and password details. I have not violated any of the platform's rules such as sending lewd messages or using copied content. I kindly request for the apparent IP ban to be lifted as I genuinely enjoy using POF and want to continue my search for a match. Thank you for your assistance in rectifying this matter.

My username is Haystack_Needle. I initially used [redacted] Unfortunately, I was hacked two weeks ago. To secure my account, I changed my password and email to [redacted] However, I am now unable to log in. When attempting to reset my password, I do not receive the reset email for either address. After the hack, all my account information was altered except for my pictures. The hacker sent messages posing as "Bruce" to women in the Santa Monica area of California. I rectified the changes made during the hack, and everything was fine until last night when the issue resurfaced. I have around nine months of paid subscription remaining. If my account was terminated by POF for a violation, it must have been due to the actions of the hacker. Please resolve this issue promptly! Haystack_Needle

I have experienced a severe hacking issue recently. Despite being a long-time member, I am having trouble reaching out to you. My username is DIVINEFIND, and I am struggling to access my profile after changing passwords and emails. I have paid for the feature to hide my profile but cannot find a way to connect. I reported a suspicious profile on POF last night, and it seems to have disappeared. However, I am unsure if POF removed it or if the scammer deleted it. Even after trying to delete messages, they were still appearing, causing concern that my account might be compromised. I changed my password, hid my profile, and updated my location for safety. I would appreciate it if you could verify if my account was indeed compromised and enhance security measures. Communication through email has been challenging as replies are bounced back. I have encountered a suspicious profile on POF that seems to be attempting to scam other users. The profile name is "Ashleyduttry." The user messaged me claiming to have a friend interested in me who lacks a profile. They provided an email address for this 'friend.' After exchanging emails, it became clear it was a scam. I want to report this user to POF, as I have evidence in the form of email copies.

Hello, I seek your assistance. Username: Servicecityshutdown Email: [redacted] I signed up two days ago and have been receiving numerous emails about messages and meetings. However, whenever I attempt to upgrade my membership, I receive a notification that my username or email is incorrect. I have tried to reset my password, but I do not receive the reset email, and it is not in my spam folder. I have invested a lot of time in this issue, receiving over 30 emails to the specified email address. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider using another service. I suspect my account has been compromised as I am unable to log in due to the changed email and password. The account was created recently, but I can no longer access it. I tried to create a new account with the same credentials, and it led to a different account being opened. It's apparent that someone has hacked into the account. Kindly investigate and resolve the issue. I request the account be deleted once it's rectified. Please keep me updated on the progress. Thank you for your assistance!

I have recently sent an email and will send another one as well. The account is under the name Traci Wymann with the username my3boys2018 and the email [redacted] Unfortunately, my account got hacked, and I am unable to access it with my email and password. I tried to retrieve it today, but the profile seems to have disappeared, so I deleted it. However, my original account is still active under another email and password set by someone else. I kindly ask for your assistance in looking into this matter and updating me on the status. I would also appreciate it if you could delete the account so I can recreate it later once this issue is resolved. Thank you.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with a man on POF. After one day of chatting, I realized his player attitude wasn't for me, so I decided to end communication and blocked him on the app. He then started texting me using my phone contacts and we got into a heated argument via text messages for about 45 minutes. Hurtful things were said on both sides, leading to false accusations and a plan to report me to POF. I believe he is seeking revenge for me blocking him and ending things. Can you please review the message I initially sent him on POF before this argument occurred? I've been a member since [redacted] or [redacted] and this is the first time I've faced such an issue. I intended to purchase a subscription with my credit card, but I have noticed numerous false advertisements targeting the 27 to 45 age group on this platform. It's disappointing to see individuals attempting to engage in solicitation activities. Previously, POF was a reliable platform. I was hoping to give it another chance, but the prevalence of fake ads is concerning. If the issue persists, I might switch to platforms like eHarmony or Match. Spending hours clicking on these deceptive ads is frustrating, and seeing them still present a week later is disheartening.

Hello, my name is Milton S. from Brooklyn, NY. I am an upgraded member on POF with the screen name NYguyis backkkk. Today at 3am, I tried to log in using my usual screen name and password, but couldn't get in. The same issue happened yesterday on 9/18/18 during the early morning hours. Yesterday, after entering my email to reset my password, I managed to log in with the same password. Despite providing my email for password reset, POF did not contact me to reset my password on both occasions. I am still unable to access my account on POF.

I have been trying to sign in to my account without success. Upon checking my profile name, rezcougar, I noticed two of my pictures and one of a stranger's picture. The stranger has changed some of my info but left most of it. This happened recently after being off the site for about three weeks and not receiving any emails back regarding my account. I decided to check the free view option on the website and was surprised to see another woman's picture alongside mine with some of my profile information. If you view my profile, rezcougar, you will see my two pictures, one at the gym and another with a hat featuring a Harley Davidson emblem. The email connected to my account is [redacted] I suspect she might be chatting with my friends pretending to be me, and I have numerous friends on my profile whom I don't want her to interact with. Please take action to stop this impersonator.

I recently reopened my account after being inactive for a year. Last year, I had to cancel my account because there were three profiles with my name, leading to confusion and accusations of dishonesty. I created a new account under the name Windmill22 or 25, with the headline "Lkng 4 needle in a Haystack" and a Black and White profile picture. I'm concerned as not many men are responding, and I suspect that someone else may be using my profile. In the past, I used the names Kat Kristina and Maria Dorina. I am worried about potential hackers on my account and it appears that out of the 87 men I can see, some may be blocked. I am not an upgraded user and would appreciate any assistance you can provide. I've noticed an increase in scammers on dating sites like MeetMe and Skout, making it hard to have genuine conversations. I believe the issue is worsening on POF and would like to offer my help in identifying and reporting scammers. They often have multiple profiles, so removing them by IP address might be more effective. Additionally, I've experienced censorship of certain words in my messages without considering the context. As someone not seeking casual encounters or scams, it's frustrating. I suggest looking at how words are used before censoring them. I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my POF account using either my email or User ID. When attempting to Request New Password, I do not receive the reset email despite checking all my email folders. After contacting POF support, I was informed that my email was not associated with a profile on their system, despite previously receiving notifications to that email address. I have provided them with my exact ID profile name, but it has been over 2 days without a response aside from an automated acknowledgment of a high volume of inquiries. I am eager to access my messages and meet requests on POF, and I appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I recently had my POF account deleted, and upon reaching out to POF via email, I received a rather vague response regarding the reason for the account deletion. The email mentioned that any future POF accounts I create will also face deletion. I am seeking clarification on how I may have violated the POF User Agreement and what actions led to the account termination. I have been a member of POF for at least 7 years, and during this time, I have had successful long-term relationships. I recently encountered a suspicious situation on Pof while chatting with a girl. She requested a £[redacted] DSA check payment and provided personal account details from someone in the Philippines, claiming it was for her safety. Despite claiming to live nearby in England, her profile indicated she was in Scotland. She only communicated via email, not through Pof chat. After receiving a poorly written certificate raising red flags, I did not proceed with the payment, and she refused to meet. I have saved our email exchange and want to report her, but there's no option to do so on Pof. Despite being an upgraded user, I am unsure how to proceed or if Pof will take action on this matter.

Hello, I created my account but have never been able to access it. Each time I try, it indicates no internet connection, although my connection is working. I attempted on both my iPhone and PC, facing the same issue on both devices. Despite uninstalling the app, restarting my phone, and contacting my service provider, the problem persists. I reviewed my phone settings but found nothing noticeable. When trying to reset my password, the promised email with a reset link never arrived, not even in my junk folder. Although I received an email confirming my successful setup, I couldn't find a solution in it. I wanted to close the account to start over but couldn't login to do so. I'm unsure of how to proceed. I have noticed that the users I email have disappeared along with the messages exchanged. Although I receive notifications for new messages, once I visit the site, the messages are nowhere to be found. Even when checking their user profiles, it seems like we never communicated. This issue extends to the meet section as well—I receive emails about wanting to meet, but the section is empty. I am confused by this situation. I have an upgraded subscription which I've maintained for a while, so this abnormality is concerning. While there have been past instances of fraudulent activity on POF, my experience does not seem to align with that. The problem is hindering my ability to communicate with someone I have met on the site. Please assist me with resolving this issue.
