I've been unable to access my POF account since last night. Today, I tried again but was still unsuccessful. A friend mentioned that my account is no longer visible, which makes me think it might have been deleted or hacked. Over the past week, I've been receiving a high number of requests from what seems to be prostitutes adding me to their favorites. I want to clarify that I have no involvement in this and I'm not interested in such interactions. Please investigate this matter promptly. Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my old POF account linked to this email as it failed to send me a password reset. I resorted to creating a new account, only to have it deleted within a day. The same issue occurred with a second new account. As a firefighter giving online dating another try, I have wasted a significant amount of time attempting to maintain an account. It has become discouraging. I hope for a resolution as a paying customer who has previously subscribed to Match, OKC, and eHarmony. The repetitive deletion of my accounts appears unreasonable. Thank you, Michael Rayne

Dear Sirs, I have been receiving POF chat emails for a couple of days, and I am unsure why. It is possible my email address was compromised. I attempted to access the account to delete it, but I am unable to do so because I don't remember the password. Despite trying to reset the password, I was unsuccessful. Since May [redacted], I have experienced numerous issues. I reached out for a refund on a payment due to my inability to update my personal details on the app. I was assured the refund would be processed, but it hasn't shown up in my account. After being charged again, I was promised another refund that also hasn't reflected in my account. Despite being told Billing would reach out, I never received any communication. During a call, I was disconnected more than 10 times by a representative. I am frustrated with the service and have decided to discontinue using it. I have informed my bank about the transactions.

My profile has been deleted, and I would like to know why. My photos and profile are all in good taste. As far as I know, I have not broken any rules. I have experienced this issue before with this site, where my ad could not stay active. It was deleted multiple times without reasons provided so I could address the problem. You have my email; if you decide to delete my profile, you should inform me of the reason instead of ignoring it. It's not a good business practice. Please respond this time, or if not, it would show your character based on past experiences with my other email. Being transgender, it is time-consuming to create an ad that represents the true me, and it is very upsetting. If my profile was removed due to my identity or sexual orientation (as a female looking to meet males only), please clarify. I ignore many men because I find most are only interested in one thing; if this is against the rules, let me know. I travel for work and am away for many weeks, which is why I do not access your site during those times. If this is a violation, kindly inform me. When new people reply to me, their messages don't appear immediately like they used to. Instead, I see a banner prompting me to "Update Now" to see if they read my message, but their responses are not visible to me. This new feature feels like it forces me to pay for a membership to read replies. I'm concerned that this might be a tactic to push users into paying for services. Typically, upon sending a message, I receive a notification indicating it was sent and can locate it in my 'sent messages' folder. I am experiencing issues with receiving emails in my personal inbox. The last alert I received was at 2:18am yesterday, Thursday, Aug 23, but since then, I had 8 emails in my inbox that did not trigger any alerts to my email address, [redacted] Then, after 2:18pm on Friday, Aug 24, I stopped receiving messages altogether. I suspect it may be related to my interaction with user srv31, where I replied "sorry I am not interested" to their message following a few ignored messages from them. Subsequently, I did not receive any more emails in my inbox. I was in contact with some men I was interested in, and this issue is hindering my communication with them. Hello, I am having trouble logging in as it keeps saying my username or password is incorrect. I have checked for any typos, but the saved login details on my browser have always worked before. I read on the help site about possible account deletions, but I haven't engaged in any inappropriate behavior like sending explicit content, using offensive language, or soliciting. I haven't shared any suspicious links, even though I have received some. Could you please restore my login access? I blocked and reported a user about 20-30 minutes ago. Upon returning to find the person's account name, I discovered my account, fireman514, has been deleted. This situation is perplexing as I have always maintained a respectful manner with all users. I have saved messages from the individual I reported, where they were rude and used inappropriate language towards me. Their account information also seems suspicious as they claimed to be in different locations. I'm unable to receive emails from the site confirming my account deletion. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

My POF account was hacked on 8-22-18 at 12:22 pm. The password and email were changed, and now I can't log in. It's a 1-year paid subscription. The hacker removed my pictures and added their own. I'm still getting alerts on my POF app about activity on my account. I've emailed POF twice but haven't heard back in 5 days. I'm worried about the personal info on my account. On 8-22-18 at 12:22 pm, my POF account was hacked. The hacker changed my password and email, preventing me from logging in. My account, which has a 1-year paid subscription, was tampered with. The intruder removed my photos and added theirs, using my account to reach out to people in my area. Despite sending two emails to POF.com about this issue, I have not received any assistance or response within the past 5 days. I continue to receive notifications on my POF app when people contact my account, confirming the unauthorized use. I am worried about the personal information stored in my account, including payment details, and hope to regain control of my account promptly to prevent further misuse. Hello, I signed up for a POF account yesterday on 8/26/[redacted] around 6 pm. Unfortunately, I used the wrong email address and now I can't log in. I tried to reset my password, but I haven't received any emails for that. Today, I made a new account using the correct email to rule out the wrong one. However, I still can't access my original account and I'm concerned about the email I mistakenly used. If I can't retrieve my login details, could you please delete that account? I have the pictures I uploaded and can provide them for verification. I believe my username was 19JBG86, although I didn't use it for long. My main profile picture featured me in a white collared shirt and blazer hat in my car.

I had an account named "ribtickler." Recently, I had an unpleasant experience with a person online who called me names after I shared that my fiancé passed away in a car accident on June 1. This individual then reported me. It turns out she knows my brother, which led to misunderstandings about why I was on the website. I've been unable to access my profile to delete it since. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I haven't received the email at [redacted] I suspect my account may have been hacked or there's an access issue. I simply want my profile removed so I can use my computer without this issue. I've already sent three emails explaining this, and I'm hoping for a resolution soon. I encountered a catfish situation with two profiles, Gregory[redacted]87 and Jn_45, who requested money and then changed their details when I confronted them. I believe they blocked me after knowing I identified them. Please investigate and remove these profiles from the site. I can provide evidence of the scam. I signed up on POF two years ago with a simple yet unique username. Registering and setting up my profile went smoothly. I met my dream woman, disabled my account, but things didn't work out. Now, when I attempt to register again, my old username and password auto-populate on my laptop. I've tried multiple new usernames, but encounter errors saying they are taken or have invalid characters. I wonder if there's an issue with my email. It's frustrating that I can't seem to re-register despite trying various usernames. Could my laptop have been tampered with? My username is lostsouldreamer, and I'm having trouble logging into my account. I suspect it may be related to my profile picture. I recently changed it from an abstract image from the internet to a picture of my face with a wolf filter. I'm frustrated that my account was blocked because of this picture. Many other members have inappropriate images as their profile pictures without any consequences. The rules don't mention that filters can't be used. I'm tired of the double standard on this site and request the immediate reinstatement of my account.
