I see the membership for $*.*** month for a year. I was going to get it until I seen I was going to be charged the full $**.** at one time. Well with my phone I accidentally accepted this and have been trying to figure out a way to get ahold of customer service to explain this so I could please get a refund because I am not able to pay the full amount at once like that at this moment right now. It just happened tonight so if I could please get my refund that would be great. I can’t afford to have that amount of money gone right now.
I need my money back ASAP. I have really low income and only get paid biweekly so that is another * weeks before payday. Please. Anything. I need it back. It was an honest mistake.
Refunding and maybe in the future when I can afford it in one payment I will get the subscription. As of right now I can’t. In the future? Yes.
I have no idea how else to do this.
