Since I downloaded POF I’ve never had to log in again using the app and therefore forgot my password! I’ve requested you send a reset email to me but I haven’t received an email. It says to ise the email linked with your account and I believe that (*****@***.com) is the correct address as i only use one! Please help me because I’m a paying customer and would like to use your app! I’ve never had a problem before but if I can’t log in i will be wanting to cancel my subscription and a refund of £**.** because i only upgraded * week ago and paid for the year. Please contact me asap. Thank you, jason.
