Help with my Plentyoffish issue

Login ... I have been logged out of my Plenty of Fish account and can't remember my password. I have requested a reset, but I am not receiving the emails.
I didn't log out, it was like I was forced out. I am concerned my account was hacked.
I would like to receive an email or some sort of response from customer service to have this resolved, as being hacked is a major concern and privacy issue.
I am a relatively new customer, less than a month on the site, I have had a decent experience with the men I have connected with, but I am VERY disappointed in the customer service provided.
Trying another email I might have used.
