Simply open up the game and got a message that my account was disabled ... My Slotomania account was disabled. Playtica support claims I sent an email requesting this action and they sent a confirmation email back to me, in which I approved them to disable. None of this is true...I never sent nor received an email. They said the action is irreversible. I want to open a new account and for them to credit me all I have accrued over several years of daily play. *If I no longer wanted this game, I simply would have uninstalled it.
When they deleted my account, I lost everything I had built up over years of playing.
Reestablish my account with all accrued benefits that they deleted
I am married and we both have been playing daily for years.
Contacted Playtika Support. They continue to claim that my account was deleted at my request and they cannot (or will not?) do anything about it.
