Help with my Playtika Games issue

I have been playing Caesar's Casino for several years. In all of this time I never registered. Now I have gotten a new computer, so I registered so I can use everything I had on the new computer. When I registered it started me over and I lost everything that I had. My I.D. number that was on the settings in Caesar's was ********. Can you help me fix this issue. Thanks, Tom Ryan

I got an email address for Playtika and sent them an email explaining what happened and they got back to me very quickly. The gal found my account that I had been playing for * years without registering and was able to restore the money in my bank and my ranking. A few other things in there I lost. But overall they were very helpful. The email I used was *****@***.com Hope this info is helpful to others.
