On January 4, [redacted], when I tried to log into my Playstation Network account, I received a notification stating that my account had been permanently suspended for violating terms and conditions (ws-[redacted]-7). This code indicates that there is a debt due to card reversals, but I have not made any purchases on Playstation in the last four months. The only other person who has access to my account is my younger brother, who has admitted to making unauthorized purchases of various in-game currencies. He mentioned the total amount could be over $[redacted]. I am unable to cover this debt, and I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused. My account holds all my games, stats, and in-game purchases, which are invaluable to me.

I was banned for a month after winning a match in Rocket League. The opponent began texting me insults and racial slurs, along with their friends, who joined in with more abuse. In response, I called them "butt buddies" due to their behavior. The next morning, I received further harassing messages, and after reporting them, I was banned for a month. I feel this punishment is excessive considering it was my first offense. I am questioning whether the hate speech directed at me is equivalent to my retaliation. If this behavior is acceptable on PlayStation, I am considering switching to Xbox. I am requesting a refund for the games and items purchased on my account. If my ban is not lifted or shortened, I will sell my PlayStation.

Yesterday morning, I encountered an issue with my PS4 - I was unexpectedly signed out and unable to log back in due to incorrect credentials. After attempting to reset my password multiple times with no success, I discovered that my email had been changed on January 4th without my knowledge. I contacted PSN support to address this issue but felt frustrated as they requested specific information I couldn't provide due to the login problem. Despite now having access to my past purchase emails for accurate details, I am at a loss as they are unwilling to assist me. During a game of 'WW2' on PS4, a player by the name of ScrubsGetSome repeatedly doxxed me on an open mic. He disclosed my personal information, joined my lobbies, and DDOSed me. This persistent harassment has become a safety concern for me. Despite reporting the issue in-game, no action has been taken. I should not have to fear for my safety due to such behavior. I urge for necessary measures to be implemented to halt this player's misconduct and prevent further incidents. Please consider banning this player to ensure the safety and well-being of all users.

Hello, I recently got suspended from my EA account in Apex for 7 days due to sending a vulgar message. However, after not playing any games or sending messages, I received an email on the 6th day saying my PSN account was temporarily suspended for 60 days for hate messaging. I was surprised since I hadn't been active on the game at that time. I believe it might be related to the message I sent my friend containing the EA email screenshot. I am upset and confused by this and wanted to discuss the issue with a representative. I have screenshots of the messages and I am aware of the terms and conditions. I have seen others get unsuspended due to mistakes and was hoping for a similar resolution. I just want to appeal or at least clarify the situation because I didn't intend to violate any rules. PSN ID: enrixd_ Yesterday, I returned home late from a doctor's visit for COVID symptoms only to find out I tested positive for COVID-19. While I was out, my brother played on my PlayStation without my permission. When I woke up this morning, I saw that I had been banned for language. I am kindly requesting to be unbanned as I have COVID-19 and am stuck at home with limited activities. I have been a PlayStation player since the release of the PS3 and have never faced a ban for language before. It was unintentional for my brother to send those messages. He explained that he was upset because other players ganged up on him during gameplay, causing him to lose control of his emotions. I hope for your understanding. Thank you.

I own a PlayStation 4 that I haven't used in months. I have a Plus membership attached to it, but I forgot my password and cannot access 2SV. When I attempt to contact support through chat, I receive a message stating that I'm banned from chat. I find this confusing as I have only played Call of Duty and a bit of GTA without causing any issues or breaking community rules. Kindly help me regain access to my account.

While I was using my PlayStation, I unexpectedly received a notification stating, "Signed out of PlayStation for violating PSN community code of conduct - PlayStation Safety." Prior to this, I wasn't engaged in any chat interactions, so I couldn't have been reported by anyone. It's possible that a player reported me unjustly, resulting in my suspension. However, I firmly believe in my innocence as I haven't harmed anyone. I respect PlayStation's policies, knowing that violations lead to bans or suspensions. I've been using the online ID Big-jigglyjew for about 3.5 years, inspired by a YouTuber I like. Despite two previous suspensions, I never found my ID offensive. Recently, I was playing Rainbow 6 Siege when I was suddenly kicked out of the game and saw a message about a permanent suspension due to a code of conduct violation. PlayStation mentioned my online ID as the issue. I find it unfair as I never received warnings about it before. My account holds over a decade of gaming history, including all my games and progress, making it crucial for me to resolve this.

However, I believe the payment was refunded because the next day his account was banned without any notification email explaining the reason for the ban. I created a PSN account back in [redacted]. However, I made the mistake of lending it to a friend who became possessive and deactivated it despite my efforts to secure it. I eventually managed to recover the account through live support, but the situation has become too much to handle. I have set up security measures, but my friend still managed to deactivate it again. I am tired of the back and forth and just want the account closed if I cannot regain full control. While support has been somewhat helpful, the communication is limited to one chat a day through email. Hello, my son was playing with his friends on my account last night, and he made very inappropriate comments to another player which I do not condone or believe in. These words were detected by Playstation, resulting in them banning my account under the assumption that I made those comments. I am requesting that my account be unbanned as I have disciplined my son by grounding him from the Playstation and will be implementing child safety measures on the system. I have purchased numerous games and value my account for all my saved progress. I sincerely request the account to be reinstated as I was unaware of my son misusing it, and I would have set up child safety features earlier had I known. I am deeply sorry for this incident and assure you that I take the rules seriously. Please unban my account as I did not utter those words nor would I, and I will ensure my son cannot engage in such behavior in the future.

On 1/22/[redacted] at 1 AM, my PlayStation account was hacked by someone in Iran, as per the email notification I received. They created an "account for my child" and transferred funds from my card. I have already canceled my card to prevent further theft but need help recovering my ps4 account. Customer service was not available over the weekend, and I have been attempting to fix this issue since this morning. The hacker logged me out of all devices, leaving me locked out of my account. In the login process, I am prompted for a 2-step verification code which I cannot access without being logged in on any devices. I tried calling PlayStation support but it requires a support ID, which I cannot provide as I am locked out. My user ID is zachiechan140.

Recently, a situation escalated between a friend on PSN and me, resulting in me deleting them. Unfortunately, they reported me despite the initial harassment we experienced. The argument led to them harassing me via chat, messages, and even on Facebook, which ultimately got me reported. The heated exchange included regrettable things said that I would never express under normal circumstances. Despite my clean record with PlayStation over the last 10 years with three accounts, I sincerely apologize for any misconduct and breaking the PSN rules. I primarily use my account, SLY-SHIOCKz_, to play 2K22 with my dad and brother, whom I rarely get to see. I have already blocked these friends involved and have no intention of any further contact with them.
