Hello, I have been permanently banned from PSN. I had received 3 bans, 2 of which were unjustified. During the first ban, which lasted 7 days, I had already contacted support over the phone and they assured me that they would lift the ban, acknowledging that it was not justified. Let me explain briefly: I reported a person with the username "Holoklaus88" and used the word "Nazi" in the report. This led to my suspension, but I was told that it would be taken care of. The third ban, the permanent one, came right after a previous 1-month ban expired. I am puzzled by this situation.

Hello Support, I am experiencing significant issues with our account that my daughter, Mia, has been using on PlayStation for a while. The account is linked to my email address [redacted], which is the oldest email associated with the PlayStation Network. Our primary concern arose when Mia couldn't log in to Minecraft using a Microsoft account to access realms. I tried to resolve this by removing my family member account [redacted], leaving only [redacted] (MidgetMia), but it didn't work. I then changed the email to Mia's Microsoft account [redacted], which was also unsuccessful. Trying to log back into PlayStation with [redacted] revealed that her online ID had been changed from that account. I reverted the account to [redacted], but sadly it seems that all her PlayStation Plus subscription, game purchases, and in-game items have been replaced with an old account that has no data. I am seeking to be unbanned. I recently experienced another ban, and I'm unsure why. The first ban occurred some time ago for 7 days, but I was not engaging in any activities that violated the rules at the time. Presently, I cannot discern why I am banned this time. Perhaps it's due to me asking individuals to stop adding me to group chats. I simply want to be unbanned and hope this message reaches the moderators so that I don't have to wait needlessly for 30 days or face a permanent ban.

I lost my debit card, so I had to cancel it. It was the card linked to my Playstation account, but I forgot to update my payment information. Now, when I try to log in, I see "this account is suspended" on my PS4 and "this account was banned" on my PC. Being banned seems excessive since the issue was simply due to an outdated card. I need help accessing my account to pay and check my balance. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated as I have been a loyal member for over a decade and this situation is frustrating.

While playing GTA online, another player repeatedly attacked my crew and then themselves. In response, I retaliated by eliminating them with a submarine. Following this, they sent me offensive messages using inappropriate language, to which I suggested they use the in-game "kill yourself" feature. Consequently, I reported them for hate speech and found myself suspended shortly after due to possibly referencing the game function. I believe the suspension was unjust as it stems from a misunderstanding of the game mechanics. I urge Playstation to review this incident properly and lift the suspension on my account promptly, as it didn't violate the terms of service which were enacted swiftly without a thorough investigation.

While playing GTA online, a player kept attacking my crew and committing suicide in the game. To defend my crew, I retaliated by eliminating them a few times using a submarine. After that, the player sent me harassing messages containing offensive language. I replied by mentioning the in-game function where players can commit suicide to avoid being killed. I reported this player for hate speech, but unfortunately, I ended up getting suspended. It seems that my suspension might have been due to my reference to the in-game feature. I want to clarify that my comments were related to the game mechanics and not meant to be taken seriously in real life.

Hello. I am reaching out because my friends and I are facing a concerning situation with some individuals we encountered while playing the game Rust. Despite our long-standing friendship and usual banter, these individuals have taken advantage of their access to our group chat to report us due to a previous in-game conflict. Allegations have been made against us, although I am confident that no direct insults or threats were made towards them. This incident is not unique, as a similar situation resulted in the ban of one of my friends earlier this year. I have realized the risks of adding unfamiliar players to our chat and will be more cautious in the future. I believe the swift enforcement of these bans warrants a review of the reporting system in place. It seems too easy for players to abuse this system to eliminate their rivals swiftly. Rust can be a challenging environment due to its community, and I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure a fair gaming experience for everyone involved.

Hello, good morning. About three weeks ago, my account was banned, and I accepted it. I was dealing with a difficult day and lost my temper. I want to clarify that I do not go to other gamers' profiles to insult them. Typically, I encounter cheaters who message me first to provoke a reaction when I refuse to play with them. After serving a one-week ban, I realized that responding negatively to these messages does not benefit me. Now, despite being banned for 30 days again ten days ago, I haven't messaged anyone. I have been focusing on playing the new league of Path of Exile where communication through messages is unnecessary. I've attempted to initiate a live chat with a support agent, but the website keeps blocking me. If this extended ban is considered an additional penalty, I accept it. My main concern is being able to enjoy playing Path of Exile, a PvE game where interaction with other players via messages is not essential. The game's trading system is through a market where communication is limited. Missing a month of the three-month league would be a significant loss for me, and I'm committed to refraining from sending negative messages. Thank you.

I experienced chat issues with individuals sending me rude messages. Approximately two months ago, I was suspended until 7/13/21 for my responses to those messages. After being informed not to repeat my actions, I have refrained from engaging in similar behavior. However, while on vacation out of state from 8/10/21 to 8/18/21, I was unable to access my account. Strangely, I received an email on 8/17/21 at 12am, despite being away from my account. The email fails to provide a clear rationale for the recent ban. I suspect my account may have been compromised during my absence, or there was an error with a previous suspension decision from Sony. I urgently require clarification on this matter as it seems unjust.

I allowed my younger brother to use my PS account for Fortnite. Last month, I let him purchase the monthly crew pack that had the Loki skin. After he bought it, I disabled auto-renew to prevent future charges. However, I received an email recently confirming a new purchase for the crew pack, which my brother had reactivated without my knowledge. The charge was $12, and I received [redacted] V-Bucks. I would like to request a refund and return the V-Bucks as my brother hasn't utilized them yet. Any form of refund, even partial, would be appreciated.

I would like to inform you that my account has been temporarily suspended. The reason for the ban is my responsibility as my cousin used my account for 7 months and may have engaged in toxic behavior. He has apologized and assured it won't happen again. I will take full responsibility for any future offensive actions and ensure it does not occur again. I will also review the terms and services more closely. My cousin mentioned that during his time playing Apex Legends, he was bullied and provoked by two individuals, which led to him responding with toxicity in his direct messages. I would like to inform you that my account has been temporarily suspended. The reason for the ban is due to my family member (my cousin) using my account for several months and engaging in toxic behavior. My cousin has apologized and assured me it will not happen again. I take full responsibility for any further offensive actions and will closely monitor my own account moving forward. I will also review the terms of service more thoroughly. My cousin mentioned that he encountered bullying and humiliation while playing Apex Legends, leading to his outburst in direct messages. Hello, I am a proud owner of the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles. I have made multiple purchases for both systems and have enjoyed the games tremendously. However, I have encountered an issue with my PlayStation 4 library as some games seem to be missing. One of the games missing is Cold War, which I bought with the season pass. Another missing game is The Tenchu's Disciple from Noy2, and the third one is Exodus: Sam's Story. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in retrieving these games. Thank you for your time.

On August 10, [redacted], I mistakenly pre-ordered FIFA 22 instead of FIFA 21, which I already owned since September [redacted]. Despite reaching out to PSN customer service via email multiple times, I have yet to receive a response. I also tried to request a refund through PayPal for the accidental purchase of FIFA 21. Last Friday, I received an email from PSN stating that my account was suspended due to a chargeback. I believe this situation is unfair as I unintentionally purchased FIFA 21, which was never downloaded, and now I am facing the consequence of losing access to FIFA 22, which I had pre-ordered. After investing five years of progress in various games, I am seeking a fair resolution. Once again, FIFA 21 was purchased in error, and I already owned it; I appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

I recently received a two-month suspension from PlayStation, but I have not been told which message caused this. I assure you, this is a mistake, as I do not engage in negative conversations or bullying on the platform. I mainly play Brawlhalla and Grand Theft Auto V, and interact with a small group of friends. I have invested a lot of time and effort into my account and rely on it for social interactions and even work-related activities. I promise that whatever led to my suspension was a misunderstanding, and I am willing to leave any groups that may have caused this issue. This suspension will have serious consequences for me, and I hope it can be resolved soon.

I recently received an email from Sony claiming I changed my email address, which I did not. Consequently, I am unable to access my account. I attempted to contact PlayStation customer support twice, but I could not pass the security questions to prove my identity. The questions required details of purchases from over 5 to 6 years ago, such as order numbers and prices, or the serial number of a console from many years back. I explained that retaining such information for such a long time is unrealistic, but they stated they could not assist further. As I use my Xbox more frequently than my PlayStation, I have not made recent purchases on the PSN store. I am at a loss and unsure what steps to take next as I am unable to access my account.

A few months ago, I repurchased a PS4 after a long break from PlayStation. I attempted to log into my main account, zangetsubankai, with my email [redacted], only to discover my password had been changed without my knowledge. After resetting the password, I learned that my account had been permanently banned. I never received any notification from PlayStation regarding this ban or the reason behind it. It seems plausible that someone hacked into my email, changed the password, and misused my account, resulting in the ban. Given that I haven't used the account in two years and it was compromised, I hope that it can be reinstated. I believe it's unfair that I should face consequences for someone else's actions on my account. My account, "HindSight," was banned two years ago due to negative funds on the PlayStation store attributed to unauthorized purchases by a hacker. After my bank helped me recover the stolen funds through a fraud claim, my PlayStation account remained locked due to the outstanding balance. A PlayStation support agent informed me that settling the negative balance would restore my account access. I am eager to clear this debt, but I have been unable to reach an agent for guidance on the repayment process. My PlayStation account has been "permanently suspended." I believe I understand the reason and feel it should be reversed. I significantly reduced my PlayStation usage around the time of the suspension due to increased PC usage. I question how I could have committed a ban-worthy offense while hardly utilizing the console. Moreover, suspicious activities occurred on my account, including an unknown email being added to my PlayStation family, upgrading to an adult account, an unauthorized purchase charged to my mother's card, and eventually leaving my family on the same day. After receiving these email alerts, I became wary and changed my passwords. Later, when I attempted to use my PlayStation to watch a movie with a friend, I discovered my permanent suspension. I have always been a loyal PlayStation and Sony customer for many years and am disappointed by this treatment without a clear explanation for the ban. I seek assistance or at the very least a rationale for the inability to assist me. Thank you for your attention.

I was permanently banned from my PSN account about 3-4 years ago. The issue began when playing games like GTA 5 and Rainbow Six Siege with three friends. Unfortunately, we exchanged inappropriate messages with swear words, leading to reports against me. Surprisingly, my friends were the ones reporting me, although they claimed not to be upset. After a temporary ban, more reports followed, resulting in a permanent ban that I still have years later.
