On May 30th, someone hacked my account and made unauthorized charges for 5 games. Thankfully, my bank resolved the issue. However, I've been unable to access my account as the hacker changed my sign-in credentials. PlayStation Support switched my account to a new email and online name, but they activated two-step verification, which is sending codes to the hacker instead of me. Despite multiple attempts over three days, I can't get assistance online. The phone support asks for a case number, but when I provide it, they direct me back online and disconnect. The online support now states they have tried to assist me but can't. I've lost access to my games and PS Plus and don't want to lose all my progress. The situation is frustrating as contacting them has become a nightmare. I'm considering seeking legal advice.

I am upset with my son's account suspension due to being bullied by another gamer who used racial slurs. When my son asked them to stop, they reported him falsely. He is 7 years old and is not the issue. This has happened before, and when I call to complain, I can't reach anyone. It's unfair that older kids mistreat him and then he gets suspended for trying to defend himself. I believe he should be able to ask bullies to stop without repercussions. The gaming platform seems to suspend based on complaints without fully understanding the situation. Other players pressure my son to buy or gift them items, which led to unauthorized purchases. Since I stopped this, his account continues to be suspended. I urge for a fair investigation of this false claim and the suspension to be lifted promptly. I hope for a better system to address cyberbullying accurately in the future.

While playing GTA with my friends, I received an unsettling email alerting me that my Gmail account had been accessed from an iPhone and a Mac, devices my family doesn't own. This took me by surprise as I use a Samsung phone and not an iPhone. The email originated from Canada, which added to my confusion and concern. Later that night, I was prompted to sign back into my PSN account, which raised suspicions that the same person from Canada could have been involved in hacking my account. My friends even noticed that my account bio had been changed to say "get hacked XD," leading them to unfriend that account. Feeling distressed and unable to regain access, I eventually gave up and created a new account, but I'm now determined to recover my lost progress, skins, and cosmetics. Although I can still access my Gmail, my PSN account remains compromised, creating a sense of unease. I am reaching out here for assistance and appreciate any help that comes my way. I recently changed my gamertag account and did not receive the verification code. I expected the code to be sent to my email for login purposes, but it has been 30 minutes, and I have not received it. The issue might be that the code is being sent to my uncle's phone number. Unfortunately, my uncle has passed away, and the number is no longer in use. I have been checking my texts but still haven't seen the code. I have requested a new code every 10 minutes. I am currently unable to access features like seeing online friends or messaging until I receive the code. I need the verification code to be sent to either your team or my email.

I made a mistake and let my anger get the best of me in private messages online, resulting in a permanent ban. Many others have faced similar unfair bans. Personally, I have invested over $[redacted] in games and dedicated over 10,[redacted] hours to gaming. Unfortunately, all of that has been taken away because of a comment I made jokingly to a friend online. I believe a one-year ban would have been more appropriate. I am disheartened by the permanent ban and feel like my investment has been revoked unjustly. I am not sure what steps I can take in this situation, as my access to what I paid for has been restricted and my funds seem wasted.

I made a mistake by sending angry private messages and giving a stern lecture to someone online. I feel unfairly banned permanently. I believe others have faced similar situations. I have invested a significant amount in games and spent countless hours playing. Unfortunately, I was permanently banned for calling my friend "white boy" as a joke, not intending any racism. While I would accept a one year ban, I am devastated by the permanent ban. I am seeking guidance on how to address this issue. My access to paid content has been revoked, causing frustration and disappointment.

I haven't accessed my account in about 2 and a half months, and it seems like someone has hacked into it. I was informed that I was online, but I was at work during that time. It appears that someone used my account to do things that could potentially get me banned. This worries me because I had an issue with Sony in the past where I was temporarily suspended. However, this time it wasn't me because I hadn't been using my game console for over 2 months. I remember Sony warning me about the possibility of being permanently banned if there were more violations. I don't want to lose my account, especially since I recently paid for my PlayStation Plus subscription on May 10th and have invested a lot of money into various games and bundles. I hope this situation can be investigated, and once resolved, I would like to change my password for added security.

This morning, I discovered that my online PlayStation ID had been taken away, and my account was suspended for one week. I believe my ID may have been reported by someone, resulting in its removal without granting me the chance to change it before the suspension. I created my account over 7 years ago with no issues regarding my ID back then. If my ID now violates new conduct policies, I should have been allowed to change it without facing penalties or risking the loss of my game content and progress accumulated over the years. I request that my original online ID be restored. I had my ID long before any policy deemed it unacceptable and received no prior warnings about its appropriateness. I am concerned about losing access to my games and content due to this sudden suspension and ID removal. My ID does not contain any offensive terms, and I believe the enforcement actions may be misguided, especially considering I am a person of color myself. I also seek an immediate lifting of the suspension as I was not given the chance to address this situation beforehand.

My PS4 is having trouble connecting to the internet. I tried setting up a hotspot nearby, but it still fails to connect. I have reset both my internet and PS4 multiple times. After pressing suggest actions, I read the troubleshooting details to no avail. When trying to view the status of PlayStation Network services, I receive a "cannot connect to server" message along with error code (WV-[redacted]-2). Hello, I recently had a trading encounter on Rocket League with another user who attempted to scam me. Shortly after our interaction, my PlayStation Network (PSN) account was signed out, and I've been unable to log back in due to receiving an error message stating that my ID or password credentials are incorrect. Despite numerous attempts, I was unable to receive any emails to facilitate a password reset. I have a PlayStation 4 account. I recently received a message informing me that my account has been banned until 6/9/21. The initial suspension was for 7 days, which should have ended today. However, I am now being informed that my account is suspended for 60 days due to an alleged violation involving content I do not recall uploading. I suspect my account has been hacked as I have not posted any inappropriate material.

I am experiencing issues while playing NBA 2k20 on my PS4 Pro. Every time I try to start a game, it crashes and shows an error code. I have tried troubleshooting by uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clearing the cache on my PS4 Pro, rebuilding the database, and even uploading and re-downloading all the saved data specific to NBA 2k20. Despite these efforts, the game continues to crash every time I attempt to play a game. This problem does not occur with any other games I play, and it's quite discouraging.

My Sony Playstation account with the username 'dalte89' was permanently banned on Sunday, June 7, [redacted]. I received an insulting message from someone, and after I responded, my account got banned. Despite my efforts to avoid hostile interactions, I faced consequences for a situation initiated by someone else. I have lost over $12,[redacted] worth of games and purchases made since [redacted]. It is unacceptable that I cannot access my purchases. If they choose to ban the account, I request my purchases to be transferred to a new account. The loss of thousands of dollars due to a social interaction issue caused by another party is unjust. The lack of clarity from Playstation Support adds to the frustration. Not being able to contact them or understand the reason behind the ban is disappointing for a company of their scale. I urge them to restore my purchases to alleviate this unfair situation.

I need assistance restoring my suspended account and resolving the chargeback issue. Upon reviewing the situation, it appears that both the FFXIV complete edition and collector’s edition were charged. My wife, unaware that I had already purchased the complete edition, bought the collector’s edition, leading to the mistaken belief that we were double charged. This misunderstanding prompted her to file a dispute. I am willing to settle the chargeback and am requesting to have my account suspension lifted.

I'm curious why my online ID, Albanian-Eagles, on PS4 got suspended for 60 days. I feel like this is unfair. I need some clarification. Some guys from Serbia were the ones who provoked me with messages, and now I'm the one facing consequences. I believe my actions were not as severe as those of others involved. Approximately 8 years ago, my husband had a family friend create his PlayStation account due to lack of internet access. Despite our attempts to change the account's email over the years, we received no support from PlayStation representatives. Recently, the account became inactive due to a $7 shortage, and when we reactivated it, the family friend seized control, changing everything to his name. This individual, known for threatening behavior, refuses to return the account. We possess evidence, including screenshots, that demonstrate his actions. We urge PlayStation to review the situation by examining IP addresses and other data. We are prepared to seek legal assistance if necessary. The family friend's actions seem driven by personal gain at my husband's expense.

My PlayStation account got banned due to unauthorized purchases. Someone tried to subscribe three times unsuccessfully and then bought a game I didn't want. My bank detected the fraud, cancelled my card, and stopped the game payment, resulting in my PS ban. I didn't even download the game. When contacting PS support, they required my online ID, which I didn't know initially. By the time I found it, my account was already banned. Whenever I call PS support, they claim their services are down. It's frustrating as I invested a significant amount of money into that account. On the day of the purchases, I was repeatedly logged out and forced to change my password. I need assistance with this issue.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Price Gouging on Walmart.com and Amazon I wish to express my dissatisfaction with Walmart.com and Amazon concerning the evident price gouging on their platforms. Despite my attempts to address this issue, I have received no satisfactory responses, only being led in circles. It is common knowledge that bots quickly purchase a large number of consoles for resale at inflated prices. What is concerning is how Walmart and Amazon are allowing this practice to continue, with PS5 units being offered for over $[redacted] instead of the regular price of $[redacted]. I suspect that these companies might be taking advantage of consumers by manipulating supply and demand. I hope that Sony is not in agreement with these questionable business tactics. I purchased a one-year membership for my grandson on 5/27/21, paying $63.29 with our credit card. An unexpected $19.99 charge from PlayStation appeared on 5/30/21, leaving us puzzled. Despite multiple attempts to contact PlayStation to clarify and resolve the issue, our efforts were in vain. In a bid for better communication, we disputed the charge on our card, which unfortunately led to the suspension of his account. Our main goal is to rectify this misunderstanding promptly. Our concern is whether his account was compromised or if he unintentionally subscribed to a service. The $63.29 charge for his membership remains unchallenged; only the $19.99 charge was disputed.
