Recently, on PS4, my account got suspended for harassment. The person causing this issue, who I have no connection with, sent derogatory messages and started the problem. Even though I reacted after being called a hurtful term, I got reported. After being suspended for seven days, I reported them for using offensive language and blocked them to avoid more conflict. A week later, they reported me again after their ban ended. I tried to limit my interactions to only friends in-game to prevent future incidents. This individual has harassed me for weeks, leading to a 30-day suspension that jeopardizes my account progress. I acknowledge my initial mistake, but now I feel targeted and just want to enjoy gaming without fear of losing all my hard work. I believe it's unfair that the harassment persists, hindering my PS4 access. I hope for assistance to resolve this issue and have my suspension lifted.

I encountered error code WS-[redacted]-6 when trying to access my PS5. My console number is AJ[redacted]80, Online ID is SurinamoXSurkezi, and PSN Sign In ID is [redacted] I can access my PS4 with the same account without any issues. After multiple calls to PlayStation, I have not found a solution. An email from WWW.playstation.com/support on 3/16/[redacted] assured me my account is not banned for chargebacks and suggested contacting PlayStation support. I seek help from PlayStation Management to grant access to my PS5 as my account is in good standing. I urge PlayStation to address this directly instead of redirecting me repeatedly. I'm having trouble accessing my PlayStation account. I'm logged out on all devices and have 2-step verification on. I can't use the old phone number associated, and I don't have the recovery code. When I called customer support, I was prompted for a support ID which I don't have, leading to disconnection. I haven't found any alternative method to speak with a live person for assistance with regaining account access. I possess all necessary information to verify my ownership of the account. I am trying to access my son's PlayStation account that I created for him to link to his Epic account for cross-play. We have a PlayStation 4 and I am setting it up for him to log in, but when I enter the account details, it says the username and/or password is incorrect. The account has only been used once to link it with Epic. I've been trying for two days and keep getting the same error message. The account recovery bot couldn't find the account, yet I receive password recovery emails. The email associated with the account is [redacted], and the password is mcmartin1. I'm unsure if the password is case-sensitive because of my handwriting.

I need assistance regarding refunds for recent purchases. We have decided to cancel the new PlayStation ordered on Amazon and return the PS VR bought from GameStop due to switching exclusively to Microsoft. We have been customers of both accounts for the same duration and have never faced suspension without knowing the cause. We will no longer endorse PlayStation to our followers. Over the past month, we have spent $[redacted] on equipment alone. Is Sony aware of the significant issue of bullying on platforms like Discord and Twitch? There are incidents of players paying others with in-game items to harass or deceive fellow players, leading to unjust suspensions. I have reported these matters to Discord and Twitch and have sought legal advice on the subject.

On Tuesday, March 16th, my PlayStation account was banned due to chargebacks mistakenly included in disputed transactions involving PayPal. Despite resolving the refunds promptly with sellers, PlayStation swiftly banned my account without attempting to rectify the situation first. Subsequently, the ban was communicated via email, indicating a $5.47 outstanding payment and requesting redemption via PlayStation Store gift cards. This process seemed cumbersome and questionable, leading me to doubt their tactics and motives in addressing the issue. The chargebacks in question were related to additional game content, not essential purchases, which should warrant a different resolution than a complete account ban. I find the imposed ban severe and disproportionate to the issue. My goal is simple - to regain access to the games I legitimately own on my account without unnecessary delays or complications. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to PlayStation, only a few automated responses have been received, leaving me frustrated and seeking a more efficient resolution.

Hello! I recently discovered that my account was suspended on PlayStation due to a message that violated the code of conduct, resulting in confusion and frustration. After checking my email, I learned that the message was sent by someone else while my little brother had friends over who may have acted inappropriately. My account has been suspended! The offending message I sent was written as follows: "fdp go to f yourself." Here is the email from Sony: Dear Simone, What happened? Your PlayStation Network account has been permanently suspended. Why? The PlayStation Security Team has determined that content uploaded from your account Message on PlayStation Network violated the Code of Conduct specified in our Terms of Service. What went wrong? Offensive or abusive content, including vulgar language, images, audio, and video, other user-generated content, or direct insults to others. My account was compromised about a week ago, and the person who gained access to it engaged in fraudulent activities and communicated inappropriately with others, resulting in the ban of my account. Despite reaching out to support and having my account restored, it was later permanently banned presumably due to the actions of the unauthorized user. Regrettably, I am unable to contact your team via phone or the bot since my account is banned. I invested a significant amount of time and money into my account, and it is disheartening to lose it due to someone else's misconduct. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in recovering my account as I am facing consequences for actions I did not commit.

Following a conversation with him, he threatened me, prompting me to report the interaction. I am confused as to why I received a permanent ban when I was provoked and only used mild language like "bot" and "stupid." It was a rough day for me, and I regret my words. Since serving a one-month suspension, I have refrained from engaging in any further negative behavior online. I believe my account was accessed without permission last night at 2 am. Unauthorized purchases were made for several games and 2-step verification was enabled without my knowledge. I am unable to access my account due to the verification being linked to a device and app that I did not set up. I need assistance from PlayStation urgently to regain access to my account and disable the unfamiliar 2-step verification.

Hello, I have an issue with my PSN account being banned on Saturday, even though I only sent a few messages with a g for fun. The previous ban for "Offensive or abusive content such as vulgar language, images, audio files, video files or other user-generated content or abuse towards others" was not justified either, as I did not do anything of the sort. I have not written anything like that or uploaded any such files. I have lost access to my FIFA team. I tried to switch my EA account to a new one, but due to the ban, EA says it's not possible. It can't be that everything is now lost. I pre-ordered the game for this (costing [redacted]€) and now, because of the Sony ban, everything is gone. It would be very kind if I could get help with this. It’s disproportionate. One should not be able to ban an account and cause financial damage just because someone, for fun or out of emotion because they got a good player, writes a g multiple times.

My account got banned due to some regrettable messages. Interestingly, I was banned for a conflict that the other person initiated. I reported him as well, hoping he also faced consequences. Unfortunately, I can't access the email linked to my account since it's an old one. I'm uncertain about the duration of my ban. I've been an avid PlayStation user since I was eight years old, starting with the PS2. If my account is permanently banned over a minor disagreement, it will be a significant problem. I am determined to regain access to my account. The ban stemmed from a brief argument initiated by the other party, leading to harsh language. Hello, I am seeking assistance in reinstating my account that was recently permanently banned. The ban was a result of one or possibly multiple individuals, who were former friends, reporting some of my messages after our relationship deteriorated. The disagreement stemmed from my discomfort with them using inappropriate language such as racial slurs. Following a heated argument, my account was banned shortly after, presumably due to a reported message containing profanity that was exchanged in a non-malicious manner among us. Hello, I previously used monthly payments for PS Plus. Every month around [redacted] HUF was charged to my credit card. However, on February 15, I received an email regarding a sign-in alert to my Sony account from Saudi Arabia, showing activity on an iPhone using Chrome Mobile iOS at 07:07 PM GMT. I promptly changed my password after realizing this intrusion. Despite regaining control of my account, I noticed multiple 50 HUF transactions from my bank account by PlayStation. I contacted my bank and blocked my credit card as a precaution. Subsequently, I have been banned from accessing online services. Hello, I am writing to report a suspected hacking incident on my Playstation account. Recently, I received a notification on my PS4 stating that my console is no longer the primary device linked to my account. As I only own one PS4, I found this alarming. Upon trying to rectify this issue by activating my device, I encountered an error message instructing me to deactivate the other system from my account. Following the provided link to Sony's account management website, I attempted to deactivate the unknown device listed under my account but was unable to due to the restriction of only being allowed to use the "Deactivate All Devices" function once every 6 months - which I have never done before. Feeling uncertain about the security of my account and device, I seek assistance in regaining control of my account and designating my primary console correctly. I tried contacting Playstation Support at 1-[redacted] for help, but unfortunately, I couldn't get through to a representative after several failed attempts. I signed up for a parent account with the email [redacted] and a child account with [redacted] The child account was activated, and when I tried to log in, it prompted me to reset the password and then sent an email to confirm the password reset. However, when I tried to log into the child account yesterday with the console, it showed a message that the account had been banned from accessing the PlayStation Network due to violations of the Terms of Service and User Agreement. I am unaware of any reason why the account would be banned.

Hello. I have been playing PS4 for about four years and have always enjoyed it. Recently, while playing Overwatch with my friend at home, some players in the game chat started to insult me and call me a noob because I messaged a player named Kimor asking why he was being rude. I reported him for his bad messages to me, which were calling me a noob. My friend Kimor sent him a non-offensive message in return. Surprisingly, I received a permanent ban from PlayStation. I am shocked as this happened 9 hours ago. I did not do anything wrong; the last ban I received was a month ago, after which I refrained from playing much, only occasionally with old friends. I have about £20 in my account, which is a significant sum for my family, and I really need help to get my account back.
