The PS Store is displaying several errors when attempting to make a purchase. Firstly, a request to verify my age with ID card information pops up every time I try to buy something, which has caused me to abandon my last purchase. This verification process occurs regardless of the device used (PC, PS4, or PS app). Another issue is that when purchasing through PC, I encounter a 'Something went wrong' message, preventing me from completing the purchase and necessitating buying through the PS4 while having to re-verify my account. Additionally, upon accessing the library via PC, it incorrectly appears as empty. I am experiencing errors on the PS Store whenever I attempt to make a purchase. I own a PS4. I hadn't used it for about two weeks until I played on January 25th. Subsequently, I played on February 5th for two hours. However, on February 6th when I attempted to play, I discovered that my account had been suspended for 30 days at 6:42 pm. I didn't send any messages and am uncertain as to why I have been suspended. I suspect it may be related to a past incident in December when a friend, with the username HolyHell, falsely reported me and others during a personal disagreement. One of the individuals he targeted, frost_989, was also suspended. I am seeking clarification on the specific reason for my suspension and wondering if there were recent inappropriate messages linked to my account. Despite not having played for the last two weeks, I am perplexed by the suspension. I feel that my friend may be misusing the reporting system.

Around December 9, [redacted], my bank account linked to my PlayStation account got hacked, and over $[redacted] was fraudulently charged. In less than 30 minutes, the thief emptied my account. I promptly informed my bank's fraud unit, who canceled my card and initiated a claim. Unfortunately, my PlayStation account is now suspended for actions I didn't authorize. It feels unjust to lose my purchases and be banned for something I didn't do. Is there a way to regain access to my account and transfer my purchases? Any help on this matter is highly valued.

Good morning Sony, I encountered a problem about a week or two ago. I was logged out of my account every time I tried to log in. I quickly went online and changed my password to ensure security. When I saw that my account wasn't set as primary on my PlayStation, I attempted to do so, but it was already set as primary on another PlayStation. I tried to deactivate it remotely but found out it can only be done once every six months. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in deactivating it on all consoles from your end. Thank you.

I was playing NBA 2K21 when I hopped on a spot, and another player messaged me to get off. I refused, stating it was my turn. Shortly after, I was signed out of the game for bad conduct, which seems unfair. I believe this is a form of cyberbullying; I was simply waiting my turn to play. The other player should be the one banned, not me. I am frustrated as I didn't do anything wrong. Now I have been banned for 7 days due to this incident. Can someone please assist me with this issue? I have recently been permanently banned from PSN for not following the rules. Could you please provide me with information on what I might have done to incur this action? I have been a loyal customer since the PS2 days and currently enjoy playing shoot 'em up games like CALL OF DUTY on my PS4, with my subscription paid up until 02/28/21. I am willing to spend about $75 annually on PSN. I don't send text messages, rarely use my headset, and typically only play for 1-2 hours a day. I am 72 years old with 2 sons, 5 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, and one difficult ex-wife. I am a Vietnam veteran with a tour of duty lasting one year, three months, and fifteen days. I had a misunderstanding while gaming online. A player named xxmatajontesxx and I were in the process of making a trade on another app. Despite some miscommunication, things escalated when I made a comment that was misinterpreted, leading to the player harassing and mocking me. Unfortunately, I ended up being banned while the other player was not. I've reached out to Sony through live chats, but they've been unable to assist me. I feel upset about this situation and just want to be unbanned since I believe I did nothing wrong. I used the word “gay” in a non-offensive manner, but the other player managed to manipulate the system.

I'm frustrated by the random players in the game using rocket launchers to attack others. Despite going into passive mode, like recommended by Rockstar Entertainment, I still encounter this issue. Paying to play online, my friends and I follow all the game rules. It's disheartening to be killed randomly near our properties. These disruptive players should be banned. During our casino heist setups, the game inaccurately shows teammates leaving when they are present. Additionally, after completing a heist setup and setting up security Intel on the board, the game does not acknowledge it. It's been over a week, and the progress seems to have disappeared.

Last night, my son was harassed by adults on PlayStation, causing him great distress. I need the account to be reviewed and the adults who behaved inappropriately to face consequences. I listened to the messages sent to my son, and they were unacceptable for adults to send to a teenager. I am concerned about the lack of moderation by PlayStation to prevent this kind of behavior between adults and minors. I would like someone to contact me promptly to address this issue. I will be reviewing the messages my son received, identifying the individuals responsible, and seeking resolution. It is essential that inappropriate conduct towards my son is not tolerated. Hello, my PlayStation account has been suspended. In the past 3 months, I've had to change my password multiple times due to hackers, and now my account is locked. I would like it to be unlocked. The email mentioned something about me supposedly behaving unlawfully in some message 2.0 (which I don't even know). This cannot be true at all. I pay for PlayStation Plus and now I can't even use it. How is it possible for an account to be locked by such a big company without any valid reason? A few months back, I decided to replace my old joystick due to issues in games like Call of Duty and FIFA. In Call of Duty (online), I faced a sprinting problem where I couldn't run accurately. In FIFA (particularly in career mode), I encountered various issues such as running inaccuracies during matches, players sometimes running backward instead of forward, odd passes, and incorrect ball crossing. After changing my joystick and purchasing the latest version of FIFA (FIFA 21), I am disappointed to find that I am experiencing the same problems. I recently received an email notifying me about the permanent ban of my PlayStation account. To my dismay, I was at work all day yesterday while my son was playing on my PS5. I enquired if he had communicated with anyone, and he admitted to doing so. Upon reviewing the messages, I found one that contained the term "fkn" instead of "fucking," which I don't consider to be offensive. I take full responsibility for any past bans and have refrained from messaging other gamers to avoid any further issues. I believe this was an innocent mistake by my son, and I kindly request for my account to be reinstated. My PSN account was compromised, and unauthorized transactions were made. I've changed the password and reported it to the credit card company. Some PlayStation games were attempted to be purchased, including Crash Bandicoot and Mortal Kombat 11. The credit card company flagged the suspicious activities promptly. However, I couldn’t check my transaction history on the account due to an error. I believe no purchases went through as I haven't received any confirmation emails. I've been trying to contact customer service to resolve this, but the high call volume is causing delays. I need to confirm the charges to proceed with resolving this with the credit card company.

I was recently banned from PSN after confronting a cheater in Uncharted 4. While I did use some strong language, I kept my composure. The issue is, the individual I reported is a serial cheater who ruins the game for others and behaves toxicly when winning unfairly. Two days after calling them out, I find myself suspended by this very cheater. I have spent the whole day trying to address this issue, hoping for a ban lift or action against the group of cheaters who falsely reported me. Despite knowing their names, it seems Sony is quick to ban for minor language but not for actual gameplay exploitation and disruption.

Recently, I encountered a security breach on my PS4 PSN account on Thursday afternoon, evidenced by the emails I received, indicating that a person from Iran accessed my account. I received two emails, one containing a verification code and another shortly after confirming the activation of 2-step verification. The 2-step verification is now in effect across all my account activities. Despite changing my password successfully, I'm unable to disable this security feature as I've lost access to my PSN account. When attempting to retrieve back-up codes, I encountered a similar obstacle due to the verification process that requires a text confirmation, although I have not registered my phone number for this purpose. Since December [redacted], I have had a PS5. Yesterday, during a party chat with friends, my PS5 deleted all my message histories with every player. I am now unable to join or create party chats on PS4, PS5, the PS App, or the website. There are also glitches kicking me out of party screens. I attempted fixing this by restarting the console and rebuilding the database, but it didn't work. I even tried rebooting my internet connection, with no success. While my account works fine for multiplayer games and internet access, the issue persists in creating or joining voice chats. I receive a message saying "You have already left this chat" before being taken back to the main menu. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Last night, I logged out of my PlayStation account to change my password, but I received a message saying I couldn't log in at the same time, which made me think someone else had logged in using my ID. I tried resetting my password with my cell number linked to the account, but it still didn't work. When I tried logging in on my computer, I changed my email from Gmail to Yahoo, but I didn't receive the Yahoo verification email, and I accidentally closed the window with my account. Now, I can't access my account at all. I need help as my credit card is set to renew my monthly subscription on PlayStation Network, and I can't access the games I've paid for. A while back, my PlayStation account was hacked, and I have been banned multiple times since. I received a 7-day ban for alleged hate speech or harmful content, a 30-day ban for the same reason, and now I am permanently banned for adult content, which I did not post. It seems the hackers used my account to send inappropriate content. I am disappointed that I have lost access to my PS Plus subscription and the funds in my account. I have never engaged in such behavior. I urge the company to reconsider their decision and restore my access. I am unable to utilize the money I recently added to my account and play on a different account without PS Plus. My username is Platn- and my email address is [redacted]
