My son's debit card details were stolen and used to make unauthorized purchases on PlayStation. Despite this, no email receipt was received for the transactions. The individual responsible is alleging that they have had access to my son's account since March and mistakenly used the wrong account. I am seeking a way to determine how many PlayStation consoles are linked to my son's legitimate account. It is possible that the account the person accessed was set up by them using my son's information, but they lacked the correct email for receipt notifications. The matter is under investigation by the police; however, they are encountering difficulties reaching support for necessary clarifications. As a precaution, we have already changed my son's password and removed his payment details from the account.

On December 28, [redacted], my account was hacked by someone who created a child account and stole $50 from my PlayStation wallet. I have already updated my password and submitted ticket [redacted]6 to Sony PlayStation Network for assistance. I have tried contacting them three times without response. If I do not hear back soon, I will escalate the issue to the Better Business Bureau. In addition to my attempts to call, I have also sent an email regarding this matter. I made a purchase for a Playstation 5, but unfortunately, the console did not arrive. I contacted Fedex about the missing package a week ago, providing them with my claim number and shipment details. Despite their efforts, the package was not found. Additionally, I have a confirmation number from Sony, where I made the purchase. This situation is quite frustrating because it is the second time I have bought the PS5 only for it to disappear. Rather than a refund, I would prefer to receive another console since I have been eagerly anticipating playing with the PS5 for some time.

Last night, I was logged into the PlayStation Network. However, when I tried to log in this morning, it kept saying my username or password was incorrect. I attempted to reset my password, but the reset email never arrived. I'm using Gmail and double-checked my previous PlayStation emails to confirm my email address is correct. It seems like PSN is not recognizing my account, and I'm concerned about losing my save data from Genshin Impact. How can I resolve this issue without losing my progress with the characters in the game?

Last night, my PlayStation 4 was stolen, and I need help finding the serial number to report it to the police. I got it five years ago and don't have the box. GameStop only keeps records for three years, so I'm unsure how to proceed without the serial number. I am also curious about tracking options if the thief connects to Wi-Fi before I delete my PlayStation Network account.

I would like to address the unauthorized charges that have been made to my account without my consent. On 9/18, $12.78 was deducted, followed by another deduction of $10.65 on 9/21 and a similar charge on 9/23. A fourth charge of $9.99 was applied on 11/23, totaling $44.07 taken from my account. I insist that this practice stops immediately and the funds be returned promptly. Additionally, I am concerned as to how my new card details were obtained, as I did not provide this information willingly. I request a full refund and assurance that my account will not be debited without permission. I have tried to reach out via the contact number available online, but have been unable to get through.

During a recent Madden ranked game, I encountered a player with whom I had a history. After a bit of a heated exchange over gameplay tactics, I was surprised to find myself suspended by PlayStation for what appears to be a misunderstanding related to their new policy. I have been a loyal customer of PlayStation, investing significant funds in their products and services. I oversee several gaming leagues and value the community we have built. If my account isn't reinstated within the next 24 hours, I may consider switching to Xbox. Some time ago, our PlayStation accounts were hacked. Although we were able to recover the accounts, it appears that only one account linked to our PlayStation can access the games that were purchased through PlayStation. For example, if my dad buys a game on his account, the game remains locked for the other accounts connected to the PS4. I was hoping someone could provide me with instructions on how to activate "Family Sharing" so that all the accounts can access the games that were purchased.

During a game, a player was being verbally aggressive towards me and my friend, even making threats. When the game ended, we left. Shortly after, the player texted me and used the term "crip," which I didn't understand. I responded firmly but then unfortunately used a derogatory term, which I regret. Despite being black, I acknowledge that using that word was inappropriate. I received a harsh 7-day ban without prior warnings or a shorter ban. I believe this punishment is unjust as only the messages were reviewed without considering the context of the in-game chat.

Whenever I attempt to log into my PlayStation account on my PlayStation 4 Pro, it prompts me for a two-step verification code which I don't possess. I'm currently seeking assistance regarding Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection. It is considered the best version among pro players, but I am unable to find it on the PSN when browsing from my PC. On December 31, [redacted], I accidentally purchased The Last of Us 2 due to an incident with a younger sibling. Despite not planning to buy the game because of mixed reviews, it ended up in my shopping basket next to another game I was considering. After leaving the room for some time, I returned to find that the game was almost entirely downloaded. Due to unstable WiFi, I couldn't stop the download until it was complete. I haven't played the game and am now stressed about the cost, even though it was on sale for £31.50. Sony's customer support hasn't been very helpful, and I'm worried my refund request might be overlooked. I understand they are busy, especially with Cyberpunk refunds. I recently received an email notifying me that my PlayStation account was accessed from Saudi Arabia, which is not where I reside. Subsequently, I got another email informing me that my email associated with the account was changed. I have been unable to log in to my PlayStation account since then and have been unsuccessful in reaching out to anyone for assistance in recovering it. I have had this account for several years and have invested a considerable amount of money in games and in-game purchases that I can no longer access. Hello, I believe my PSN ID has been compromised by a user named Zacmaster. Despite blocking Zacmaster on my YouTube channel, they continue to post. A suspicious video was uploaded, seemingly showing me playing in multiplayer mode on my own account, even though I haven't played multiplayer in over a year and a half. My PSN ID is Nerfed Nerd. Zacmaster is known in PSN communities as a hacker and notorious lag switcher. I had to remove the video from my YouTube that Zacmaster uploaded 9 hours ago. I spent the day playing survival mode with my friend, Mikeyboo72. Zacmaster also managed to get me unfairly banned for 3 days last week. This individual has been a persistent stalker, and I need assistance with this issue. Thank you.

I have been submitting refund requests for Cyberpunk [redacted] regularly for weeks, but have not received any response. The game is full of crashes, glitches, and freezes on PS4, making it unplayable and disappointing. I regret pre-ordering it on PS4 instead of waiting to play on my gaming PC. I purchased "Tom Clancy's - The Division 2" for my PlayStation, but I am unable to access the online features it requires. Despite upgrading my Internet connection, I am encountering issues with my misspelled User Name that I can't seem to correct permanently. I received a PSVR Iron Man bundle as a Christmas gift from my mother. I set it up correctly but later found a slight tear in the cable connected to the headset. My mom couldn't find the receipt as she bought it at GameStop a few months ago. GameStop couldn't assist without the receipt. I tried to fix the cable but couldn't resolve the issue. Only the headset is affected as the other parts are new. My mom can't afford a new one, and she mentioned the bundle cost nearly $[redacted]. It's disheartening as gaming is my main source of entertainment during the pandemic. I would be grateful for any assistance in fixing the headset.
