I mistakenly downloaded the Street Fighter V: Champion Edition Upgrade Kit without realizing I needed to download the base Street Fighter V game first. Now I can't play the game because I only have the upgrade. I'm requesting a refund or for you to cancel my order so I can buy the actual Street Fighter V game instead of the upgrade.

My account was compromised, and the hacker enabled 2-step verification with new contact information, preventing me from accessing my account. Additionally, there are two unauthorized transactions in my account. Despite reaching out to live chat support, I was unsuccessful in receiving help. The support representative did not assist with refunding the unrecognized transactions or recovering my account, claiming verification was not successful without providing details. I am unsure about the verification process as all information I provided was correct. Although I have canceled my card, I am seeking a refund. At this point, I am considering selling my PlayStation as I have lost interest due to these issues. I hope to resolve this matter as the purchases were made without my knowledge and have not been used on my PlayStation. Hopefully, proper investigation will identify the culprit.

My DS4 controller refuses to connect to the console even after attempts with safe mode, unplugging the console while on, as well as pressing share+PS and plugging in the USB cord. The only successful method for connection has been using a keyboard to access the Bluetooth settings. However, I am now stuck at the "Welcome Back to PlayStation" screen. In the past, pressing random keys on the keyboard would allow me to move forward, but this no longer works. I've found that the "Pause Break" key acts as the PS button, yet it still doesn't help me navigate past the screen. Pressing Enter and Esc only trigger a menu sound without any progress.

I am very disappointed. Yesterday, my bank account was charged £49.99 for an automatic subscription renewal that I actually wanted to cancel back in December [redacted]. This subscription is a gift from my mother, so I didn't want it renewed. I haven't even used this subscription as it's not needed anymore. PlayStation mentioned that I'm not eligible for the 14-day cooling off period. I'm really hoping to get this issue resolved. Thank you.

I can't find my Black Ops 3 download in my PlayStation library. I received it for free with PS Plus, and it used to be there. It seems Treyarch added a new way to purchase Black Ops 3 with additional DLC, which may have replaced the original version. Did this change erase the old Black Ops 3 games downloaded from PS Plus? I currently don't have PS Plus but will subscribe again. I have also bought all the extra DLC for Black Ops 3.

I am having trouble accessing my PSN/Sony PlayStation account due to the 2-step verification process. I attempted to update my mobile number and password on the PSN website via my PC but was unsuccessful because of the 2-step verification. Consequently, I got logged out of all my devices including my phone and PS4, all of which now require the 2-step verification code. Unfortunately, my old phone number, which is registered for 2-step verification, is no longer accessible. I am unable to retrieve backup codes as I am not logged in on any device. I have been advised to create a new account by the chat representative, but I have significant investments in my current account. Despite reaching out to PlayStation on Twitter and attempting to get assistance through live chat on the website, I have not found a resolution. The lack of response from customer support has been frustrating.

I am currently locked out of my PSN account on Sony PlayStation due to issues with the 2-step verification. I attempted to update my mobile number and password through the PSN website on my computer, but was unable to proceed because of the 2-step verification. I encountered an issue with my Mortal Kombat 11 game where it got locked. Initially, it had a lock symbol on it, so I decided to delete it and attempt to redownload. However, now it's prompting me to repurchase the content, which is confusing to me. The game was supposed to only be accessible through an account that I do not have PS Plus for and did not use. I am eager to resolve this matter as Mortal Kombat 11 is one of my favorite games to play. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in helping me regain access to the game.

I received a 7-day suspension, not a ban. This occurred due to an unintended mistake on my part. I was trying to protect myself during a conflict and inadvertently sent the wrong picture. I'm disappointed as I had plans to enjoy playing Minecraft with my cousin during this time. The incident originated from another player causing trouble. I am seeking an appeal because I believe the situation was unjust. I can provide evidence from our gameplay recording where the other player initiated the conflict by being disrespectful to my cousin and then to me. I feel penalized whenever I stand up for myself. The unfairness of the suspension is making me question my loyalty to PlayStation. Despite the other player's hurtful comments about my grandma's health issues, I received consequences for sharing a screenshot. I hope for a reconsideration of my case, as I aim to move past this and continue enjoying gaming without further disruptions.

Hello, my name is Samson and I need some assistance. I recently bought a PS4 and created an account on PlayStation Network with the online ID TanzaniteLion. After forgetting my password, I tried to reset it by following the "forgot password" link. I provided my email address, [redacted], and received a reset link. However, when I clicked on it, I was prompted to enter my date of birth, which I input as 8-20-[redacted], only to be told it was incorrect. My debit card was wrongfully used to purchase PlayStation games, which I did not authorize. I suspect a visitor in my home might be the culprit since they own a PlayStation. They have charged $[redacted].80 to my account under the ID fazekid123. I did not give permission for this transaction and am now left without money. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue and recovering the lost funds.

I am frustrated with the recent unauthorized charge on my account for a game I did not purchase and never downloaded. Attempts to contact support were unsuccessful, and even initiating a claim did not lead to any response. Consequently, I had to involve my bank to stop the payment. Surprisingly, my account got suspended instead of resolving the issue. This particularly pertains to a pre-ordered game that I tried to cancel before its release. As a long-time Sony supporter, this experience has left me greatly displeased with the lack of customer service.

I can access my account, but my PS4 is not set as the primary console even though I haven't used another console. I visited the PlayStation support website and attempted to deactivate the console, but I can only do this every 6 months. I have signed out of all devices on the website, updated my email and password for the PSN account, and logged back into my PS4. However, I need help with activating my console as the primary PS4. Any advice on how to do this would be very helpful.

My account got banned because of a chargeback, but I'm certain I didn't make any purchases or initiate a chargeback. My bank has no record of such transactions either. My account ID is idelly19, and I'm unable to get assistance through phone support or live chat as my account is suspended. I've been a user for over 7 years and losing my account due to an error I didn't commit would be disappointing. I hope to find help from a non-automated support channel. Your assistance is greatly desired.

Hello, I recently acquired the PlayStation 5. However, on my PlayStation 4, it identifies me as a young user. This is because I initially got the PS4 when I was younger and played GTA on it, working hard to achieve progress in the game. Upon transitioning to the PS5, I encountered a barrier accessing GTA online due to my age setting. I'm disappointed as I don't wish to start over all my achievements. I simply engage in typical gameplay activities such as driving and completing missions. I would appreciate assistance as I am feeling quite upset about this issue.

When I first set up my PS4, my dad entered my age inaccurately since I was young. Now that I am older and have a PS5, I can't access GTA V online due to the age restriction set on my Sony Entertainment Network account. The message I receive states that my account is not permitted to access network features. I don't know how to resolve this issue, and I'm upset because I had made a lot of progress in the game.

My PlayStation account was hacked, and a two-step verification was added without my knowledge. I can change the password but can't access my account or limit the access. I removed my debit card from the account before any transactions were made. I have access to the email, current password, user ID, debit card details, and the original PS4 serial number linked to the account.

I purchased a PS4 in the USA, and after moving to India last year, I changed my PlayStation Network store region to India to buy games and in-game items. As I will be returning to Virginia soon, I need to switch back to the US store to use my American credit card for purchases. Can I update my card information to my American card? Will this also update my store region to access American apps on my PSN account automatically?

I am having trouble accessing my online account. After receiving an email regarding unauthorized charges, I changed my password on my PS4 account. However, the verification code provided was not accepted when I entered it on the PS4. I have been attempting to retrieve backup codes and a valid verification code, but I have not received any texts on my phone. I paid for a year's membership for my son to play during the pandemic, and I need access to the account to continue his gaming.
