Initially, I made a purchase of 7.99 euros in V Bucks on Saturday, only to discover that my card details were stored online, allowing my grandson to make additional unauthorized purchases totaling over [redacted].00 euros. The transactions occurred rapidly, one after another, as you can see from the records. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I did not authorize any charges on the PlayStation store. I have been dealing with this for the past few months. I have changed my account number before. Please remove my credit card from your account. I am not authorizing any payments to PlayStation. I have checked my son's PlayStation, and my card is not in his game. I cannot afford to pay PlayStation any money. Please stop taking money from my credit card.

Hello, I need help with a situation regarding my PSN account. I don't have a PS4, but I linked my account to Epic Games since I play on PC. I purchased a $25 PSN card for the Qatar region, created a new PlayStation account, and redeemed the funds there to buy the Fortnite Royalty & Warriors Bundle. Unfortunately, the purchase only showed up on a PS5 account, and there was no PS4 version available. I was disappointed and would like assistance converting the PS5 version to PS4 or getting a refund so my friend can buy the bundle using my account on his PlayStation. I recently contacted your support team regarding my mother's card being saved to my account and you automatically using her account to renew my subscription. Despite trying to cancel, I couldn't proceed, leading us to involve the bank. Unfortunately, my account was permanently suspended. I was advised to purchase a subscription card to regain access and a link was sent for assistance. Regrettably, I accidentally deleted the link. Can you please resend it to me?

I recently had to format my PS4 as it was stuck in Safe Mode. I still have my Gmail, ID, and Password to access my account. However, upon trying to sign into the PlayStation Network, it prompted me for a 2-step verification code. Unfortunately, my phone number has changed since I created the account. I am not signed in on any devices, so I don't have a backup code or the ability to update my phone number. How can I log back into the PlayStation Network without this information?

Another child invited my son to chat, and when he confirmed his online ID, the child began threatening and provoking him. He even shared my son's address and recorded their argument, then got my son's account banned on PSN. I had just bought my son a $50 PSN card earlier, and now his 11,[redacted] v-bucks are gone. This was done out of spite and jealousy. I'm extremely upset and request that my son's account be unbanned promptly.

My account has been suspended. I have a different last name and don't have the ID information you are requesting. I put a stop on a charge that wasn't made by my child. I'm getting him a $[redacted] PlayStation for Christmas. I would have paid the $9.99 charge, but I want to ensure no one else is using his account before more than $[redacted] is charged on it. I recently experienced a security breach on my PlayStation network account. The hacker not only made an unauthorized purchase using my details, but also enabled a two-step verification, locking me out of my own account. Despite resetting my password successfully, I am unable to proceed due to not receiving the verification code sent to the linked mobile number. My attempts to reach out to PlayStation's customer support via phone have been unsuccessful as they are not currently taking calls, and I am unable to locate an email address to report this issue.

I have an issue with my PlayStation Network account being linked to an outdated Hotmail address that I no longer have access to due to a malfunctioning tablet. Microsoft is requesting ancient email addresses to recover it, which is unreasonable. If I try to reset my PSN password, it will be sent to the inaccessible Hotmail. I need to update my email to the one provided here.

My son's new account was banned before he could even use it. I was trying to link it to EPIC Games for Fortnite, and I received an error code WS-[redacted]-7, stating that his account is now suspended. I'm unsure why, as he never accessed the system. I have experience with many game systems, and this issue has me considering returning it. The support system is subpar. While my son can't play on the PS4, he still can watch his siblings on it, thankfully he has his Nintendo Switch. I just want his user-id "ShadowGunny" unsuspended. Hopefully, Sony can provide the necessary assistance.

I am concerned about my friend's recent unfair ban on PlayStation. He is hesitant to appeal it, yet what occurred seems unjust. I find it frustrating that he cannot defend himself since PlayStation does not allow appeals. The individuals who reported him engaged in illegal behavior but went unpunished. My friend and these individuals were involved in an argument with several of our mutual friends in the group. They obtained all of our IP addresses and illegally booted us offline. In response, my friend sent a humorous picture of a baby with soiled pants, which was mistakenly flagged as extreme pornography by Sony. The photo contained no nudity whatsoever. Why does Sony choose to perceive a child in a sexual manner and overlook illegal actions? Why was my friend given a 60-day ban for this incident? He simply wishes to have the suspension duration reduced, not rescinded. His details are E.G., known as "ImKarter" on PlayStation, with the email [redacted]

I was recently permanently banned from my PlayStation account, which is disheartening after being a loyal user for four years. I have invested over $[redacted] in in-store items and have accumulated more than [redacted] hours of gameplay. My father, who is currently battling COVID-19 at 68 years old, gifted me a PS5 for Christmas, and I was looking forward to playing with my friends during the winter break. However, my account ban has left me unable to access my games. I allowed my cousin to play on my account out of sympathy, and unfortunately, he engaged in inappropriate behavior, resulting in the ban. I need to recover my account, as it is the main one where I have spent the most money. I have called several times, and they keep telling me that my account does not exist with the name I provide. I just want a solution because I find it unfair that this is happening. It is so easy to send me a message to change the password without needing to input my birthdate. I am tired of not getting any solution from your side. I have recharged my phone several times to be able to call, but they do not give me any solution at all.

I inadvertently discovered that my 4-year-old son accidentally purchased a game called "Hitman" on our PlayStation while playing with the buttons. I am a single mother of four children, ages 4, 8, 11, and 14, and I do not permit them to play such games. The purchase has not only exceeded my overdraft but is also financially burdensome as the game is unsuitable for my children. While I acknowledge my responsibility in this matter, I am in a difficult situation and would greatly appreciate a refund to alleviate some of the financial strain.

Good afternoon, I recently purchased a PSVR Mega Pack that includes five games. When I tried to use the codes from the booklet to download the games, the first code for Playstation VR Worlds worked fine and I was able to download it without any issues. However, when I attempted to download the other four games using their respective codes, each time I entered a new code, it redirected me back to the VR Worlds game.
