I have been "permanently suspended" from my account that I've had for 4-5 years. I received an email stating the reason for this is a payment issue that I had zero control over. All credit cards linked to my account belong to family members who used them to buy gifts for me. I appealed the suspension and have not received a response after 3 days. This is concerning as my Playstation Plus membership is going to waste. I am frustrated with the lack of communication from a company I have invested thousands of dollars in and continue to support. I have reached out to Playstation through various channels but have not received any assistance. Please respond to me promptly.

I visited the website mentioned to read about Cyberpunk [redacted] refunds. While scrolling, I accidentally clicked the refund submission link. I want to emphasize that I do not wish to request a refund for the game. The placement of the button on the site is inconvenient, and it should lead to a new page rather than an auto-submission. To reiterate, I have purchased and enjoy the game, and I do not want to lose access to playing it or have it removed from my system.

Hello, I have been dealing with a persistent issue of wifi outages at my residence for several months now. I suspect that some of my acquaintances might be intentionally disrupting my wifi connection through methods like DDoS attacks. This situation is causing significant disruption to my daily activities, particularly gaming and online assessments. It is distressing for my family to face continuous interruptions to the internet service we are paying for. The outages typically last for approximately 2 to 7 minutes, sometimes even longer, making it challenging for us to rely on our internet for important tasks. A few days ago, my account got banned. I purchased a prepaid PlayStation Store card to settle the outstanding balance and get my account reinstated. I have been eagerly waiting for the email confirming the restoration of my account. I attempted to call for support, but it seems your lines are closed even though the operating hours indicate otherwise. I implore you to assist me promptly in recovering my account. My PlayStation Network account was hacked by my ex between April and June resulting in a permanent ban. I've been unable to access the chat support despite trying various methods, as have my friends. I'm unsure of the exact reason for the ban, but I've had the account for 7 years, investing over $[redacted]. The account can supposedly be unbanned, but I lack the necessary name and address information he altered, changing my last name from Craig to Quiros. I'm in need of assistance, please. It seems that my PSN account might have been compromised. Today, when I attempted to play a game, I received an error indicating that the game was licensed on another device. A different console was designated as the primary one without my authorization. Despite trying to deactivate it through the Sony website, I was informed that remote deactivation is only permitted every six months. It appears that the hacker deactivated our actual PS4, associated our account with another PS4, and blocked our access to our games. My sister and I did not make any changes to the settings.

I recently changed my PSN ID on my PS4 and I am experiencing connectivity problems while playing online games on my PS3 with the new ID. I read on the PlayStation website that the option to switch back to my old PSN ID is available, but only PlayStation Support has the authority to make this change. I have attempted to contact PlayStation Support multiple times via phone, but due to the high call volume, the line always gets disconnected. Moreover, my attempts to reach out through live chat have been unsuccessful as no one responds to my request. I would be extremely grateful for any assistance I can receive.

I recently reset my PSN password for the account under the username Dahmer_89. Subsequently, all linked devices have been signed out and now require a 2-Step Verification for sign-in. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number ending in [redacted] associated with my account due to switching carriers, making it impossible to receive the verification code. Whenever I attempt to use my PS4, my TV remains on the blank HDMI2 screen despite being connected to the correct HDMI2 slot. I have attempted switching the HDMI slot to HDMI1 and HDMI3 with no success. I can only hear the console turning on and the sound of the home menu theme, but the screen remains blank. I have tried charging the controllers and even purchased new HDMI cables, but the issue persists. Is there a solution to this problem? If not, is there a way to retrieve account information such as username and password without accessing it on the console, allowing me to sign into Sony on a PC instead?

I was using my PS5 on my account on December 18th when I received a text from someone saying they liked boys. I shared this with a friend by sending a screenshot. Now, I woke up to an email stating my account has been suspended. I believe this suspension is unjustified as if I had added the same friend to the group chat, it would have been the same situation. Also, if the person who sent the message is a girl, then the suspension does not make sense. I am reaching out to inquire about what can be done regarding this suspension as I do not feel it was warranted.

I am having trouble signing into my PlayStation account on the PS5 because I forgot my password. When I click on "forgot password" and try to select my date of birth, it keeps saying it's incorrect even though I know it's right. It doesn't provide any other options for me to try. Good evening, I was recently suspended from the PSN. This happened because I was reported by another player who wrongly claimed I had scored in FIFA 21, and I disputed it. I am having trouble connecting my controller to my PlayStation. I have tried everything I can think of. After using the controller at my sister's house on her PS4, it has been about a week since I used it again. Now, when I try to turn it on using a perfectly functioning USB cable, it charges fine, but when I attempt to connect it to my PlayStation, it just blinks white. I have tried all possible solutions without success.

I work out of town for extended periods, and my wife often plays on my Fortnite account. Recently, someone with a similar name to mine messaged her, claiming to be a hacker. Somehow, they changed the email linked to my account, and now I’m unable to recover it. The email is unknown to me as it was altered by the hacker. The issue started within Fortnite, and the hacker seems to be someone named Tal from Canada, as per my email notifications. I have the serial code for my PS4 where this account was created, and it's crucial to me as it’s my initial profile on this console since last December. My username is Epic_Stigma, and the hacking incident occurred last Monday. I have all the original login details but need assistance to resolve this matter.

Hello, while playing FIFA, I experienced unsportsmanlike behavior from my opponent. Initially, after losing, they taunted me with multiple messages. Despite not engaging, they proceeded to insult me. In response, I made a remark referencing a famous fight. The situation escalated when they made derogatory comments about my family. I warned them about a ban due to their inappropriate language. While we both engaged in this behavior, I opted not to report the other individual as it did not concern me. Prior to taking action against an account, it is crucial to thoroughly investigate and review the entire conversation between players.
