Hello, I am writing to address my son's PlayStation account, which got reported and banned for 30 days until the 29th of this month. The report was due to obscene content sent by an 11-year-old boy from the accounts "Mattyxx12" and "Mr Wolf_6_6" who also engaged in online bullying and threatening behavior towards my 10-year-old son, known as "Mr. Wolf_6_6". I am concerned why the other two boys have not faced consequences as well. Due to the situation with COVID-19, my son relied on his PlayStation to stay connected with friends, and this ban has greatly impacted his mental health, especially with Christmas approaching. I am hoping to have the ban lifted considering the content originated from the other boy, and my son was the one being bullied. Hello, My son has had an account since [redacted], registered under the email [redacted] He has lost his password and forgotten the security question. We really need help to recover his account as we have spent a lot of money on FIFA, Fortnite, and Rocket League games. He remembers his first and second passwords as dani20!7 and dani0906. The email is [redacted] I, his dad, have been spending money using his card under the name Edin Strmonja from Travnik, Bosnia and Herzegovina. I am struggling to purchase a PS5 online for my grandson as today is his 13th birthday. Although I have opened a case with Playstation on November 23 due to encountering the same error on both Safari and Chrome browsers. The issue states that to buy a PS5 on the playstation direct site, one must have a Playstation Network ID. The page prompts to "sign in now," but when attempted, it just loops back to the same page. I attempted changing the password through their bot, but the problem persists. Despite receiving an email confirming they were investigating the issue two weeks back, I have not had any updates since. I am afraid I might miss the chance to make this purchase after investing numerous hours trying to resolve this matter.

A few months ago, my account was hacked. The hacker changed my username and password. Since I hadn't used my PlayStation in a while, I only just discovered the hack. I've now updated my password, but I'm unable to sign into my PSN account on the website. I keep receiving the message "Error: A connection to the server could not be established. (18.[redacted].[redacted].2a11e73c)" whenever I try to log in.

I am currently unable to access my PSN account as I have forgotten my online ID after a long period of inactivity. When attempting to reset my password, I received an error stating that my birth date is incorrect, which may have been a mistake on my part. Unfortunately, creating a new account is not an option as my email is already associated with my current account, resulting in a deadlock situation. I am hesitant to create a new email just for this purpose as it would add to the list of things to manage. Regrettably, I have been unsuccessful in contacting the customer support team, leaving me stranded with an inaccessible email and a dormant PSN account.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my PlayStation account due to it being locked. The system prompts me to reset my password, but I am unable to proceed as the security questions regarding my date of birth and birthplace are not accepting my answers. This has raised concerns that my account might have been compromised, leading to these changes that I didn't authorize. I am reluctant to create a new account as I have purchased numerous games digitally on my current account, and I wish to avoid repurchasing them.

I received a never-used PlayStation 4 from a friend but couldn't find the original controllers. I have my own dualshock4 that I've been using for my PC without any issues. I connected the PS4 and tried to pair my controller by following the instructions, even resetting the controller and turning off my laptop's Bluetooth. However, after attempting to connect the controller, the LED light behaves as expected but nothing happens on the console. The screen continues to cycle through instructions in multiple languages without progressing to the next setup screen.

For the past three days, I've been unable to set my PSN account as primary. When trying to do so, it seems like another PlayStation system already set it as primary. It's possible that my account has been hacked, or there might be a bug causing this issue. I can't deactivate all accounts because I've done it before. I really need assistance to resolve this problem so that I can continue playing my games. Contacting customer support in the Middle East is expensive for me, and unfortunately, I couldn't find a live chat option in the Middle East. I reached out to the live chat support in the US, but they couldn't assist as my account is based in Lebanon.

Hello, I purchased a £50 Amazon gift card for my grandson. This is my first time buying one, so I wasn't sure what to do with the code. PlayStation instructed me to sign up to redeem my voucher, and now the money is in my PlayStation account but I can't use it or transfer it to my grandson's account. I'm unsure what steps I need to take to get the money back, as I can't afford to buy another one. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello! I believe my PSN account has been compromised as the password and email have been changed. Although I attempted to reset the password, I did not receive an email notification, checked all folders including spam. I noticed unauthorized purchases on November 25th ($34.79 for FIFA 21 Beckham Edition for PS4 & PS5, $14.99 for Mortal Kombat 11, and a $0.00 charge for Rocket League) on my bank statement. I've taken the necessary steps with my bank to prevent further charges. Despite contacting my bank, I am unable to access my account to update the login details. I've exhausted all options on the website - the chatbot and phone line were unhelpful, and Twitter and live chat have not resolved the issue. I am eager to regain control of my account by resetting the email and password.

I received an email notifying me of a change to my PlayStation sign-in ID. Upon checking, I discovered a sign-in from Bulgaria while I was asleep, which could possibly be through a VPN. However, the focus is that I am unable to find a solution, causing me a great deal of stress. I would appreciate assistance with this matter.

My email linked to my PlayStation account is inactive, and I received a notification about being suspended. I don't recall violating any terms, and if I did, it would have been a long time ago. I find it odd that the suspension happened on a random date. I am seeking clarification on why my account was suspended and would like to have it unsuspended if there was no violation of terms.

This morning, on 12/12 around 10:15 a.m., I received six confirmation emails from PlayStation regarding purchases of expensive games on my account. I did not authorize these transactions, leading to an overdraft in my bank account. I visited my bank where a private banker noticed fraudulent charges on my PSN virtual wallet. They canceled my card, disputed the charges, and assisted me in securing my account by enabling 2FA, changing passwords for both PSN and email, and signing out of all other devices. However, by 3 p.m., my account was banned with violation code WS-[redacted]-7. I am unsure how to regain access as I have taken steps to address the fraudulent activity and PlayStation customer service is unavailable on weekends.

I faced two bans recently. The first ban, a 30-day suspension, was justified as I was sharing inappropriate content with a friend during an argument. However, the second ban, a permanent one, was not my doing. A booster/hacker stole my account, and I possess evidence including the gamer tag and recorded voice admitting to the theft. Though unsure of what transpired with my account, I request assistance as I believe I was wrongfully banned. I now use a new account and can be reached at [redacted].

Recently, my main account set as primary on PS4 for my brother to use got unexpectedly deactivated. Despite changing the password, I couldn't reactivate it as it indicated someone else had activated it. I tried to deactivate all devices through the PlayStation Network website but learned it's only allowed once every 6 months. I don't recall doing this previously, and waiting 6 months isn't an option. If feasible, I kindly request resetting all devices linked to my account. I am experiencing difficulty logging back into my account after being unexpectedly signed out. Around a month ago, I found myself logged out of my PSN account due to an indication that I was logged in on an additional PlayStation device, even though I believe I only have one account. Upon attempting to sign back in, my password was not accepted, prompting me to reset it and create a new one. I also removed my debit card details from the account at that time. After this, everything seemed to be working well for a few weeks until last week when I encountered another unexpected sign-out and now my new password is being rejected. Despite trying to reset my password and not receiving the email on my PSN account address, I had to resort to using an alternative email. Unfortunately, even after attempting to reset my password again, I faced a hurdle during the verification process as my birthdate, 8-14-[redacted], was deemed incorrect. Despite my efforts to contact customer support via phone and live chat, I have not been successful in resolving this issue and regaining access to my account. I am eager to resolve this situation promptly so I can enjoy playing my digital games which are currently inaccessible to me.

We discovered some unauthorized transactions on our debit card and reported them to the bank to dispute the charges. However, it seems that the bank mistakenly included legitimate Playstation charges in the fraud claims, resulting in my PS account being banned. This ban has caused me to lose access to all the games I have purchased over the years. Since the charges were not fraudulent but an error, I am requesting for the ban on my PS account to be lifted.

I own a PlayStation 4 and have downloaded several games. Recently, I purchased a 4TB external hard drive to expand my storage. I bought two games, AC Valhalla and CyberPunk, in the past few months. However, since getting these games, I've been encountering frequent force closes. These crashes happen during cutscenes or while in the midst of gameplay combat. Despite trying various solutions, the issue persists. I've invested a significant amount of money in this console and the games. Any suggestions on how to address this ongoing problem?

I am experiencing an issue with my PlayStation where it appears to be stuck in a loop while trying to check the system storage status. The process stops at around 40% and displays a message stating "Cannot Start the PlayStation" before shutting off. Upon restarting, I am prompted to connect the DualShock 4 controller with a USB cable and press the PS4 button. This action brings me to safe mode, where I attempted to rebuild the database. However, the system continues to check the storage status, then displays the same error message. The system then instructs me to connect a USB storage device with an update file for reinstallation of version 8.03 or later, obtainable from PlayStation.com. Unfortunately, I am stuck in this repetitive cycle. Thank you.

On Sunday, December 13th, my PSN account was hacked. The hacker changed the email and password, preventing me from resetting it. They also made unauthorized game purchases totaling approximately $[redacted] using my card details saved on the account. I have the email receipts as proof. My email is [redacted] and my ID is Zacharynugget. I am hoping to regain access to my account promptly and receive a refund for the unauthorized charges. This incident has left me feeling very upset.
