I unknowingly used my friend's card information without realizing it was stolen. Sony has taken action on my account, and I acknowledge my mistake. I am a teenager and unable to afford the necessary fees to restore my account due to the financial impact of Covid-19 on my community. I am willing to accept a temporary ban as a consequence and work to make amends for my actions.

One of my friends gave me their card information, claiming it was their parents' and that I could spend freely as they had already made their purchases. I was unaware that the card information was stolen, and I didn't know the money I spent was from someone else. I acknowledge my mistake and understand that Sony is investigating, but I feel it's unjust to penalize me and restrict my account, given my lack of knowledge about the fraud. As a teenager without the means to repay the debt due to the current economic situation caused by COVID-19, I hope to have my account reinstated. I am willing to accept a one-year ban to make amends for the unintended consequences of my actions.

I recently got wrongly suspended from a group chat on PlayStation and have been unable to reach out to the company for assistance in reversing the suspension. It seems the suspension may have been related to inappropriate images being posted in the chat, such as a naked individual. However, I want to clarify that I was not involved in that activity. Upon noticing the disturbing content being shared, I chose to leave the chat with 11 participants and join a quieter party to focus on playing Hollow Knight. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact Sony's support line have been unsuccessful. Any advice on how I can resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, I purchased v-bucks for Fortnite via the Playstation Store. After the purchase, I got logged out of Playstation. When I try to log back in, it requests a code which was sent to my old number that I no longer have access to. I also can't locate the backup code. I would appreciate your assistance with these issues.

I believe my credit card details were compromised on the PlayStation network. I recently made a purchase for Call of Duty, only to have my bank alert me about four unauthorized charges on my account. Despite canceling my cards, I have been unable to reach anyone at PlayStation for three days now. The lack of customer service is frustrating, especially when it involves a security concern like this. I am desperate to have this matter resolved as I am unable to access my PS4 account. I was attempting to buy Madden 21 MVP Edition and PS Now on sale from my computer, but encountered an error message. After chatting with a PS representative, I was advised to make the purchase using the console. As the console was a Christmas gift and had not been set up, I decided to complete the setup for the purchases. However, by the time the PS5 finished its software update, the items had returned to their regular price. Is there any way to still obtain Madden 21 MVP Edition and PS Now at the sale price?

My 16-year-old daughter's debit card number has been compromised, and unauthorized purchases have been made on the PlayStation Network. Upon checking her bank account today (12/1/20), she noticed four unauthorized debits totaling $41.86 ($15.89, $9.99, $7.99, $7.99). Besides casual banter such as "you're bad at the game" or "you suck," I don’t think being banned is warranted. I’ve been a PlayStation Plus subscriber for more than a decade and feel unfairly treated. It doesn’t seem right that a child upset about losing a game can report me for a message exchange, resulting in a ban. Why not just disable messaging on the account in question instead? If my account remains banned, what will happen to my PlayStation Plus subscription and all my saved data?

I purchased Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War from the store, downloaded and played it. The next day, I encountered the CE-[redacted]-0 error, so I deleted and re-downloaded the game. However, I can only download the base game without being able to install additional modes like Zombies, Multiplayer, and Campaign. Whenever I try to install the other modes, I receive the CE-[redacted]-5 error. I am looking for a solution to this issue so that I can enjoy the game. If it cannot be resolved, I would like to request a refund.

I purchased the new "Assassins" game, but it continues to display a corrupt message. I have attempted various solutions, such as deleting and re-downloading it multiple times. I am currently in the process of downloading it again for the fifth time. I am wondering if there is a possibility of receiving a refund to purchase another game of similar or lower price to explore other options. This issue is frustrating, especially since this game is one of my favorites and encountering numerous problems. I am also disappointed as I was unable to secure a PS5 during the pre-order phase due to others beating me to it.

I pre-ordered Cold War on the PS store during the Beta. However, the system mistakenly downloaded Modern Warfare and charged my credit card multiple times. Even though the card company caught most of the charges, one went through. I didn't intend to order it, didn't finish the download, and couldn't rectify the situation on the PS system. I tried for days to contact someone at PS to no avail. I eventually disputed the charge with my credit card company. Now, after renewing my annual fee and purchasing Cold War, my account got suspended. I have been unable to reach a real person despite online attempts and calls getting closed messages. I urgently require my access reinstated or a refund for the annual fee and recent purchase.

I am looking to identify the proper contact regarding unauthorized charges on my credit card. I recently discovered several unfamiliar charges on different dates and amounts that appear to be related to my son's PlayStation account. I suspect his account may have been hacked as it was briefly suspended without explanation. I was unaware that having my credit card linked to his account posed a security risk. I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my credit card when I checked my account. It was alarming to see most of the funds I had left were taken. I faced difficulty finding a helpline as it seemed unavailable each time I tried. Now, I am actively looking for a contact number to speak with a representative. There are five transactions from Playstation, all made on November 26, [redacted], totaling hundreds of dollars.

Two years ago, my PlayStation account got banned unexpectedly. I was 10 years old then, and I unknowingly used my dad's credit card to buy V-Bucks while playing Fortnite. It's disheartening to still see the account on my PS4 but be unable to access it due to an incident from my childhood. I've been a part of the PlayStation community using the account "facchini2006" since PlayStation 2, and it's hard to accept this outcome. On November 30, [redacted], my PS4 account was stolen, resulting in difficulty signing in. I promptly removed my credit card details from my PS4 via my phone. On December 2, [redacted], the police recovered my PS4 and possessions; however, the thief used vulgar language on my account, leading to my account being permanently suspended. I'm wrongly facing this suspension, as I didn't engage in that behavior. I urge for assistance to resolve this issue. Previously, in September, I received an unjustified 1-month ban. Since October 18, [redacted], I have been unable to send messages to my group chats on PlayStation 4. Initially, I resorted to using the PlayStation Messages app, which worked, but now that it has been integrated into the main PlayStation app, I am encountering persistent issues. Every time I attempt to send a message, I receive an error saying, “Can’t send message. Tap to try again,” and despite numerous attempts, the messages never go through. Even when using the console directly, similar problems arise, making communication in group chats impossible. I believed PlayStation would address this promptly with an update, but to my frustration, the problem persists without a solution. Repeated calls to PlayStation Support during business hours have gone unanswered, leaving me incredibly frustrated with the lack of resolution to this ongoing issue.

Vor ein paar Tagen wurde automatisch eine Überweisung an Sony für eine PS4 Plus Mitgliedschaft in Höhe von 59,99 € getätigt. Es gab jedoch ein Angebot für 44,99 €, welches ich nutzen möchte. Da ich letztes Jahr bereits ein ähnliches Problem mit der automatischen Überweisung hatte, obwohl ich sie deaktiviert hatte, bitte ich um Rückerstattung der Differenz von 15 € und gegebenenfalls um eine zusätzliche Entschädigung.
