Good morning, I am requesting Sony Entertainment Network to update my phone number. I recently changed my phone number and cannot access my old number to receive a code to unlock and change my account password via email. The current problem persists because my old phone is no longer functional. While I appreciate the security measures on your site, it's challenging to update my account without the ability to change my phone number. I have purchased several games on the PSN network and would like to continue accessing them on my new PS4 console. Unfortunately, I am unable to modify my phone number to receive necessary codes and restore access to my account. Due to my location in France and my account being on the PSN UK version, I am unable to contact your office by phone. Therefore, email is my only available means of communication for resolving this issue promptly. I haven't used my PS4 account in over a month. After updating, I was kicked off due to a transaction issue on the site, related to a chat. I've tried calling four times but couldn't reach a representative. I'm frustrated because I pay for this service, only to be banned when I haven't even played for a month. Please unblock me before I consider legal action. This message will be kept for any future legal proceedings. I've been a fan since PS1, but I'm disappointed now.

Since the recent software update, my PlayStation has encountered multiple problems. Initially, it indicated a corrupted database and prompted a reset. Following that, I faced difficulties playing one specific game, necessitating a complete deletion and re-download. Another issue arose when attempting to set the console to rest mode while a game was downloading - the download would restart entirely, an eight-hour process. Although I removed the disc and attempted to resume the download, it failed multiple times. While I achieved one successful download without the disc, any additional downloads or add-ons resulted in my PlayStation slowing down, freezing, and ultimately shutting off, leading to repeated full-game downloads. Despite downloading a free game without incident, this recurring issue with the specific game has persisted for three days, leaving me uncertain about the source of the problem. Could it possibly be related to the game itself?

Hello, In October [redacted], I sold my PlayStation to my brother and allowed him to change the sign-in ID associated with the account for easier operation. Despite trying various email and password combinations, we have been unable to access the account. In [redacted], my mother allowed me to use her credit card to buy the annual PlayStation Plus subscription. Recently, her card was charged again for the [redacted] subscription without my knowledge. I was surprised to find out her card was set on automatic renewal this year and I wasn't given the chance to update the payment method. I contacted her bank to dispute the charge as unauthorized. Following this, my PlayStation account was "permanently suspended." If I had been aware of the automatic renewal, I would have updated the payment details. No notifications were received about this. Evidently, I'm frustrated because all my games are tied to that account. I am uncertain why I was never informed or provided options. What steps can be taken to resolve this issue?

To whom it may concern, I am writing as a dedicated PlayStation fan, Colin M. I have been a loyal customer of Sony's gaming consoles for many years. Unfortunately, due to the impact of COVID-19 on my employment, I have struggled to save up for the new PS5. Now that I have finally saved enough, I am disheartened to find that the console is sold out on all websites. Dear Sony, My name is Keino, and I have been attempting to contact your company since Sunday, October 24th. I have been unable to use the live chat service as it is currently down. I will provide you with a complete overview of my situation. I purchased a PS4 followed by a PS4 Pro. I have had my account since the PS3 days. On Monday, September 26, [redacted], at 2:50 PM, I enabled two-step verification using my old, now forgotten number +[redacted]0. Subsequently, I utilized one backup code for testing and stored the rest in a text file on my computer. After formatting my PC in [redacted], I lost track of the backup codes. Over the years, I gradually forgot about the two-step verification as my PS4 console remained logged in, thus not requiring passwords. Additionally, I lost access to my previous phone number due to it being a prepaid line, which got deactivated after two months without a recharge. These days, I find myself attempting to regain access to my account due to the release of the PS5. I have numerous games associated with this account and am eager to recover them. Despite having full access to my email and the current password, I am consistently impeded by the two-step verification process every time I attempt to log in. I possess all the relevant information concerning my account.

I purchased DLC content for a game and feel scammed. The information provided is misleading, and despite requesting a refund within the 14-day window, my request was denied. There are other deceptive aspects related to this game, specifically regarding the Four Kings Casino run by Digital Leisure. The company's responses seem automated, and it appears they are duping many individuals. Considering this game may be played by children, the misconduct is particularly troubling.

I have been a loyal customer of Sony since the PS1 era, and I have spent a significant amount of money on their products over the years because I genuinely love their brand. However, the PS5 preorder situation has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The resale prices of $60,[redacted] to $70,[redacted] are outrageous and should be barred, especially when people are buying multiple units just to resell them. I simply want to be able to enjoy the console without having to spend a large portion of my yearly income on it. This morning, I discovered that my PlayStation4 account had been banned. Despite checking my email, no explanation has been provided regarding the permanent suspension. The notification stated that I had violated the terms of service on the PlayStation Network, which is puzzling as I have always adhered to the rules. I believe my Call of Duty account has been compromised. Upon logging back in on my PC, I noticed it reverted to level 1 as if it were a new account. Oddly, my friends still see my account on their lists, although my ID now has different numbers. I've already attempted to disconnect and reconnect my PlayStation account from my Battlenet account to troubleshoot, but the issue persists. While my Battlenet shows me as online, the game displays a different account. My friends claim my original account is still active. I'm unsure whom to contact for help, but I need to regain access to my original account, which I've invested much time in and contains all my progress.

I recently discovered that my PS4 account got banned after noticing unusual activity on my bank statements. Despite only making a $7 purchase, I found charges totaling nearly $[redacted] on my PlayStation account. Upon investigating, I realized there were 5-6 games in my library that I did not purchase. When I attempted to download one, I saw it was a large game and canceled the download. Unfortunately, the games were downloaded automatically due to my settings. I never played these games and would like to have them removed to reinstate my account as this was not something I would have bought.

My account was closed due to a hacker gaining access and making unauthorized charges. My bank stopped most of the charges, but only $20 was not refunded, which was also due to fraud. My account being shut down over this small amount is frustrating, especially since I frequently purchase items for my grandson for his Minecraft activities. Unfortunately, my grandson, who has Autism, is now confused and upset as his in-game items are inaccessible. Despite setting up extra security measures, my account was still compromised internally, and it needs to be addressed by your team. I did not share my information with anyone, so the breach occurred from your end. I am distressed by this situation as I regularly make digital purchases for my grandson and myself. Moreover, the individual who accessed my account is persistently attempting to change the password and make more unauthorized purchases. This issue must be resolved promptly as I am dealing with the emotional impact on my six-year-old grandson who does not comprehend the situation.
