Hi, *I'm a SM currently deployed overseas. I forgot to cancel my subscription and on ** July an automatic payment of $**.** was done from my bank account. I have not used my PS since September ****. I have been trying to chat online, and make phone calls but I have not been able to speak to customer service rep. **Please I would like to cancel my subscription and get a full refund of that payment since I'm not using my PS. * **My name online is: Enaneitor**
