I waited * months to be able to deactivate and activate my account as a primary account on my second playstation thats in the bedroom. * months have passed and when i followed the instructions i went to activate my account as a primary account on my second playstation and it says its currently in use. When i went to my sony account on the pc (under management) it says there is no accounts active so i cant use the "deactivate from all devices" option. Im stuck and i have now waited too long to share content with myself and Sonys phone and chat support are down.
