I have been attempting to contact PlayStation for a day now because my account Zxch24 was banned after I received a notification. I believe this suspension might be due to payment issues for PlayStation Plus or PlayStation Now. However, I now have the necessary funds to pay for it and would like to resolve this matter. I am concerned about losing the games and progress I have on that account. I attempted to play the games from an external hard drive on a new account Zxch624, but that did not work. I have already paid for a month of PlayStation Plus on the new account and would like a refund or to transfer it to my main account once it is unlocked. Please assist me as I am worried about this situation.

My account was accessed in Phoenix, Arizona. My PlayStation account name was changed, and I currently cannot access it. I have tried resetting my password several times without success. I created this account in the early days of PlayStation online when there were only two regions available: US or EU. I chose EU. Today, around 4 am, I received a notification that my account name had been changed. Shortly after, I received another notification that the person who accessed my account posted something in one of the groups I belong to. The username used was AlLiLi12, and the email registered to the account is [redacted] The last transactions on the account were purchases of Apex Legends currency, Call of Duty Warzone, and more Apex Legends currency. I would appreciate help in recovering my account, please.

My account was unexpectedly banned. The message stated it was due to adult content, but my community description was clean. This is my second ban, and I am confused by the permanent action. When trying to log back in, I faced error code WS-[redacted]-7, which seems related to a payment problem. I am worried about losing my game investments. I am seeking a solution to lift the ban soon. Sony customer service is offline, and I am unsure how to contact them now.

I recently discovered that my PlayStation account email was changed without my approval. Upon receiving a notification email prompting me to reach out if it was not me, I felt the urge to address the issue promptly. Given the current circumstances due to covid-19, the availability of only online automated responses prolonged my wait. After finally connecting with a Live chat representative, the experience was not as helpful as I had hoped. Despite providing detailed information, I was asked for the PlayStation serial number, a detail I was initially unsure about. Following some effort in locating the serial number, I encountered a setback when the representative stated they could not proceed. The promise of an email with further instructions seemed futile, considering my lack of access to the compromised email address. Even after eventually providing the serial number and feeling frustrated by the situation, the outcome remained unresolved. It is disheartening to face such challenges in recovering my account, especially considering the significant investment of both money and personal information over the years. I am eager to find a resolution and seek assistance from someone who can provide effective support during this unsettling time.

On April 27th, I received an email confirming a password change I did not authorize. Since then, I have been locked out as my contact email got changed without my knowledge. This has left me unable to access the games I purchased online. Unfortunately, the customer service chatbots have been unhelpful, and I have not been able to find a phone number or email to reach out for assistance. Even attempts on social media were unsuccessful in reaching a resolution. The live chat feature keeps failing to connect. It's frustrating that I have been unable to speak with a human regarding this fraudulent activity. I feel helpless, and the lack of support is concerning. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to prevent further problems.

Hello, I have an issue whenever I try to log in to the game Dauntless, I receive an error message stating that I don't have online multiplayer privileges. I have already contacted Sony, but the problem persists. The tip about accessing the account management menu under PlayStation Network settings is not applicable to me. During a recent power outage, my PS4 ended up in safe mode and I had trouble updating it with a USB. This resulted in a reset to factory settings, causing all of my kid's Apex gaming progress to be lost. We are unable to recall the email address used for sign-up. Please assist us in recovering this important account, as gaming has been a lifeline during the pandemic. My kid has been eagerly anticipating Season 5 since April, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered an issue with my PS4 where it gets stuck in safe mode and prompts me to update the system via USB, but the process seems to fail repeatedly despite following the instructions carefully. Attempting to update through the internet in safe mode also does not resolve the problem, leading me back to square one. Even trying to rebuild the database or hard drive doesn't seem to fix the issue as the system prompts for updates again. I am hesitant to initialize my PS4 and lose all my data, including years of memories from the capture gallery and important game saves. It feels like I have exhausted all options and am unsure of what steps to take next.

Hello, I would like assistance with lifting the ban on my account. It was banned due to fraudulent activities involving the associated credit card. I have already spoken to a representative who mentioned sending a re-installation fee for reactivation, which has not been received. Kindly provide a resolution as I wish to avoid cancelling my yearly membership on my son's account with PSP, as we each have our own accounts. Thank you.

Hello, I believe my account has been compromised. Yesterday, I was unexpectedly signed out of my PS4 account and couldn't log back in as it kept saying my password was incorrect. When attempting to reset my password, I received an email providing two options to verify my identity: confirming my date of birth or answering a security question. Despite inputting the correct information, both options were deemed incorrect. I suspect unauthorized access to my account may be the cause of this issue.

While playing FIFA 20, I faced off against a player with the PSN "Pintyo14". I won the game with a score of 3-0. After the match, "Pintyo14" messaged me, accusing me of luck and threatened to report me as a YouTuber to his followers. Soon after, I received an email from Sony stating my account, "Blazzed007", had been suspended for 3 days unfairly. I urge Sony to lift the suspension so I can participate in an upcoming tournament by Friday. I possess evidence, including chat screenshots, to prove my innocence. Sincerely, Leon.

This morning I woke up to numerous messages from my friends about someone breaching my account, deleting my friends, personal information, and altering settings to claim it as their own. I promptly changed my Gmail and PlayStation account passwords. However, I'm unable to log in as it requires a 2-step verification code which I can't receive because the hacker changed my phone number on the account. I seek assistance as I've had this account since I purchased my PlayStation 4 at launch and it holds valuable data. I've come across similar stories where individuals managed to recover their accounts, but some PlayStation support staff seem unhelpful according to these accounts.

I believe someone has breached my account. They have changed my email and password, deactivated my two-step verification, and taken control. My username is xdd_Hunt3r, and you can verify the intrusion by checking the IP address, which shows a different login location. Even the details on the PS4 build do not match. I have been trying to reach out to customer support since March [redacted] regarding charges on my account. I have one PlayStation Plus account, but I am being charged for two. One charge occurs on the 15th or 5th of the month, and the other on the 25th of the month. I managed to dispute a charge with my bank, which resulted in my son's account being banned. However, I have not received a refund for the last four months of duplicate charges. Despite my attempts, I have not received any responses to my emails. It is frustrating that I am still being charged even though my account is banned, and I have not received the necessary assistance to resolve this issue.

I have attempted multiple times to add funds to my PlayStation wallet using my prepaid Visa cards to purchase games from the PlayStation Store. Despite my efforts and checking all the information entered, I encountered issues where only $30 was successfully added after multiple attempts. The message "can't add funds to your wallet" persists even though I verified that the card details were accurate and none were expired. I am uncertain about the status of my PlayStation Plus membership, but the games in my cart do not indicate a requirement for it. I considered regional restrictions as a reason due to living in Canada, but this does not explain the inability to add funds. Around 5 pm today, my grandson was playing PS4 games when a young man, using the name Kendall055, accessed my account without permission. The individual was rude and threatening towards my grandson, even changing the email address and password associated with my account. Despite receiving a code to regain access, I inadvertently gave it to my grandson who frequently switches between the PS4 and iPad. The unauthorized person threatened retaliation if the codes were not shared, leading to the email address change at 5:20 pm on May 19, [redacted], followed by a password change. My grandson, deeply upset by the incident, even believes the individual might harm him. The boy tampered without consent, and I suspect he took around $60 loaded from a PS4 gift card. Urgently seeking assistance to restore my account. Help is greatly appreciated.

My account got suspended because I set up a second account for a friend to play games together. I used a 14-day free trial of PlayStation Plus for him, so we could both enjoy speedrunning games. However, when I tried to log in one day, I found my games locked, and I couldn't access my account due to a supposed charge reversal issue. With the current situation of Covid-19, I am unable to call customer support. I believe the suspension might be related to stopping the auto-renewal of the trial due to a compromised credit card. I just want my account reinstated to continue playing with my friends.

I recently had to factory reset my PS4 due to an error. Unfortunately, this caused me to lose access to my games and accounts. I attempted to contact customer support with no success due to the pandemic. After researching online, I discovered the PlayStation support live chat. Although I initially struggled to get assistance for my main account "inprint_YT," I was able to recover a secondary account. I am disappointed with the service as agents kept leaving the chat without providing a solution. I urgently need access to my "inprint_YT" account, as it contains valuable progress in Fortnite and other games. Despite providing the most recent password I could remember, the agent failed to resolve the issue. I hope to have this issue resolved promptly.

On May 22, when I turned on my PS4 to play, I encountered an issue with logging into the PSN Network. Initially, I assumed it was due to updates, but when I attempted to enter my password, it indicated it was incorrect and subsequently locked my account. After exploring ways to reset my account, I succeeded in changing my password, only to encounter another hurdle in the form of needing a 2-step verification. During the password reset, it displayed the last 4 digits of an unfamiliar phone number. The 2-step verification requires a code sent to the phone number associated, which is not mine, leaving me unable to access it. I also learned of an alternative method involving a backup code from a previously connected device, but I was logged out of all eligible devices. I am unsure if I set up the 2-step verification or if my account information was altered. I find myself at a standstill with no means of recovering or accessing my PSN Network account.
