On April 17, [redacted], I, Ricardo Pierre, received an email notifying me of a changed online sign-in email, which I did not authorize. I attempted to use the link provided in the email to cancel the change, but it was unsuccessful. As a result, I am currently unable to access my PSN account and am not receiving the password reset email. I require assistance in resetting my password to regain access to my account.

My child had a PS4 account that was compromised along with my bank information. During the same time, our internet and router were also hacked and ruined. We had to get new equipment from Charter and replace my bank card. Unauthorized charges were made on my son's PS4 account for GTA during this chaotic time, which he did not make. Sony advised me to freeze his account while my bank dealt with the charges. After resolving the payment issue, his account was accessible again. However, after two months, it was frozen due to an outstanding balance that needed to be paid to unlock it. Despite purchasing a new membership as advised by Sony, the account remained locked. I have been given conflicting information from Sony support and am struggling to resolve this ongoing problem, especially now that I am experiencing financial challenges due to losing my job at the Wentzville School District because of Covid-19. I simply want my son's original account unlocked so he can play on his PS4 again. Thank you for your assistance and understanding.

Hello, a couple of weeks ago, I was on my account with a friend when things turned toxic in a chat party. After a misunderstanding, my account was suspended for various durations. I've learned my lesson and just want to enjoy using my account. The usernames involved are TTV-RTV_LynX and Coco-_-POP69. I believe the messages reported were old ones. I would appreciate it if you could review the situation and hopefully reinstate my account. Thank you for your assistance.

When I turned on my PlayStation, I found out I was logged out of my account. Despite several attempts using the same email and password, I couldn't log in. Resetting the password led me to create a new account, which I didn't want. After checking my emails, I discovered that my email was changed on April 14th, and now my old account is gone. It has been replaced by a new user named “id_game_m_H.” My original account's gamer tag was “PRECIZ56” and was associated with the email address “[redacted]” Thank you.

I have contacted PlayStation several times seeking assistance. Earlier this week, a representative informed me that they couldn't help until the balance was settled. The issue arose from unauthorized charges on my card. Despite approving a purchase by my son, problems occurred while making the transaction, leading to multiple erroneous charges. After contacting my credit card company about the issue, they advised waiting for the charges to finalize. Subsequently, PlayStation support was inaccessible, prompting the credit card dispute. As a result, our account was banned. PlayStation requested the dispute be canceled to address the multiple charges, but my credit card company couldn't oblige due to time constraints. We seek resolution for the excessive charges, as only one transaction was intended. Despite efforts to explain and resolve the matter, PlayStation's debt forgiveness offer was denied. Even with escalating the issue, there seems to be no solution in sight, leaving us frustrated after dedicating substantial time to this problem. Your prompt assistance in rectifying this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently purchased $**.** worth of ***,*** coins, and despite the transaction showing on my account, the coins were not credited. Subsequently, I bought another $*.** worth of ***,*** coins, with the same issue of non-credit persisting. Upon contacting Playstation support via chat, the assistance provided was unfruitful, leading to the chat ending unresolved after 20 minutes. I believe that having paid for these coins entitles me to receive them promptly for use in my games. I kindly request Playstation's intervention to rectify this situation, ensuring that my account accurately reflects the purchased items and allows me to access them as intended.

Hello, I am inquiring about receiving a refund for an unauthorized $59.96 transaction on my card. My friend's son used my card on his gaming system without my knowledge, resulting in this charge on April 3rd. I attempted to remove my card from the account on April 4th, but the transaction still went through. I disputed it with my card company, but they recently informed me that my claim was denied due to previous transactions on the account. I explained to them that these specific charges were unauthorized, as I had never disputed a transaction before. I am hoping to get my money back, as it impacts my kids as well. My card company advised me to contact Playstation for the refund, so I am reaching out to them now.

I have two PlayStation 4 consoles, one of which I left at my grandma's house. I planned to use it there without any trouble. In February, I purchased a new PS4 and set it up with my account. Recently, I noticed increased activity on my account starting in late March, with numerous friend requests being sent and consistent usage. It seems my cousin, who has the same name as me, has been using my original PS4 without my permission. He doesn't have the email and password, but somehow has access. I'm not concerned about the console, but I want to secure my accounts. Is there a way to prevent him from using my accounts or remove his access without knowing the login information?

I was charged for something I didn't authorize on my credit card. After contacting my credit card company, the charge was refunded. However, now when I attempt to log in on my phone, it says my account is suspended without any explanation. I am adamant about not paying for any unauthorized purchases. I am uncertain if the charge is related to maintaining my online access, but I want this issue resolved promptly since I never consented to be billed for any online services I did not agree to. If the charge is for the 12-month pass, priced at $60.00, please notify me so I can acquire a new card. I'm having trouble sending this message, and all I want is to regain access to my account without further complications.

I am a 12-year-old boy, and my PS4 is having issues accessing the home screen. Every time I try to turn it on, it goes to the screen that appears when you unplug the PS4 while it's on. It says it's checking the system storage status, then resets and turns off. When I restart it, it either continues checking system storage or gives me an error saying, "Cannot start the PS4. Connect the DualShock 4 using the USB cable and press the PS button." I follow these steps, but then it asks for a USB storage device that I don't possess. I've tried all safe mode options except for initializing because I don't want to lose my PS Plus subscription, games, documents, or friends. I'm stuck in this loop and need assistance.

Hello, it's Shalaan. My account on Mein Account was scanned, and now I have lost everything. My friend Kevin told me to trust him, so I trusted him even if it was difficult. I had originally put in €[redacted], but ended up investing around €[redacted], and now it's all been stolen. I'm heartbroken and angry that my account is empty. He took away my Elite Days that I had accumulated, and now I have nothing left. He has his things, but I want mine back. I bought a PlayStation Pro for my 8-year-old son back in December [redacted] from GameStop, along with the extended warranty. Recently, his PS4 keeps shutting down due to overheating issues, despite efforts to clean it. With the pandemic limiting his activities, it's frustrating that he can't play for more than an hour. I have a PS Plus subscription and I enjoy playing Battlefield 1 online multiplayer. Recently, I've encountered an issue when trying to equip a gun that I've already unlocked through missions. The popup screen is stating that I need a Battlefield 1 Premium Pass to access it, even though I already have one. My Battlefield 1 Premium Pass has suddenly stopped working about 2 weeks ago after working fine for quite some time.

On April 29th around 4:00 am Mountain Time, in Denver, CO, I, Eddie Herald, unintentionally purchased what I thought was a game on my Playstation 4 for $10.74 with tax, using my Visa ending in [redacted]. However, it turned out to be a movie, "Star Wars: The Last Skywalker." I haven't watched it or pressed play. I kindly request a full refund for this mistaken purchase. Hello, I am writing to you from Spain as a PlayStation user. On April 27, [redacted], at 1:40, I received an email at my address [redacted] from PlayStation informing me that the login ID (email address) had been changed, which I did not do. I have been a victim of my PSN account being stolen. I contacted the PlayStation technical service in Spain, and they mentioned they could not access my account due to a possible error in the nationality set to Peru. I tried reaching out to the technical service in Peru, but they informed me that they were closed (possibly due to COVID-19). I also attempted to use the live chat option on PlayStation, but I was unable to gain access as the screen remains blank. At this point, I am unsure of what other options I have to resolve this issue.

When The Last of Us Part II was first available on the PSN store, I preordered the digital deluxe edition. The game was removed a month ago due to a delay, and Sony promised a refund that I never received. Now that the game is back on the store, it doesn't show as "Purchased." I've been trying to contact support, but the live chat keeps kicking me out, and I haven't received responses on AskPlaystation Twitter. I'm frustrated with this lack of service! Does anyone have advice for this situation? Is there an email address available for support? I even tried calling, but they're closed. *facepalm*
