Hello my name is Ricardo Pierre and on the **th of April **** I received an email stating that my online sign in email was changed, which I didn't do so I opened the email and tried to click the link that was sent to cancel this email change, but nothing happened now I cannot sign into my psn account and it's not sending me an email to reset my password, I would like help resetting my password so I can get back into my account.

GetHuman-rickyspe did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
