If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I can connect to my WiFi however I cant log in to my account. When I try to log in I get an error code, so I tried instead to connect through my iPhone via hotspot and this allowed me to log in as normal. After it allowed me to log in as normal, I tried to switch back to my usual WiFi connection and now it wont let me restore my licences, active OR deactive my playstation as my primary console. It also says I don't have Playstation Plus when I have until December **** until my annual pass runs out.
GetHuman-joe_fenn did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
