For almost three months, my PS4 has been stuck in a safe mode loop. Despite trying various USB methods found online, the issue remained unsolved. Recently, it reset itself, and as usual, I attempted to initialize it. Strangely, this time it failed during the initialization process, leaving me stuck on the loading screen. I am now seeking assistance as I am unable to proceed further."

On Friday, March 6th, while playing GTA on my PlayStation, I was unexpectedly logged out of the PlayStation Network. I struggled to log back in after having my account hacked recently, despite changing my password and email. Alfredo from PS Online assisted me promptly the last time my account was compromised on February 25th, [redacted]. This time around, when attempting to contact an online agent, I received a message stating they couldn't assist due to the recent incident. It's frustrating as I've had this account for a long time, invested money in games like Fortnite, including a 12-month PlayStation Plus subscription on February 21st, [redacted]. The individual responsible for hacking my account uses the name Tiffany, although I'm unsure about the account details.

I purchased the Rainbow 6 Siege: Ultimate Edition DLC for $49.99. Upon checking my transaction history, I found the order number confirming the purchase. However, when attempting to access the content in the game, it prompts me to buy it again, preventing me from using what I bought. I have the transaction date and order number available. I am looking for either a refund for the transaction or verification that I can access the DLC I purchased.

I encountered an issue while trying to play Fallout on my PS4 yesterday. The system prompted me to activate my primary account, which I believed was already set to my current console. Despite attempting to activate it in the PS4 settings, I received an error indicating that there was already an active account. Following troubleshooting steps on the website, I tried to deactivate all accounts online, only to find I could only do this once every six months. I can confirm I have not used this service in the last six months. As a precaution, I changed my password, logged out of all devices, and plan to change my email address. I kindly request PlayStation's assistance in restoring the functionality of my PS4 for gaming purposes. Thank you.

My son's account was hacked last month, resulting in a ban for alleged adult material he didn't send. I was assured access to review his actions upon reactivation, but found no incriminating content, just a message from February 15th by PlayStation about a safely deleted message. To uncover what happened, I examined messages from strangers, party invites, and images. There, I discovered an unsolicited genitalia image from user callousburst807 on September 25th, [redacted], when my son was asleep. As a concerned parent, I dispute the hasty actions taken against my 11-year-old. Despite prior assurances of a thorough investigation, the account suspension was mishandled as no conclusive evidence was presented. Having been a loyal customer with substantial purchases, I expect more in terms of customer service and account security from PlayStation. The lack of transparency and communication regarding account status post-investigation is disappointing.

I'm experiencing an issue with PSN where games are being removed from my library, and I'm being asked to repurchase games I already own. This has happened with multiple games like Red Dead Redemption 2, Call of Duty WWII, Fallout 4, Farcry 4, STAR WARS Battlefront Ultimate Edition, and Players Unknown Battlegrounds. Recently, I bought the season pass but I'm unsure if I will still have access to it. I reached out to PSN but received the same automated response as I did three months ago, stating they can't take my call due to a high volume. As a customer of over seven years, I find this lack of consideration and possible loss of purchased content upsetting. These games show up in my achievements and email verifying my purchases, but now it seems I may no longer have access to them.

I have experienced multiple instances of cyber intrusions on PlayStation Network. Hackers have obtained my personal information, leading to online harassment and threats like swatting. Despite recognizing these actions as illegal and against terms of service, I feel the response is inadequate. Recently, an individual using the gamer tag “xKOVID-19” disrupted my internet connectivity for an extended period. I urge for stricter repercussions, as this behavior risks normalizing such misconduct. Addressing this issue is essential to prevent users from facing location exposure and account accessibility challenges due to cybercrime. The absence of a reporting mechanism for personal data breaches and internet disruptions, accompanied by threats of swatting, is concerning. I seek assurance of concrete actions against such offenders to safeguard user safety and prevent future occurrences.

I have been dealing with persistent online security issues on my PlayStation account. Hackers have repeatedly accessed my personal information and interrupted my internet connection, even going as far as making threats. Despite the severity of these actions being against the terms of service, I feel that little is being done to address the problem. Just last night, a user with the gamer tag "xKOVID-**" managed to obtain my address and disrupt my internet for an extended period. This behavior is alarming, and I believe strict measures should be taken against individuals who engage in such misconduct. It is crucial for platforms to prevent such breaches and provide users with a reliable reporting system to combat these threats effectively. I am urging for immediate actions to be taken to ensure the safety and security of all users against these malicious activities.

Hello everyone! I've been experiencing some issues with my PlayStation recently. I keep receiving notifications about my system being corrupt right after startup, and my controllers are also having delayed inputs randomly. A friend mentioned that the system corruption might be the cause. I've had to restart my PlayStation a few times to get rid of the pop-up. Today, I decided to restart it completely, and now I'm stuck on a black screen with a message instructing me to connect a USB storage device with an update file for reinstallation (version 7.02 or later) from playstation.com. I couldn't find the file there. Could someone please assist me with this? Thank you for your help!

My PlayStation has been displaying odd notifications lately, particularly at startup, mentioning system corruption. The controllers are also having delayed responses sporadically. After a friend mentioned the connection to the system issue, I restarted the PlayStation and encountered a message similar to unplugging the power cable during operation. Now, I'm stuck on a black screen requesting a USB storage device with an update file for version 7.02 or later from playstation.com. I've checked the website but found nothing. I'm hoping someone here might have some insight or advice. Thank you.

Hello everyone! Lately, my PlayStation has been giving me random notifications claiming my system is corrupt. When starting up, I've encountered delayed controller inputs which seem related to the system issue. A friend believes the corruption might be the cause. To address these problems, I attempted a complete reset. However, after doing so, I received a message instructing me to connect a USB storage device with a specific update file for reinstallation. The required version is 7.02 or later, and I searched for the file on playstation.com with no success. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your help.

Hello, my PlayStation has been experiencing some unusual issues recently. When turning it on, I've been receiving random notifications about system corruption. Additionally, the controllers are not responding properly, with delayed inputs occurring sporadically. A friend suggested that the corruption could be causing these problems. I have had to restart the PlayStation to remove the pop-up notifications. Recently, the controller issues worsened, prompting me to perform a complete restart. After the reset, I encountered a message instructing me to connect a USB storage device containing an update file for reinstallation of version 7.02 or later from playstation.com. I have checked the website but did not find the necessary file. Any assistance from the community would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I visited the PlayStation website to reset my password. When I clicked on support, I was connected to a bot. After providing my email and PS ID, the bot mentioned sending an email with a link to change my password. However, when I tried to verify my identity by answering security questions like my birthday and favorite meal, my answers were deemed incorrect. I attempted calling their support number, but due to fewer staff members, the call system was closed. The live chat was also unavailable. I returned to the bot, but it couldn't assist further and suggested I needed live support. All I want is to regain access to my account by resetting my password.

Hello, my name is Treyvon. Recently, my PlayStation account was hacked. The hacker changed my sign-in ID and password. The sign-in ID used to be [redacted] and the phone number linked to the account is [redacted]. I kept getting signed out of my account multiple times from an unknown PS4, causing me to lose progress in some games. I purchased a $25 PlayStation card for the account. The latest password I remember for the account is "Treyvon505" before it was hacked. The account also contains credit cards, and I can provide access to those cards to prove ownership. The account name was changed from "SpacialThirszt" to something else. Thank you for your time.

I am having trouble accessing my PS4 account due to the 2-step verification requesting a number I no longer have. I am unable to receive the verification code to my phone and did not create a backup code. Although my account has been reactivated, I am still restricted from using it because of this verification issue.

I paid for my boyfriend's PlayStation Network account, but he re-added my information without my permission. I can only access the account on my deceased husband's PS4, and my boyfriend has changed the password. I've contacted my Direct Express card company to dispute the unauthorized charges. The account belongs to Nick Shipley with the email [redacted] and the profile name peaceful_hunter0. I did not authorize several charges, and I need the transactions refunded promptly as the card belongs to my son with disabilities. The dates and amounts of the unauthorized charges are February 12 (two charges of 9.99), February 15 (9.99), February 26 (4.99), February 27 (9.99), and March 1 (17.99, 4.99, 4.99). Please close the account as my ex-boyfriend no longer uses it. I need the funds for my son's prescriptions and would appreciate a swift resolution from you and the card company. Thank you. Mrs. Clark

It's more of an issue with the account rather than the mechanics, and it's quite a complicated situation. When I first played the game on the PS3 after its release, I used my dad's PSN account without much thought. The problem I'm facing now is that the email associated with that account was deleted due to inactivity, making it extremely challenging for me to recover the old PSN account. I had invested over 2,[redacted] hours in multiplayer, ranking in the top 15 globally on the PS3, and now I'm struggling to regain access to that account. Starting over in Inquisition's multiplayer is not appealing, especially when dropping from a top position to the bottom. I'm not even sure if EA can help with this issue, but I've been unable to find a way to contact PSN support. This is my last resort to try and resolve this matter.

Dear Sir or Madam, On Friday evening, March 27, [redacted], we purchased the full version of Marvel's Spider-Man: Game of the Year Edition in the Playstation Store with order number: [redacted]79. We downloaded it, but unfortunately, only the main part was downloaded, and not the 3 additional worlds of The City That Never Sleeps. Although these are visible through DLC, they are not playable. When we try to access them, we are prompted to purchase them individually again for €7.99 each through the store. Everything should have been included in this Year Edition. Was everything not downloaded? Or are we missing codes? We would appreciate your feedback on this matter. Yours sincerely, J. Wagner

Ich wollte über die Outward Day One Edition sprechen. Tolle Spielerfahrung!

Hello, I am Peppe's mother. I apologize for having to bring up this issue, but I must share our situation. My son has been battling leukemia and had a bone marrow transplant at Bambin Gesù hospital in Rome. For the past two years, he has been struggling. Due to his health, he cannot attend school or socialize with friends. Playing PlayStation was his only connection to the outside world. Now, with his health limiting him further and causing lung issues, he spends all day at home in tears. I am sorry if there was any misunderstanding, but I plead for your help. Please grant him access to his account as it is the only activity bringing him joy. Your understanding and assistance are greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a good day.
