My husband and I have already provided the necessary information to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, we have not received any response yet. I recently faced a permanent ban that led to losing access to hundreds of dollars' worth of games and DLCs. My friend and I were game sharing, and in an attempt to gain access to their games, we deactivated my account without knowing that it would result in an irreversible ban. Unfortunately, I was not given any warning about this consequence. As a result, I am now unable to retrieve my games and my friend also faces the same issue with their account. Losing over 10,[redacted] hours of progress on my games feels like a sufficient penalty, and all I am hoping for is to regain access to the games I had purchased. It is also disheartening that my friend is unable to reactivate their account due to my error.

I am experiencing recurrent network problems with my PS4 when attempting to play online games. I consistently face disconnections from parties and games. These difficulties have persisted since the first day of owning the console, approximately a month and a half ago. Although I sought assistance through live chat previously, the support I received did not resolve the issue. Attempts to contact customer service via phone have proven challenging due to high call volumes. Given the continued problems, I suspect that my PS4 may be defective and am considering seeking a refund if a satisfactory solution is not offered. Despite troubleshooting in various ways, the problem remains unresolved. It is noteworthy that another, older PS4 in the household functions properly, further indicating that the issue is specific to the new console.

My account was compromised last Friday, and I have been unable to access my PlayStation since. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service over the weekend and 11 unsuccessful calls today, I have not been able to speak with a representative. The lack of an option to hold and the automatic call termination is frustrating. The online chat service has also been unhelpful in resolving the issue. It is surprising that a company as large as PlayStation does not have better resources to address such critical matters, considering their extensive user base worldwide. I urgently need assistance in regaining control of my account and would appreciate a call at [redacted] to resolve this matter promptly.

On February 16, [redacted], I purchased a 3-month PS Plus subscription for my daughter's PS4, which should have been a one-time charge of $26.49. However, I have noticed 12 unauthorized charges on my bank account from the PlayStation Network totaling $[redacted].94. I have already taken the precaution of canceling my card and urgently need assistance in having these charges canceled and refunded back to me. Despite trying to contact customer service via phone, I was unable to reach anyone as the line seems to be down. I am concerned about these unauthorized charges and need this matter resolved promptly to prevent further financial impact. Upon checking my daughter's account, I confirmed only the initial $26.49 purchase. It appears that her account, as well as my banking information, have been compromised. I seek guidance on steps to reverse these unauthorized transactions.

I received a one-month suspension after an argument in messages. It happened when I caught a player cheating in a game and he responded by using a racial slur against me. I warned him I would report him, to which he asked why. I then sent a screenshot showing him using the racial slur to justify my report. Subsequently, he reported my screenshot as revenge for reporting him. Despite this clear evidence, PlayStation Support seems unable to review the situation properly as they are not addressing the issue. I have been attempting to contact them by phone for the past 10 days but have been unable to get through as they keep saying the lines are full. Chat support is also not an option since suspended accounts are not allowed to use it. I am frustrated because I am missing out on game events and time with friends due to this unfair suspension. It is disappointing that support has not been helpful in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, my name is Fabian, and I need help. I am having issues with my PS4 Pro. After starting the game DayZ, I encountered error code CE-[redacted]-3. Despite attempting various solutions, my PS4 Pro did not respond. I tried unplugging and reconnecting the power cord, but my PS4 Pro only booted up in safe mode with the message "Cannot start the PS4." I even tried reinstalling the update using a USB stick without success. Feeling desperate, I initialized my PS4. After re-downloading my games, I still experienced lag. Upon restarting the PS4 Pro, it returned to safe mode with the same message "Cannot start the PS4." I am at my wit's end and urgently need assistance. Best regards, Fabian.

I recently received a $[redacted] PlayStation store gift card for my birthday but accidentally scratched off one character from the redemption code while trying to reveal it. Despite numerous attempts with different combinations, I couldn't get the code to work. I'm not sure if it cut me off due to fraud prevention measures. I experienced connectivity issues, so I logged out of PSN to possibly fix it. However, when I attempted to sign back in, I encountered error code CE-[redacted]-6 along with the message "This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." This issue has persisted since yesterday morning, despite checking and confirming my Wi-Fi connection was stable. I also verified that PlayStation's network services were all operating normally. Interestingly, when attempting to sign out and back in on other profiles on my PS4, it works without any problems. I am unsure what the root cause of this problem could be. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Hanna. Two years ago, my brother bought me a PS4 and created a random email for my account that doesn't actually belong to me. As a result, I am now locked out of the PlayStation Network since I can't reset the email or remember the password. I really don't want to reset my whole system, so I'm hoping for assistance in changing the email to my correct one and recovering the password or finding a way to log back into the network. In December, I purchased a 1-month PS Plus subscription. However, PlayStation continued to charge me for the following 2 months without my authorization. I contacted my bank, and they informed me that two additional unauthorized charges were made. I disputed these transactions to rectify the situation. Even though I reversed the initial payment for the one month I paid for, I believe my account was unfairly banned. My PSN email is [redacted], and my username is theriseofKJdaboi. I would appreciate immediate assistance with resolving this issue as I believe I am wrongly banned. Auto payments were not authorized by me, and I did not intend for this situation to occur.

During an intense NHL** game, a player verbally harassed me, and in response, I retaliated on the PS chat by saying inappropriate things. I acknowledge my suspension but question its length compared to others who go unpunished for similar behavior. I seek a second chance and hope to discuss reducing the suspension. I have a new PS4 Pro and am currently at a hotel trying to connect it to the Wi-Fi network. Despite contacting Network Support and having the PS4 whitelisted through its WIFI MAC address, I'm encountering issues. The system keeps cycling between Connecting to Network and Obtaining IP Address, resulting in a timeout error. To troubleshoot, I also tried connecting the PS4 to my iPhone Personal Hotspot, but the same problem persists. This recurring issue across different Wi-Fi connections leads me to suspect a problem with the PS4 itself. I own four PS4s and this is the first time I've faced such an issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking a professional opinion regarding my PS4 issues. After it fell, it started freezing during gameplay. Initially, I thought it was the game, so I uninstalled it. Upon reinstallation, the game got stuck on the loading screen before the PlayStation turned off. Following this, I reinstalled the software as prompted. When re-downloading the game, an error message appeared saying the game file couldn't be downloaded. I clicked OK, resulting in a black screen and the console shutting off. Now, whenever I turn on the PS4, it only shows the loading screen, goes black, and turns off. I've consulted with others, and they suspect it could be an issue with the hard drive.

I accidentally sent the wrong email, so I'll provide more details now. I dropped my PlayStation from a short distance and it started freezing while I was playing a game. Despite re-downloading it, the game got stuck on the loading screen and shut off. The system prompted me to reinstall the software, which I did. However, as I was re-downloading the game, it suddenly displayed an error message stating "cannot download file." Pressing OK resulted in the PlayStation turning off, and now all it does is show the loading screen, go to a black screen, and shut down. I'm unsure if the issue lies with the hard drive or something else.

While playing Minecraft with two friends, one of them mentioned receiving a link that I didn't send. The link was sent to 8 friends, and 3 of them contacted me about it, leaving me puzzled. Upon checking my messages, I discovered the presence of a strange link. I promptly informed all my friends not to click on it. One of my friends mentioned "momo" when I described what happened. I never shared my account details with anyone, so I'm perplexed and concerned about this situation.

I suspect that my account has been compromised. This morning, over $[redacted] worth of games were purchased using my PayPal account, although I only authorized the purchase of The Witcher 3. While I successfully removed my PayPal information from the account, I received a notification indicating that the email associated with my account was changed shortly after. I urgently need access to my account to secure a refund for the unauthorized transactions.
