My PSN card is not working. I attempted to address the issue, but the funds didn't reflect on my account despite receiving a confirmation. Hello PlayStation Network Support, I seem to have misplaced my Sign-In ID on PSN. I remember the initial email I used. I attempted to quickly change it to test the process and inadvertently entered a random email "[redacted]" and now can't recall it. This realization dawned on me just a second after altering it, causing distress. I had purchased Fortnite Save the World for $40, hence why I am eager to update my email. When I power on my PlayStation, it goes to the system storage check, but then displays an error message saying "Cannot start PS4, connect the DualShock 4 using a USB cable and press the PS button." I've attempted various solutions including trying to reset as instructed, but the problem persists. Phone support seems inaccessible as every time I've called, it appears to be closed.

My grandson mistakenly purchased the wrong game, Hello Neighbor: Hide and Seek, instead of the one he intended. His username is dsww760. He would like a refund so he can purchase PUBG instead. It has been less than 24 hours since the purchase. I also have another grandson, with the username nog_wxx760, who intended to play alongside him. Could you please process a refund for both of them? I purchased a PS4 for my son. My ex-boyfriend set it up and used his account, but now that we're no longer together, he won't give me the password. I only have the email address and can't make any changes to my son's account. He claims he can't log in from other PS4s. He didn't contribute financially to the account, and I can provide proof from my card statements that I paid for everything related to PlayStation. I'm unsure how to reset the email without the password or if I can delete the account. I don't want to lose the money invested, but this situation is causing me stress. I discovered unauthorized charges on my bank statement from February 8th of this year and last year for my daughter's old PlayStation account. Unfortunately, we don't have the passwords to access the account. A new account was created assuming the old one would be deleted. I only realized now that money was also taken out last year. We recently returned home after being away due to a Range Rover crashing into our living room. This was on top of the sadness of losing my husband the month before. I was not as vigilant with checking my account due to these circumstances. I hope to get a refund for the unauthorized charges and have the account properly closed.

Subject: Unauthorized Transactions on Son's Account I am writing to address the unauthorized withdrawals from my son's account starting from January 21. We are unaware of these transactions and seek immediate clarification and reimbursement. I filed a complaint via email to the refund department on Sunday, February 9, requesting a halt to any further transactions dated today, February 10. An amount of [redacted] euro was withdrawn today alone without our knowledge. Living in Ireland, it has been challenging to discuss this matter with anyone directly. The email associated with my son's account is [redacted] This issue is pressing as almost [redacted] euro has been unlawfully taken from his account in the past few weeks, and it appears that PlayStation is responsible for completely draining my 16-year-old son's funds.

On Saturday, February 8th, around 2:10 pm Pacific Time, I encountered an issue with my PlayStation account. Upon trying to sign in, I was informed that my password was incorrect. To my surprise, I discovered an email stating that someone changed my password from a mobile phone in Saudi Arabia at approximately 1:30 pm Pacific Time on the same day. Despite attempting to reset my password daily through both my phone and PlayStation for the past three days, I have not received the necessary email to regain access to my account. Contacting PlayStation Customer Service via chat has been unfruitful as they were unavailable, and calling the customer service phone number was also unhelpful. The representative mentioned that my account is "out of region." I am unsure of the next steps to take in this situation.

I purchased a PS4 Slim two months ago and enjoy playing various games, including Fortnite. However, when I attempted to download an update for Fortnite, I encountered error CE-[redacted]-9. I realize that improper shutdowns due to daily unscheduled blackouts in my area may lead to data corruption. Despite trying to fix the issue by rebuilding data five times, initializing the PS4, and retrying the download multiple times, the problem persists. My internet connection is stable. I am exploring solutions online. I wonder if purchasing a new hard drive is necessary or if there is another way to resolve this error.

My account has been compromised. I received an email thanking me for a FIFA 20 purchase I did not make. Another email notified me of a changed ID, which wasn't done by me. I am currently locked out. Although I changed my password, I am still unable to access my account. The system is blocking me as it detects a different ID attempting to log in. I request the restoration of my account and a refund of $25.91 for the unauthorized FIFA 20 purchase. As a precaution, I have removed my payment details to avoid additional charges.

I bought a $50 PS4 card, but it was never downloaded onto our console. I am unsure if it was used or just missing. If it was stolen, how can I replace it? I have the card number and receipt. It was a gift for my son. Thank you for assisting with this issue.

I recently lost access to my Gmail account, which I've used for ten years. Unfortunately, I didn't save the last password change and my recovery email is outdated, causing me to lose my contacts, personal files, and a collection of games. Realizing that my PlayStation account password was linked to this email, I now understand that I could lose access to nearly $[redacted] worth of games stored there. While I can still play the games for now, I'm concerned about potential issues in the future, like transitioning to a PS5. To prevent further loss of digital content, I urgently need to update my contact email to my current one.

Yesterday, I bought PlayStation Plus through a third party, not the PS Store, and assigned it to my profile as the family manager. Unfortunately, I just learned that certain benefits like content and Fortnite skins are only accessible to the main PS Plus user, not other family members. This wasn't explained when I made the purchase. My son, who plays Fortnite, wants access to these perks but he isn't the main account holder. I'm now looking to either cancel my subscription to repurchase it on his profile or transfer the PS Plus to his user profile instead.

Despite their claim of sending an email, I have not received any communication regarding this refund. Last night at 8:52 pm, my card was charged $10.89 without prior notification. A few weeks ago, I was assured that the card would be removed from my account. However, the charge was processed contrary to what was discussed. I expect a refund of the unauthorized transaction immediately.

Three days ago, I received an email informing me of a 30-day suspension on my account, following a previous suspension less than a month ago. Over the weekend, I was using my PlayStation without any issues, avoiding game chats or message groups. I am certain I have not breached any Terms & Agreements. I am seeking clarification on the reasons for my suspension and guidance on how to address it if possible.
