Hello, I bought 2 $20 PlayStation store cards for my two sons almost a week ago, and they still haven't been able to use them because the cards appear to be inactive. The store where I bought them insists they are activated. Even after consulting with one of your technicians who requested the receipts, I am puzzled as to why I have to wait so long for an error that is not my fault. I have to pay for each card I want to use and I have to pay for them upfront. I find it unfair the attitude the person in charge is displaying. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm Joshua Nadeau. My email is [redacted] I recently relocated from New York City to Maine and needed to suspend my PlayStation+ automatic renewal on the 25th. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to turn it off, it didn't process correctly. I had to reverse charges with my financial institution to cover moving expenses. When trying to access my PlayStation after the move, I discovered my account was banned (WS-[redacted]-7). While playing Madden, the other player repeatedly paused the game. I jokingly commented on it and mentioned I had time. He continued to pause, so based on his gameplay, I assumed he was using the West Coast offense. I stated, "You play like someone who uses the West Coast offense." The other player called me a scrub, and I responded with a light-hearted insult. I then made a harmless joke about sending people back to Africa. I have African American friends and admire icons like Adrian Peterson and Kanye West. I respectfully request to have my ban lifted so I may resume playing Madden.

My account got banned because of a conversation I didn't have control over. I allow file sharing, and I suspect the person I was sharing with used inappropriate language leading to the ban. I'm a loyal Sony customer, familiar with the code of conduct, and always ensure I follow the rules. It's disheartening not to access my games and connect with friends that bring me joy. I'm hopeful for my account Here_is_Johnny9 to be reinstated, as it holds significant value to me.

I recently reset my first-generation PlayStation 4 and backed up all my data to an external hard drive. After reinstalling all my games and saved data, I realized that the Spotify and SharePlay apps are missing from my XMB screen. Although I can locate them in the library, I'm unable to access them directly and am prompted to redownload them from the PlayStation Store. I've attempted to delete them from system storage and the external hard drive without success. Any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I was playing on my PlayStation when the power went out. When the electricity came back on, my console was in rest mode so I reset it to default settings. Now, I'm struggling to remember my account password. Despite trying to reset it, PlayStation isn't recognizing my date of birth. This is frustrating because all my purchased games are tied to this account. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Today, my PlayStation Plus annual subscription auto-renewed, but I forgot to disable it since I purchased a subscription card. I am trying to find out if it's possible to get a refund. I haven't used my PS4 since the renewal 40 minutes ago, and no downloads or purchases have been made.

Recently, my account was hacked. A few hours ago, I contacted customer support to change the email back to mine and also requested a password change. However, when I tried to change my password, the system said the session had expired. It prompted me to verify using my date of birth, which it then claimed was incorrect. I suspect the hacker may have changed the date of birth. Can you assist me in retrieving the correct date of birth for the account under the name Chazza_X4?

My PlayStation 4 account has been suspended for a month now. I've had fair suspensions before and accepted them, but this one seems unjust. I got suspended for calling someone a 'noob,' which I believe is justified due to frustrations with the game's issues. I've spent a lot on games for my and my brother's accounts. If this ban isn't lifted for what I consider harmless, I'll stop spending money and consider switching consoles. The frequent blue error screens disrupt my gameplay, sometimes cutting games short after 20 minutes. It even affects my ability to play ranked matches. Despite this, I was recently considering purchasing more games from the store, as my friends could hear in our party chat.

I made a mistake while playing with friends. I am a 12-year-old boy who unintentionally misspelled an inappropriate word, "cumin." None of my family members realized what I did until after the incident. I understand it was wrong, and I have been punished for it with a 31-day ban. This ban has made me very sad because I really enjoy playing video games. The ban is almost over, but I would be really grateful if it could be lifted a bit earlier. Thank you.

My son's account has been banned, and I found an unauthorized charge of $66 on my Visa statement. The only purchase I made for him recently was Star Wars The Last Jedi on Boxing Day, where I entered my credit card information for the first time but did not save it to his account. Additionally, someone also took $5 from his PS4 account. I have contacted my Visa card company to dispute these charges. The charge on my statement was under Sony Interactive Entertainment, not the same as the Boxing Day purchase. My son's user name is stlouis05, and his password is st.louis01. His email address is [redacted] Usually, I buy PlayStation gift cards instead of using my Visa. My son is upset by the ban, and we have three PS4s with many games linked to this account.

Hello, I own a PlayStation 4 at home and previously had PlayStation Plus, which has expired. I am currently on holiday where there is another PlayStation 4. After logging into my account on this second console, I cannot see my games. I discovered that this can only be resolved through PSN. If I purchased PSN on my account while on holiday, would I be able to access and play my games during my stay? Thank you.

Upon returning home, I discovered that he reported another player after a disagreement in the chat, leading to a mutual report. Resolving this issue has been challenging as I've struggled to reach a live person at PlayStation. Despite attempting to contact their Support number 1-[redacted] around 20 times in the past two weeks, I continuously encounter a message stating that the phone service is closed. Additionally, when trying to use the automated chatbot on their website, I encountered difficulties as the submit button grayed out after entering my OID and email information. My primary goal is to connect with a PlayStation representative to address the password change and secure my account.

Recently, someone I used to consider a friend (with the gamertag Your-LocalTrap on PS4) became angry with me for talking too much. To show his displeasure, he claimed to have discovered my private IP address, revealing my State and City information (which I do not share publicly), and proceeded to kick me offline for a brief 5-minute period. His reason for the short duration was that he did not want to be excessively cruel. I am now wondering if there are any potential actions I can take, such as legal measures or requesting a ban on his account. Additionally, I want to note that two of his friends, UltrexGamer1234 and Destroyer[redacted], were also involved in the incident.

I made some regrettable comments while under the influence, and although I've said silly things before without being banned, this time I was reported by a child for possible bullying. I feel unfairly banned as being drunk led me to say things I normally wouldn't. Could you please reconsider unbanning me? I have thick skin and have endured severe verbal abuse without reporting it, so I hope you understand my request.

Hello, I am having an issue with the trophy "Creation is an act of sheer will" in the Jurassic Park Evolution game. Despite following all the instructions and suggestions, the trophy does not seem to unlock. I have tried recreating every dinosaur on Isla Nublar, as recommended, but the trophy still does not appear. My username is daviddifs. Yesterday, upon logging into my Ps4, I was surprised to discover that my account had been suspended. After discussing with friends, we realized that three of us were reported simultaneously. We suspect Iceblade257 as the unfair reporter. I acknowledge using inappropriate language a couple of weeks ago in a private chat with my close friends in the group "Finesse Execution". Although there was friction with IceBlade257, we had seemingly resolved it. Now, I find myself being penalized for a past issue that I did not initiate. My request is straightforward - I wish to appeal the suspension or at least reduce its duration. My account handle is "Retro_0_Fusion."

My debit card is linked to my account, and I have a subscription to Playstation Plus. Recently, I noticed a $60 charge for the membership on my card, which put me in the negative. I never authorized automatic recurring payments and did not expect the charge without sufficient funds in my account. I want a refund for the membership and would like to cancel it. I am trying to purchase PlayStation Plus to play Call of Duty Modern Warfare online. After the last update, the game indicated I was missing a DLC pack. I followed advice to delete and reinstall the game, but the issue persists. I attempted to buy PlayStation Plus using my debit card, but the transaction won't go through. I'm uncertain if I need to add funds to a wallet first. This is my first experience with PlayStation Plus, and I hope it resolves the DLC pack problem. When I launch the game, I only see the multiplayer pack and campaigns available. The DLC packs are not showing up in the PlayStation Store search, which I suspect is due to not having PlayStation Plus. I'm new to the PS4 and finding it challenging compared to the PS3.
