I am unable to access my PlayStation account. Even though I have the correct email and password, when I try to sign in, it shows an error without any code. Frustrated, I switched to Xbox for some time but now want to go back to my PlayStation account. I attempted to sign in again and even changed the password, but the issue persisted. After deleting and re-adding the account, I found myself in an old account with random letters as the name, containing no trophies or familiar information. This old account somehow had the same email and password. Despite confirming the correct details, I keep getting an error message stating the information is incorrect. I have verified my main profile still exists and my internet is working fine. I am reaching out for advice as I am at a loss on how to resolve this login issue for account xELITESNIPESV1. I am having trouble accessing my PlayStation 4 account. When trying to log in with my email and password, I received a message saying my account was suspended for alleged involvement with inappropriate content. I play Grand Theft Auto, but I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior in that or any other game. I suspect my account may have been hacked or there has been a mistake. It is possible that someone in an online game sent me inappropriate content through a message, which I might have missed. Please investigate this issue promptly. My account GM-Comedy was banned due to a situation where a user named xNasty_Wolfx was bullying me on PS4 messages about the recent passing of Kobe Bryant. Despite my emotional reaction and harsh response, I believe the ban is unfair given the circumstances. I request PlayStation support to review this case and consider unbanning my account or imposing a similar penalty on xNasty_Wolfx. The toxicity of the messages directed at me was distressing, and I feel I was simply defending myself in a difficult situation. My 10-year-old son has been banned from his game due to malicious messages sent by his school friends. I am truly upset about this situation since PlayStation games are not inexpensive, and the ban seems unjustified. It is frustrating that my son is being penalized for simply trying to enjoy playing Rainbow Six properly. I urge the company to thoroughly investigate such complaints before taking action. Moreover, my son wasn't even playing with the particular child who reported him. I plan to report those responsible for falsely accusing him of misconduct. I hope the company can address and curb such bullying behavior promptly.

Yesterday, while playing on my PS4, everything was fine. Today, when I attempted to log in, it stated that I had been logged out of my PlayStation Network account, despite not logging out myself. When I tried to sign in, it claimed the password was incorrect. Clicking on the "forgot my password" option and providing my email linked to the PlayStation Network, the notification mentioned an email was sent, but nothing arrived. We have been attempting to reset the password for an hour unsuccessfully. Can assistance be provided?

My account has been hacked, and the email associated with it has been changed from [redacted] Originally, my online name was Ripdion1600, but I changed it to Estbanga1600. The hacker hasn't changed my online name likely because they don't have the funds. The last purchase on my card was VC. The person who accessed my account goes by the name Snag0vaComp or SnagOvacomp. Please help me regain access to my account. I don't know if this is their original account or if they hacked it, but I just want my account back.

I was playing 2K20 all day in a party with my friends. After logging off, at 1:30 a.m., I received an email stating that a month's subscription to PS Plus was denied. I already have a year's membership, so this was confusing. The next day, I checked my PlayStation messages and found out I was banned for violating the terms of service, though I'm not sure how I did that. Research online revealed that the error code I received is related to payment declines resulting in bans or suspensions, even though I haven't made any purchases recently. I have been attempting to contact Sony all day without success. I am eager to understand the situation. Thank you for your assistance.

My PlayStation keeps disconnecting from my home network. Even when I'm the only one at home and it's the sole device connected, I face disconnections. I tried on a friend's network too, and the problem persists. Within 2-3 minutes of starting my PlayStation, I get disconnected, affecting my online gaming experience. It's frustrating as most of my gaming involves online play. Repeated disconnections lead to loss of progress in various online games.

I need help getting my banned email account back. My cousin accidentally caused a glitch on my account in the store. Both my brother and I reported my brother's account, but mine got banned. The cardholders' names on the account are Holly Fadoil, Megan Rice, and Devin Fadoil. My date of birth is 04-01-[redacted], but it may differ from what is currently on the account. I'm having trouble purchasing Apex Coins in Apex Legends. When I try to buy them through the in-game store, all the options are unavailable, and I receive an error stating, "There is no content. It might not be for sale yet, or might no longer be for sale." I've reached out to EA support multiple times, and they said the issue lies with PlayStation. About a week ago, I could see the prices, but now I can't. I checked the PlayStation Store, and I can buy them there, but I read online that people who did so lost their money without receiving the coins. This is my first time facing this problem. Yesterday, I purchased the [redacted] CP points pack for Modern Warfare for €19.99, but the points have not showed up in the game yet. I have two accounts, "mootsChios" for European use and "dirtymoots" for American use. Even though I have a PS Plus subscription for "dirtymoots" (American), my main account is "mootsChios" (European). My PS4 is from the US, the game is a US copy, but the account I used to buy the in-game currency is European. Can you please assist in making the points appear in-game or provide a refund to my card? When my son first set up his PS4, he only created one user account. Now, I'm looking to establish a parental account and a separate child account to manage his screen time better. He's been playing Fortnite on the primary user profile, which also has the PSPlus subscription. Is it possible to create a new user that can act as the parental account while allowing my son to still use the original profile and enabling me to set time restrictions?

I previously reached out regarding an issue I am experiencing. I permitted my grandson to make a single game purchase with my credit card on December 12, [redacted]. Following this transaction, Sony linked my card, without my consent, to his PlayStation account and processed over £[redacted].00 in various unauthorized charges. My grandson was unaware of these transactions, and I only became aware when reviewing my statement. I find Sony's actions unacceptable and bordering on theft. This morning, I was playing Monster Hunter World for a few hours. After taking a shower, I returned to my system and tried to go online. However, I encountered error code (WS-[redacted]-3) and received an email stating that I have been temporarily suspended for pornography. I am perplexed by this accusation as I am well aware of the Terms of Service and have not violated any rules.

I needed to renew the licenses for my games, so I attempted to renew them several times over a few weeks, but encountered issues. After deleting the games that were supposedly downloading without success, I removed them from my purchases. Following this, I initialized my PS4 and now my licenses are functioning properly. However, the games I removed from my purchases cannot be re-downloaded from the PS4 store. Whenever I try, it redirects me to the game page and prompts me to start, but I am unable to download them from the store.

Hello, I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my PSN account. I suspect children from my wife's daycare made three purchases of the "Jackbox Party Pack" without my knowledge earlier this week. I created an account several years ago, which I used from [redacted] to [redacted] before selling it. Recently, I purchased a new PS4 and attempted to log back in but failed because I couldn't remember the password. The email associated with the account has been deactivated due to inactivity, preventing me from using PSN's password recovery feature. If I could receive a hint for the password, I am confident I will be able to recall it.

I own Call of Duty Modern Warfare but I'm unable to access multiplayer or special ops. Even after trying to reinstall, I can't locate the option to download the necessary multiplayer pack or special ops package. The game's disc has the code CUSA [redacted], and my PSN account region is New York City. On the back of the CD case, there's a globe symbol with the number 2 next to it. Despite looking in add-ons, store, storage, and library, the packs are nowhere to be found.
