I am experiencing difficulties downloading updates for Rainbow Six Siege and Elder Scrolls Online. Despite having over three hundred gigabytes of free space, the system indicates insufficient space. I had previously upgraded to a terabyte to resolve this issue, which worked until now. Unable to download any updates, I fear being unable to play my games. Unfortunately, I am financially constrained and cannot purchase a new Playstation or additional storage. Research has not yielded a solution, and reaching customer service is challenging. If left unresolved, my console will become unusable. This is my third attempt at reaching out, and though your system prompts me for a solution, I believe a replacement Playstation is necessary due to a possible defect. Without assistance, my console will be rendered unusable. I eagerly await your prompt response.

Unfortunately, my father passed away on November 5th, [redacted]. As a result, I had to get a new phone number since we canceled his line. Now, I am unable to log into the PlayStation network due to the 2-step verification sending the code to my old phone number. I have reached out to PlayStation support, but their service is currently down. I have all my account information and passwords; however, I'm unable to get past the 2-step verification. While playing For Honor, deeply engaged in a match, showcasing my skills as a player, I encountered an issue when switching to Warframe. An error message appeared, indicating data corruption, leading to the need for a reinstallation. Despite trying to reinstall the game, I faced a "Cannot Download" notification preventing the process. The situation escalated as even accessing the information tab caused the PS menu to freeze. Although able to briefly chat with my friend, ScaryToast, in a party chat, the disconnection seemed inevitable. My attempts to shut down the PS using the quick menu failed due to the unresponsive UI, forcing me to resort to unplugging the console. However, upon restarting, I encountered a request for a USB connection to my controller to install the latest system software update. Past experiences led me to replace the hard drive previously, as it couldn't recognize the update file via USB. Following the PS instructions, the new hard drive accepted the update file but encountered a setback during the installation process, displaying an error message indicating inability to access system storage. Losing over [redacted] hours of locally saved game progress, including titles like Monster Hunter World and Alien Isolation, would be devastating.

I lost access to my PS4 account after changing my username for a game. They requested my email, password, and text verification code, which I didn't expect as a new user. My PS4 account was accessed by an unknown person who changed my password. After resetting it, I managed to secure my account but not before the hacker altered some profile settings, including my online ID. I had to pay $5.00 to switch it back to my original ID. I would appreciate if I could get assistance in changing my online ID without any additional charge. Thank you to whoever can help.

I recently attempted to log into my account to remove my debit card but forgot my password. After successfully changing the password, I was prompted for a 2-step verification code. Unfortunately, I have a new phone and my old phone with the code is broken. I was then asked for a backup code that I never received. My PS4 account profile was hacked, and unauthorized purchases for 5 games were made on 1/20/20 at around 3:40am. These purchases include: - Days Gone for $39.99 - Battlefield V for $39.99 - WWE 2K20 for $59.99 - Need For Speed for $59.99 - EA Sports FIFA 20 for $59.99 This totaled $[redacted]. Additionally, I was unjustly banned from the PlayStation network without explanation. I need a full refund for the games, information about the City and State of the purchases for the police report, and the unjust ban lifted. I have already enhanced my account security and changed all passwords to prevent this from happening again. I have attempted to contact support multiple times, but there seems to be an issue with the phone support. I urgently require the reversal of these charges as my bank account was depleted, and as a single mother of three, this situation is very distressing.

This morning, I discovered unauthorized purchases were made from my account after it was compromised. My PlayStation ID was also changed. I have tried calling for live support multiple times, but the line is always busy. The website's live chat support is not available due to my account being suspended because of the breach. I just want live support to help me address this issue.

My PS4 is having trouble connecting to controllers. Even after trying a new controller, it wouldn't connect. I managed to get one to work by resetting and reconnecting it through Bluetooth, but it still won't charge or turn on. I even tried resetting all the controllers using the reset button under the L2 button, but the issue persists.

I am having trouble accessing my PSN account on the PS3. The account name is baseboy, and the email linked to it is [redacted], which is not functioning. When trying to log in, it redirected me to another email, [redacted] or [redacted], for which I don't know the password. After being inactive on my account for around 4 to 5 months, I attempted to sign in yesterday and experienced difficulty. Despite entering the correct email and password, I received an error message. I recently downloaded a DLC for a game I own, but it doesn't appear in the game menu. When I tried to access it through the PlayStation Store button, I received a message saying "This content cannot be selected at this time." Despite confirming the DLC was purchased, I couldn't find it in the game's add-ons. I attempted various troubleshooting steps such as restarting the game and console, syncing licenses, and reactivating my primary PS4. Although I deleted and re-downloaded the game, the DLC issue persisted. Interestingly, I could only locate the add-on in the game library search, where the image wouldn't load correctly. My PlayStation 4 unexpectedly went into safe mode with the same issue I previously experienced less than a month ago. While in safe mode, my only options are to download an update file I have already downloaded or have it shut off and repeat the process. Hello, I am seeking a full refund for the game DAYZ due to its misrepresented trailer and disappointing in-game physics. The title, originally released on Steam for PC, appears to be an unfinished port to the PS4, leaving much to be desired. I am disappointed in Bohemia Interactive for this oversight. There is a trend of subpar games being released on Steam as money-making schemes, and it seems this practice has extended to console platforms as well. While the game is playable, the numerous glitches do not justify its high price of NZ $79.50, especially when it is currently being sold for half that amount on Steam. I question the reasoning behind the steep pricing on the PlayStation Store and who is benefiting from it. I respectfully request a full refund as I feel misled and deserve a better gaming experience.

Hello, my account has been banned, and I have no idea why. Yesterday, I tried to go online and noticed my account was restricted. The last action I remember was making a purchase on Fortnite. However, I realized that the payment method used belonged to my ex, from when she bought me a game for my birthday. I immediately tried to rectify this by making a purchase on my own bank card for a DLC in a game called DayZ. I removed her details from the account. If the ban is due to the initial purchase on my ex's card, I am happy to resolve this by making the payment with my own card. Please consider unbanning my account.

I have initiated a claim with PayPal, and they may have already reached out to you or will do so soon. I am hopeful they can resolve this within 24-72 hours, but reaching out to Sony might expedite the process. I am still unable to access my account.
