The issue in GetHuman-cyruswes's own words
Gives me an error every time I try to buy PS Plus. The error does not have any numbers in it, all it says is "An error has occurred". When that didn't work I bought a digital * month PS Plus code off of Amazon and when i redeemed it, it gave me the same exact error. Now it says the code has been used up. Whenever i go to Manage Subscriptions on the PS* console, it says i have PS Plus active for January ****, but i still cannot play online or play any of my PS Plus games.

GetHuman-cyruswes did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
