Help with my Playstation issue

I was downloading add ons for call of duty modern warfare and up until the night before my PlayStation was downloading the items and was perfectly fine. Last night the add ons has basically frozen and constantly appears as *kb out of *.*Kb And my PlayStation constantly refuses to copy the add on. I have deleted the app numerous times in hope of deleting the add on with it however this has done nothing and I’m still unable to play the game. Not only that but when I tried to either delete the game or perform any other actions in regards to the game my PlayStation turns off and returns by saying that my extended storage has been damaged and it must be repaired. I’m very concerned as now it sometimes freezes and I’m still unable to play COD. All I want is a way to either stop my PlayStation from copying the add on or a way to somehow delete the game as well as the add on without my PlayStation freezing or turning off unexpectedly

GetHuman-jmanasto did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
