I was recently hacked and deranked in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. My XP level is showing as -[redacted], and I'm unable to play multiplayer online. Whenever I gain XP during matches, I get kicked out with a message saying "network connection lost." This issue is only happening with MW3 on my PS3; all other COD games are working fine. I've tried resetting my PS3, reinstalling the game, and rebooting the router multiple times, but the problem persists. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

We purchased a $50 PlayStation Store gift card to buy Super Mega Baseball 2 for $26.99 on our PS4. It was challenging to download the game, needing two attempts. I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 during the Christmas sale, opting for the ultimate edition. However, I encountered issues with downloading as I kept receiving error messages saying "cannot download" and "data corrupted." I purchased Civilization 6 recently, but I'm experiencing issues with the multiplayer features, which are preventing me from accessing a significant part of the game. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, such as resetting my network and power cycling my console, as well as trying different accounts on my console to connect online, but unfortunately, none of these solutions have been successful. Interestingly, when I signed in to my account on my friend's console, the game worked perfectly, indicating that the problem lies with my own console. Considering these challenges, I am hoping to request a refund for the game, as I feel like I have explored all possible options.

My entire PlayStation system got banned with error code WS-[redacted]-4 due to being hacked for three months. After regaining access, I couldn't play any purchased games or downloaded content. My PlayStation 4 initially started overheating and displayed a message prompting me to turn it off to cool down. Even after letting it rest for a couple of hours, the issue persisted, leading me to clean the console thoroughly with compressed air. After reassembling it, the power button only produced one beep, failing to turn on. Upon retrying, it eventually turned on but consistently shut off at 27% on the loading screen. Despite multiple attempts, it finally booted up, only to show the overheating message again. I confirmed the fan is still functional, but I am unsure how to proceed in resolving this problem. Yesterday my PS4 was working fine. However, when I tried to use it again later in the day, it asked me to sign in. I tried to sign in but it sent a code to my phone, which I don't have access to. I attempted to use backup codes, but it requires me to sign in, which I can't do without the phone code. I've been dealing with this for two days now and I'm struggling to figure out what to do next.

I recently shared a game with a friend in real life, allowing him access to my PlayStation account to play Minecraft on his PS4. A few months later, I attempted to share another game, Gang Beasts, with him but discovered he had removed my account from his console without my knowledge. When I tried to sign back into my account, I found that the password had been changed and two-step verification had been added. I checked my email and noticed the changes made. Hello, I sought help with the third part of the Sly Cooper collection. They requested my receipt as proof of owning the code and game. However, my receipt was rejected as valid proof of purchase. I have felt offended and deceived for a week being called a liar. Even though I understand it's not your fault, the email support team denied my request for assistance and advised me not to respond. Their unprofessionalism has left me feeling insulted.

Eight payments of $60 were withdrawn from my account without my authorization. I have tried to stop these payments through my bank. I received receipts from someone named halcyon_mail6 for a total of $[redacted].68. I hope this does not mean I will be charged for those. Additionally, it appears I am in a "Family" with someone using the email h4xp+[redacted], whom I do not know. If I am part of any "Family" systems, I request to be removed immediately.

I am having issues with my Playstation 4 account. Last night, I discovered that my PSN sign-in email had been changed without my knowledge. When I attempted to log in, I realized that I had been signed out of my account and my login information no longer worked. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I did not receive any reset email. Upon investigating further, I found that my online ID had been changed to N-QSD5 by someone named Mohammad. This person had all my friends on their profile, which led me to believe that my account had been hacked. I have already contacted Sony about the breach but have not received a response yet. I am concerned about the security of my account and the personal information linked to it.

My Playstation 4 keeps prompting me for an update every time I turn it on. The update was released on December 19, and today is December 31. Usually, updates on my console happen automatically. However, this time it went into "Safe Mode," and I followed the on-screen instructions. I downloaded the update file onto a USB storage device as directed. Now, my screen is asking me to "Connect a USB storage device that contains an update file for reinstallation for version 7.02 or later."

I need help! I have been playing a game a lot, and this issue started on Monday. I played all night on Sunday until 4:00 am, and when I woke up at 1:30 PM on Monday, it asked me to log in.
