I am experiencing an issue with installing two free applications, Sharefactory and Spotify, on my PS4. Whenever I attempt to install them, they show as installed. However, Spotify seems to be stuck in a loop of always trying to install, but never fully appearing in the downloads section of notifications - only in the purchased section of the library. I am unsure of how to resolve this problem and would appreciate assistance.

Last Thursday, on December 26th, my PlayStation account was hacked by an unauthorized user. They made fraudulent purchases totaling around $[redacted]. To make matters worse, they changed the account password, locking me out. I have been attempting to contact customer support and access digital services, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance from your team. My account remains locked, and I am frustrated because I can no longer access the games I purchased for $60 from the PlayStation Store months ago. I am eager for a response to resolve this situation promptly. Thank you.

I purchased a €30 PlayStation code at 4:27 p.m. from Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre. However, upon trying to redeem the code on my PlayStation account @oliverpower9, I received an error stating that the code had already been used. I have reached out to the store of purchase, GameStop, but they mentioned they are unable to provide a refund as the code was discarded after I had photographed it on my phone.

I purchased a €30 PlayStation code at GameStop in Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre, Dublin, today at 4:27pm. Unfortunately, when I tried to redeem it at home, I received an error saying the code had already been used. I reached out to GameStop, and they claimed it was impossible because they had discarded the paper with the code after I photographed it. I am seeking a full refund of €30. Hello, I purchased a PS4 yearly card online from GameStop on November 28, [redacted], for $48 and some change. On December 5, [redacted], my credit card was charged $63 and some change. When I tried to redeem the card I ordered online, it had already been used. This means I was charged twice for the yearly card. I am now trying to get a refund for the overcharge. I have received two emails from your office, to which I have replied three times with the requested information, but I have not received a response yet.

I purchased a 3-month PlayStation Plus subscription card at my local Kroger. After entering the pin from the card into the PlayStation Store to redeem the code, it seemed to go through but then kicked me back to my PlayStation home screen without confirming the subscription. Despite being logged into the PlayStation Network, I am unable to access the subscription benefits. I have tried entering the code multiple times in various ways, but each time I receive an error message. I am unsure why this is happening and would like either a refund or to receive the subscription I paid for.

I accessed my PlayStation account on December 27, [redacted], to play online when I discovered that it had been banned. Recently, my credit card company alerted me to fraudulent charges amounting to $[redacted] each on the PlayStation network, which I didn't make. These transactions were canceled by the credit card company. I learned that Sony bans accounts for chargebacks as part of their policy. I am seeking assistance to have my account unbanned. Thank you.

I'm having trouble logging into my PlayStation account, which I've had for years. I haven't used my account in over a year and when I tried to log back on, I couldn't and received an error code. I looked up the error code WS-[redacted]-7, and it says my account has been suspended. I don't know why this happened, but I would like this matter resolved promptly. Can you please investigate as I have not used my account for a long time and am unsure why this has occurred? Thank you.

I bought a $50 in-game currency card for NBA 2K20 on my PS4. I redeemed the code in the PlayStation store, but the currency didn't show up in my account. I reached out to Ask PlayStation on Twitter and tried calling their support number, but it was too busy to get through. I also followed the steps on the forum for missing in-game currency. It's been 72 hours now, and I still haven't received any response or seen the currency in my game.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my account being banned due to charges made unknowingly with my friend's card. I was unaware that their card was used for the purchases that led to the ban on my account. My friend had to replace their card due to this situation. My account was hacked and someone tampered with the database by copying an update. Despite me deleting the game on my PS4, it remained stuck in storage showing the wrong data size. The situation has been a disaster for my Modern Warfare experience, and I'm extremely frustrated. I recently changed my PlayStation password, and now I am unable to access my account due to the 2-step verification code I can't retrieve as I have a new phone number. I'm also unable to access my backup codes since I've been logged out of my account. I'm struggling to reach a PlayStation representative due to the high call volume on the hotline. My brother's debit card linked to the PlayStation was hacked. He is the primary account holder. The hack occurred overnight. In the morning, I discovered that I could not access any games bought through PlayStation, only the ones purchased on disks. Even though my brother can play all games, my account is locked, stating I need to purchase them because his account has the license.

While playing Ghost Recon Breakpoint, I've encountered a problem where I can't move forward, yet all other controls work fine. I lost my debit card on Christmas Eve. After checking my bank statement on December 26th, I went to the bank to file a claim. Upon further review, it was discovered that $65 was fraudulently charged to my account for the PlayStation Network, resulting in a ban on my account. I am unable to log in now. I have never made a purchase as high as $65 in one transaction. I would like assistance in recovering my account access.

I recently discovered that my PS4 automatically charged me $60 for a 12-month subscription. It seems to have renewed on its own as my subscription was ending on December 29, [redacted]. This occurred because I forgot to turn off the auto-renew feature. I didn't intend to purchase the 12-month subscription as I had received one as a gift for Christmas. Since my bank card information is stored on the PS4, it was charged automatically. Is it possible to receive a refund for this charge?

I recently attempted to play my PlayStation 4 after some time and encountered an issue while trying to update my games. While my PS4 was starting up, I encountered a message indicating a "serious error." In an attempt to resolve this, I selected the initialize option which led to the deletion of all data on the console. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access my account as I no longer remember the password associated with it. Additionally, I have been logged out of the email address linked to my account and cannot regain access to it. I created this account when I was 15 years old and am now 19, thus, have forgotten all pertinent details. My children want to play online games with their friends, but some are unable to due to age restrictions on PlayStation. I supervise my child's gaming, and I believe that Sony should allow us to change his birth date to enable him to play. This is frustrating for him as he is 15 years old now and is missing out on gaming experiences. He is unable to play Grand Theft Auto and NBA 2K20 online. I kindly request Sony to address this issue and make the necessary changes. Thank you.
