I recently got signed out of my parent account on PlayStation. I tried to recover it by entering my email and password, but I got stuck at the security code stage. The phone number associated with the account is no longer in use, and when I selected the option saying I no longer have access to that phone, it asked for a backup code. The issue is I have only used this account on my current PS4, which means I don't have a backup code. Is there any way to regain access to my PlayStation account in this situation?

My email for my account was changed without my permission, and Sony sent me an email notifying me that my sign-in ID has been altered. I've been using the same email for years, and I attempted to reach out to Sony's customer support number, but it seems to be closed on weekends as the recorded message mentions. Additionally, I've been receiving unexpected friend requests and invites on the PSN app, which is concerning. I urgently need to regain access to my account by restoring my sign-in ID. If my account was indeed hacked, I anticipate requiring further support and details to secure it.

For the past six months, I've been dealing with a group of individuals who have been relentlessly harassing me by jumping servers when playing and destroying my gaming experience. They have attempted to befriend me multiple times, using fake accounts to bait me into interacting with them. The situation has become extremely toxic, negatively impacting my mental well-being. I turn to playing on PSN as a way to unwind and escape drama, but unfortunately, I am constantly subjected to this mistreatment. I am hopeful that something can be done to address this situation.

Upon returning home after six months abroad, I discovered that $60.00USD was withdrawn from my PSN account due to the PlayStation Plus auto-renewal feature of which I was unaware. I am disappointed by this oversight and feel that I should have been notified about the auto-renewal settings. I am seeking a refund for this charge and will consider further action if necessary. My friends have experienced similar issues, and we all share the same dissatisfaction. It is crucial that this matter is addressed promptly, and I insist on receiving a refund for the six months of unused PlayStation Plus service.

I am experiencing difficulty connecting my PlayStation controller to the console. The controller continuously blinks white, then blinks orange once, before turning off. I have attempted using various cords and different controllers (both new and old), but to no avail. The power button on the PS4 console functions properly, allowing the console to turn on, yet I am unable to navigate the main menu as the controller will not connect. I have confirmed that all three controllers, as well as the cords, work as intended on another PS4 within the household. I have attempted troubleshooting steps like resetting the controllers and unplugging the system, but the issue persists. How can I resolve this problem?

I received a permanent ban on my PS4 account due to an "inappropriate online ID" approximately four months ago. Historically, I have never faced any bans or suspensions for any other reason. This ban from Sony was a first for me. I completed the appeal process on the Sony website to try to recover my account since it met all the necessary criteria for potential restoration. I am unsure if meeting these requirements significantly increases my chances of having my account reinstated or if the final decision rests solely on the individual reviewing my appeal. The prospect of losing all the time and money invested in this account over an unsuitable online ID seems excessive to me.

I am uncertain about my previous messages as it seems I did not provide clear instructions on how to resolve the issue. I purchased a 12-month PS4 subscription plan that was supposed to include [redacted] FIFA points because I came from FIFA. However, I did not receive these points. I am requesting to receive the full [redacted] FIFA points owed to me. Additionally, due to the inconvenience and potential false advertising, I would appreciate receiving extra FIFA points on top of the [redacted] initially promised.

I was billed on December 25 for a 12-month PlayStation Plus auto-renewal. I had intended to cancel prior to the renewal but failed to do so. I have been attempting to reach out to PlayStation support to inquire about a refund, but unfortunately, phone support appears to be unavailable at the moment. I even attempted to contact Sony directly, but have not been able to get through to them either. I understand that I might not be eligible for a full refund, but I am hoping to receive as much of my $60 back as possible.

A few years ago, I created my PlayStation account using the email "[redacted]" which I can no longer access due to forgotten login details. My daughter now wants to play on PlayStation, but I can't remember the password. I am hoping for help to change my account's primary email to "[redacted]" By making this email the primary one, I could use the links provided to reset my PSN password successfully. I purchased PlayStation VR for my grandson. Instead of buying him the game "Beat Saber," I unintentionally purchased it for my own account. I have not downloaded anything yet. I am wondering if there is a way to transfer the game to my grandson. My order number is [redacted]3, and my online ID is noughth_betters. It would be greatly appreciated if I could receive a credit to buy the game on my grandson's account.

On Sunday the 28th, I had an encounter with a hacker. The situation started when I was joking around with a friend about hacking, though I have no hacking skills. My friend introduced me to another person claiming to be a hacker. This person threatened to boot me offline for 10 hours, leading me to believe they were pretending to be a hacker. Shortly after this interaction, I noticed my internet behaving strangely, like it was lagging, which made me suspect a DDOS attack. It could all be coincidental, but it has left me feeling uneasy.

I purchased a 3-month PSN card for my boyfriend from GameStop yesterday around 4-5 pm at the regular price. However, when he got home, his little brother thought it would be a funny prank to completely scratch off the code on the back, except for the 4 letters. I attempted to contact customer service, but they were unavailable. I have the receipt and the card and would appreciate help resolving this so my boyfriend can enjoy playing on PSN for the first time. Thank you!

On Saturday, December 28, [redacted], I noticed two unauthorized charges on my account from the Playstation Network. To prevent further charges, I have locked my debit card. I am unaware of the origin of these charges and I did not approve them. The amounts in question are $1.99 and $10.79. I am seeking to dispute these charges, trace their source, and request a complete refund.

Hello, I submitted a refund request on December 26th. After receiving an email promising a response within 24 hours, I understand the delay was due to the holidays. I bought a PS Plus voucher for my son for Christmas, but it renewed automatically before we could use the voucher. This resulted in an additional £50 being deducted from my account. I am seeking a refund so I can apply the voucher instead.

I'm unsure whether to contact PlayStation or Microsoft, but my Minecraft isn't functioning properly. I updated it and it has been working fine until today. I played from 11am to 1pm, then briefly left to do the dishes. When I returned, my TV was off, and the PlayStation was in rest mode. Despite my attempts, Minecraft is stuck on the loading screen since 2 o’clock. I've tried restarting the PlayStation, reconnecting to Wi-Fi, and unplugging/replugging both the PlayStation and HDMI cable, all to no avail. I'm eager to play Minecraft again, so any help would be appreciated.

Additionally, I discovered unauthorized charges on my credit card. It appears my account has been compromised, and I am seeking assistance to regain access. I upset a friend who I had previously shared my account password with to play games. Last night, while I was asleep, he accessed my account and altered my personal information, sending offensive messages to my friends. I only discovered this when my friends contacted me about it at 10 pm. I have tried to rectify the situation by changing my password and undoing the damage caused. I didn't anticipate that he would go to such lengths, resulting in a 7-day ban on my account due to his actions.

Hello, I purchased Xenoverse 2 from the PlayStation Store on Christmas. Upon loading the game, it did not work and took a long time to download. Since downloading, my PlayStation has been running very slow and glitchy, which was not the case prior to installing this game. I am hoping to receive a refund to my wallet so I can buy a different game and remove Xenoverse 2 to improve my PlayStation's performance. Thank you!

I had The Witcher 3 - Complete Edition on my account. I played it last night, turned off my system, and today the game was gone from my system. All my saves and progress are gone. Why did this happen and how can we prevent it from happening again? This is upsetting because it never occurred before with my PS4. Please reply as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello, I believe my account has been compromised. I have changed my password, but I am unable to access my account due to the two-step verification process. I suspect the hacker changed the phone number associated with the account, as I am not receiving the verification code.
