I am confused about what happened, as it seems my 8-year-old son supposedly violated the agreement and there was a payment reversal. When I tried to make a purchase yesterday, I had to enter my security password, so I don't understand how he could have done this. Now my account shows a negative balance of $[redacted], and I have pending bills to pay. I would appreciate it if the money could be refunded, and the account be active again for my son's use. I have been a long-time Xbox user without any problems, but after switching to PlayStation recently, I have encountered this issue within days, which is frustrating.

I had deleted Marvel's Spider-Man a few months ago to free up space on my hard drive. Today, when I tried to redownload the game from the Library->Purchased section, I encountered an issue. Although I attempted to download it, the game was not downloading. When I pressed X on the game, a Start button appeared, but then I received an error message stating, "Cannot find the application. Do you want to look in the Playstation Store?" I clicked OK and was redirected to the Playstation Store, where I encountered the same issue with the Start button. Repeated attempts led to the same error message. Can anyone advise me on how to successfully download the game again?

In October, I pre-ordered Doom Eternal. They pushed back the release date to March [redacted], and I was supposed to get a refund which I never received. I assumed my pre-order was still valid, but now when I check, it's no longer in my list. I'll need to pay $65 again for it. I'm frustrated by this situation as a loyal customer. I've never experienced this issue before. I won't make any more purchases from the PlayStation Store until I either get my refund or my Doom Eternal pre-order is sorted out.

I am having trouble adding funds to my PSN US Account. I purchased a $50 card and two $10 cards. While the $50 card worked fine, the two $10 cards are giving me an error message (WC-[redacted]-1): Funds cannot be added due to maximum funding amount being exceeded. I have been using my US account since the PS3 days and this is the first time I have faced this problem with PSN Network cards.

She is in an online relationship with a 16-year-old boy named TrollingJason. Nudes are being exchanged, and they discuss meeting up. The boy, Michael G., is from North Carolina, and his parents should be informed. The matter needs to be investigated and reported to law enforcement as this has been going on for months within the PlayStation community. It is crucial to protect these young individuals from potential harm.

I bought the "God of War Digital Deluxe Edition" and "Assassin's Creed Origins" bundle. I want to refund "Assassin's Creed Origins" as I've heard negative reviews about it. I've been a fan of the Assassin's Creed series since Assassin's Creed 3, but trying this one was a disappointment. I barely played it for 10 minutes and it didn't feel right; it felt like a different kind of game. In addition to the disappointing gameplay, I'm also frustrated with the input lag not just in this game, but in other EA games like "Ghost Recon Breakpoint", which I have as well. I doubt I can refund "Ghost Recon Breakpoint" since I've played it for a few days already, but I would like to focus on refunding "Assassin's Creed Origins" for now.

When I power on my PS4, it immediately begins checking the system storage. The process reaches [redacted] percent, but then I receive an error message saying "Cannot start the PS4. Connect your Dualshock 4 and press PS button." Following the prompt, it instructs me to download a system software update of version 7.02 or higher for reinstallation via USB. Despite attempting safe boot and rebuilding the database, the database rebuilding process doesn't show any progress or related information.

My account got banned due to a payment reversal issue. All transactions were made using my mother's card, which recently had unauthorized charges not related to PlayStation. She has a new card now. I believe this might be the reason for the ban. I want to clarify that there was no intention of fraudulent activity from my side. My mother is the one who covers the game expenses, and we suspect there might have been a mistake in the transactions.

Hello, I created a new profile on the PS4. Long story short... My PS4 was running on one of my ex-partner's emails the whole time. Now, 13 years later, we are divorced. I wanted to make an account that runs on my email. Done, all set up, restarted, and my PlayStation Plus subscription is gone. I just bought a yearly membership last month. It's a bad situation - Plus is gone, games are gone, etc... Help, please. Best wishes, Alex...

My 5-year-old granddaughter accidentally purchased this content while playing on the PlayStation with her 8-year-old brother. It was done without my consent. I am 66 years old and not well-versed in the process of buying games. A few years ago, I purchased the PlayStation for my grandchildren and also bought some items online for them. The issue came to my attention when I received an email confirming the purchase. To prevent this from reoccurring, I will be deleting my account along with the game. Hello, I go by Sebastian Harden. Unfortunately, my son made a mistake by letting someone he believed was his friend play on his account (TTV_FADEjr/Lost One). It turns out this person was not a friend and has changed the email and password, taking over the account. I discovered this when the individual started sending me offensive messages on PlayStation. I have evidence of these messages which confirm it is indeed my account, including attempts to use my credit card. I have invested a significant amount of money into my son's account, and I am seeking assistance in reclaiming it. My PlayStation account name is Byble_jr.

My 9-year-old son made unauthorized purchases for FIFA players without my knowledge. When my bank alerted me about the multiple large transactions, I realized he had used my card. Since he cannot have his own account due to his age, I had set it up for him to play online with friends. I was not aware of the parental control options for purchases, leading my bank to reverse the charges. Sony has consequently suspended his account as I declined to pay. Consequently, he is now unable to access the games he bought for his VR. Despite my efforts, Sony has refused to unblock his account and his console remains inaccessible.

For the past two days, I've been experiencing an ongoing issue with FIFA 20. While I can navigate the menu without any problems, the game consistently disconnects after about 10 minutes of gameplay. This is a new problem for me, and I'm at a loss for how to resolve it. I'm able to use the controller without any issues as it stays connected, but the game disconnects without displaying any errors related to the PS4. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.

I purchased Assassin's Creed Odyssey from the PlayStation Store along with 3 other games. The other games downloaded successfully, but Assassin's Creed only downloads about 4.9 GB before displaying an error message stating the data is corrupted with error code CE-[redacted]-9. I've attempted to download it multiple times, restarted the PS4, rebuilt the system's database, changed my DNS server to Google's public server, and restored my account licenses, but none of these solutions have resolved the issue.

A couple of days ago, when I attempted to play my games online, I encountered issues connecting to the servers. Initially, I attributed this problem to my Wi-Fi connection. However, as the issue persisted over the following days, I investigated further and discovered that my IP address had been banned or blacklisted. I am uncertain as to why this action was taken as I cannot recall engaging in any activities warranting such repercussions. Upon researching the matter, I learned that it may have been a result of accessing the PlayStation Network through their web browser application to link another service. During this process, I input multiple passwords until the correct one granted access. Subsequently, PlayStation prompted me to change my password due to numerous failed attempts, which I complied with. Unfortunately, despite rectifying my password, the IP ban remains in effect, leaving me puzzled as to the cause of this restriction.

A few days ago, I noticed that none of my games could connect to online services. Initially, I attributed it to poor wifi, but the issue persisted. Upon investigation, I discovered that my IP address was blacklisted or banned.
