I was informed that they were unable to assist me with it. Now, I am unable to access my purchased game "Ben 10." The support number and live chat are both unresponsive, and the provided topics are not helpful. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods, none have been successful. I was previously told that I couldn't retrieve "The Last of Us" due to a licensing issue, but it is frustrating that my games have been deleted without my control.

I am facing issues accessing my PlayStation account. I previously enabled 2-step verification due to noticing unusual activity. I need assistance with my PSN membership. Every year, I receive a PSN yearly membership as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, due to a recent power outage in my area, I was unable to redeem the membership on any device until now. To my surprise, my bank account was charged £49.99 for automatic renewal, a feature I wasn't aware of. I am hoping to request a refund for the charge and use the PSN code that I originally received.

I purchased a Grand Theft Auto Megalodon Shark Cash Card for $99.99 through Sony Playstation on 12/25 for my son-in-law. I have the order number ([redacted]05) and the invoice number on my PayPal receipt is slightly different: [redacted]01. I used PayPal for payment. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received the redemption code for the shark card. I have contacted support and searched online extensively, but have had no success. I am extremely frustrated with Sony and would like a refund for this purchase right away.

My device suddenly encountered an issue prompting me to reinstall the system software, which would erase all data. Attempting to cancel as advised online did not resolve the corruption. I then tried safe mode, but only option 7 (initialize/reinstall system software) was available. Despite trying this, I was unable to proceed due to a message indicating the USB storage device was not connected.

I recently purchased a PS4 Fortnite edition and have encountered difficulties with the PlayStation Plus subscription. When I attempted to redeem my free trial, I was informed that I already had a subscription and was ineligible for the trial or downloads. Prior to this, I have never subscribed to PlayStation or owned one until now. This issue has persisted since October when I acquired the PS4. I am concerned that my account may have been compromised.

I recently started using my new PlayStation 4, and everything was working well until today. I'm trying to sign into my PlayStation account after a long break. When I attempt to log in, it requires a two-step verification code sent to an old phone number. While playing with my friends, I unexpectedly received a temporary ban without any apparent reason. I want to clarify that I have not engaged in any misconduct, threats, or inappropriate behavior towards others. In fact, I was the one who felt threatened by another player who is capable of disrupting my online experience. I would appreciate it if the ban could be lifted promptly, or if I could receive clarification on the reasons behind the ban and its duration.

I have previously struggled with toxic behavior, resulting in bans and warnings. While I have refrained from being mean in the past month, I encountered a toxic teammate in a game yesterday. I used a word similar to "bitch" to address them without cursing. I acknowledge my mistake and the toxicity in the game can be overwhelming at times. I sincerely apologize and request to be unbanned, especially during the Christmas vacation where I have more time to play without restrictions. Thank you.

After redeeming my $25 PlayStation card and purchasing characters for my game, I encountered an issue. When I restarted my PlayStation, the characters and remaining balance disappeared. I attempted to re-enter the code, but it was already redeemed. I checked my transaction history, and there's no record of the purchases. I restarted the system, but the funds are still missing. I am unsure of what steps to take next as I don't want to return to the store to buy another card.

I purchased Jurassic Park Evolution on the PS store using my son's account on our shared PlayStation. However, I cannot access the game on my own account on the same console. It prompts me to buy it again on the account where it was originally purchased. Typically, this wouldn't be an issue for me to play it from his account, but he now has his own PlayStation, and it would disrupt his online gaming if I used his account. It would be great if there was a way to transfer the game from his account to mine to avoid this inconvenience.

I attempted to update my email address from [redacted] to [redacted], but I made a mistake and did not include the "14" after reneekidd. As a result, my email was changed to an address I do not have access to. I am unsure if there is a way to correct this by changing the email back to kiddtabitha or if I will need to create a new PSN account. Could you please advise on how to rectify this situation? Dear Sony, I am Nick Bonte from the Netherlands. I encountered an issue with a PSN user named MrAzriphale-. A few weeks ago, this user sent offensive messages to my 7-year-old son, threatening to hack his account and using inappropriate language. Fortunately, my son does not understand English well. Despite my attempts to stop the messages, I mistakenly claimed to be a Sony employee, resulting in my son's account, 'belvedair,' being banned. I acknowledge my error in this situation, and I regret disappointing my son. However, MrAzriphale continues to send offensive messages, now targeting a new account 'The_7th Rider,' and threatening to get it banned. As a father, I cannot tolerate this behavior from a PSN user. Hello everyone, I encountered an issue with my purchase. Last year, I bought Injustice 2 Legendary Edition from the PlayStation Store, but I have not received any DLC characters yet. When I check the store, it indicates that I have the Standard Edition, not the Legendary Edition, even though I am confident that I purchased the Legendary Edition. The game's icon displays the Legendary Edition, and during the game's loading screen, it clearly states Legendary Edition with the gold logo. Can anyone advise me on how to access all the DLC characters?

On 26/12/19, a payment was deducted from my bank account for PlayStation Plus for the entire year. I was unaware of the automatic renewal feature, and this was unintentional. I have disabled auto-renewal, but I do not wish to continue with this service. I am requesting a refund for the subscription since I rarely utilized it in the previous year and have no plans to use it moving forward. Despite reaching out to PlayStation support twice and being informed of a response within 24 hours, I have yet to receive a reply. I am uncertain about the next steps and seek a resolution with a reimbursement credited back to my bank account.

Hello, I created an account for Christmas because I bought a PS4 for my girlfriend, and we live together. Recently, she created her account. I also got her VR and a bundle of games. We already have a few games on my account, which we share. Unfortunately, she accidentally redeemed the codes from the VR bundle while on her account, and now it shows that she has made 5 purchases. The games were meant to be on my account with the rest of our collection. The games haven't been played or downloaded yet. Is there a way to transfer them to my account?

I have two accounts. Last year, I had PlayStation Plus on one account, but this year I put it on my other account. Now, I'm unable to play some games that I both got for free with PlayStation Plus and paid for with money. It seems the license is tied to the account where I had PlayStation Plus last year. I want to switch PlayStation Plus from my current account to the other one so that it holds the license, allowing me to play these games on my main account. I can set both accounts as primary on my PS4. Essentially, I need to transfer PlayStation Plus from one account to the other without purchasing another subscription for a year.
