I deposited $50 into my wallet to purchase Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, but I'm encountering issues during checkout. Despite having enough funds in my wallet to cover the game's cost, the system prompts me to pay using PayPal, a credit card, or a PlayStation gift card. When I choose the PlayStation card option, it asks for a code, which I already entered. I'm unable to utilize the funds in my wallet to complete the transaction, and I'm unsure how to proceed. This is the first time I've experienced this difficulty.

I got a $25 PSN gift card for Christmas, but when I peeled off the scratch area, the numbers got ruined. Some are readable, but I'm missing about three numbers. I don’t have the receipt since it was a gift. I'm not sure what to do next. Is there a way to provide proof of the unreadable numbers? Please assist.

I recently bought a $50 PlayStation Store card, but when I tried to redeem the code, it showed as invalid or already used. I can provide the card and receipt for verification purposes. I was charged $64.something for a year of Playstation Plus before I had the opportunity to input a redemption code I received yesterday. I am seeking a refund for the automatic purchase and confirmation that the code I entered yesterday is still valid, extending my Playstation Plus subscription until 12/25/[redacted]. I redeemed the code approximately 4 hours after the charge, so I believe a full refund is appropriate. Thank you.

I initially attempted to sign into my PS4 account on my phone while away from my console. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and reset it, only to realize I had a new phone number and did not receive the verification code. Now I am unable to access various accounts, including my console, without the code. I kindly request to update my phone number to [redacted] or receive a backup code. Thank you.

I recently reset my password after facing login issues with my PlayStation account on my phone. Although I successfully logged in on my phone, I encountered the same problem on my PS4 and PlayStation.com. Even after resetting my password again, I still cannot sign in on my PS4 or the website, but the app allows me to sign in using the new password.

I created a new PlayStation account because I couldn't purchase PS Plus on my American account. Unfortunately, I forgot the password and date of birth for my previous account which accidentally charged my mom's account. Hello, my phone was stolen back in August. I am concerned about how the thief was able to gain access to the device. Despite contacting support a few times, I was informed that I needed my grandson's password. I have finally received it this week when I saw him over the Christmas holiday. I have noticed a recurring charge of $10.88 per month on my bank statement and would like to request for this to be canceled. I wasn't aware that my PlayStation Plus subscription would automatically renew and charge my card. Last year, I bought a yearly subscription from GameStop during Black Friday to avoid this. This year, I received it as a gift and wasn't notified before it renewed yesterday, charging me $65. When I tried to call customer service, the automated system hung up on me. I need the money refunded as it was intended for a Christmas gift. I would like the PS Plus subscription canceled so I can use the gift card my brother gave me instead.

I am experiencing an issue with playing a game I purchased from the PS Store. Every time I try to play, I receive an error message stating that the data is corrupted. I recently returned from a month-long holiday and discovered that my PS4 account has been suspended due to violating the terms of service for sharing inappropriate content through messages. I believe someone else may have accessed my account and sent these messages without my knowledge. Hello PlayStation Support, my name is Steven S. I am reaching out regarding my PlayStation account that has been banned. The problem started on December 17, [redacted], when a payment of $66.31 was processed for a one-year PS membership without my knowledge. Unfortunately, I did not have enough funds in my account at the time. This caused my account to go into a negative balance of -$[redacted].31 due to an additional $34 in interest for the late payment. I contacted my bank, Chase Bank, who advised me to reach out to PlayStation to resolve the issue. Despite multiple attempts over four days to contact PlayStation customer support at 1-[redacted], I was unable to reach a representative. Following my bank's advice, I filed a claim with Chase to prevent further charges. However, instead of resolving the payment, my account was unexpectedly banned. I am frustrated as my PlayStation deleted a download that took me three days to finish. I was playing the game for a day when the PlayStation froze, so I restarted it, only to find out that the entire download was gone. This is incredibly disappointing as I had just made purchases within the game, and now everything is lost. I am dreading the idea of waiting another three to four days for it to download all over again. I have attempted to contact support but have not received any response or call back. I purchased the game Infinite Warfare which includes two downloadable contents - one for Modern Warfare Remastered and the other for extra DLC for Infinite Warfare. However, when I try to redeem the codes in the PlayStation Store, it says they are expired or not activated. I returned the game to the store and got a new copy with two new codes, but the issue persists when I try to redeem them.

I bought a $50 PSN card and a 3-month PS Plus card for $24.99 as a Christmas gift for my son. When he tried to redeem the codes on his account on Christmas evening, he received an error code indicating that the cards were not activated. I attempted to return them to Walmart, where I bought them, but without a receipt and because they were purchased with cash, they wouldn't activate them. They suggested I contact customer service to have them activated.

My PlayStation 4 was hacked at around 5:45 a.m. this morning. Six unauthorized purchases were made on my account, and the hacker changed the associated email address. Luckily, my bank intercepted the transactions before they went through, preventing any financial loss. However, I am unable to access my account now due to the email change. I am currently out of town and worried about losing any progress I have made.

I recently acquired a PlayStation 4 Pro to replace my old PlayStation that stopped working. I have my login details but am unable to access the 2-step Verification code due to a change in my phone number and forgetting my backup codes. I recall my PlayStation ID and the original email associated with the account, which I've had since my PlayStation 3. I was in a group chat on Christmas Eve, and after receiving a disrespectful message on PlayStation, I replied in kind and then left. The next day, I found out I was banned, which is frustrating because I can't use the new Turtle Beach headset I received for Christmas.
