I own a PlayStation 4 Pro that is just a year old. Recently, I noticed a rattling or vibrating sound coming from the top right of the console when it's placed flat. This noise occurs when the system is turned on, even in rest mode. I have tried using different sockets like a surge protector and a wall outlet, but the noise persists. I am hesitant to open the system and void the warranty. How can I resolve this issue without compromising the warranty?

My PSN account was banned because my girlfriend wrongly accused me of scamming her, although she willingly gave me her card details. After a dispute with her ex, I used some of the money in her account to purchase V-bucks without her authorization. When she found out, she asked me not to use her funds and I agreed to return the money. However, she still reported me for scamming to the PSN support team.

I attempted to log into my account on my computer, but I mistakenly entered the password incorrectly several times. Consequently, I am unable to reset my password now. As a result, my Wi-Fi access is currently blocked, and I am unable to access my PSN account. I kindly request to have the Wi-Fi block removed because I have the correct password. Although the system initially indicated that my password was incorrect, upon reattempting later, it was recognized as correct. Additionally, if feasible, I would like to update my date of birth on the account to enable me to reset the password successfully.

I recently purchased NBA 2K20 from GameStop instead of the PlayStation Store. I bought the Legend Edition, expecting to receive 100K VC, 50K MT, and other cosmetic items. However, upon loading the game, I did not receive any of the extras. Since I did not pre-order the game, there is no code on the receipt. I was disappointed by this experience and would appreciate a response. Thank you.

I mistakenly purchased FIFA on my account instead of my brother's. I downloaded and played the game for about 4 hours before my brother wanted to play. I advised him to set my account as primary, but it didn't work. It showed that another system had activated my account as their primary. I went to the PlayStation website, had everyone sign out, and attempted to set it as primary, but encountered the same issue. After changing the password and signing everyone out, the problem persisted. I then set up two-step security, but the issue remains unresolved.

Hello, good morning! I have a question about my PlayStation account. For the past 4 days, I've been encountering errors whenever I try to open any application. The message says my psn connection has failed, even though I am signed in and connected to the internet. I've tried restoring my licenses, reconnecting to the internet multiple times, and restarting my PlayStation, but nothing seems to work. Recently, I managed to play Fortnite after receiving an error message, but all other games prompt me to connect to the internet. We purchased a PlayStation 4 for our son for Christmas. While setting it up yesterday, he also received a voucher for a 12-month PlayStation Plus subscription and a £50 Wallet top-up as gifts. During the setup, both top-up cards were entered and were accepted successfully, but unfortunately, the £50 top-up wallet was used to pay for the PlayStation Plus subscription instead of the intended 12-month Now subscription. Our son, who is 19 and autistic, should be the main user, but it appears that we are currently registered as the main user. We are reaching out for assistance as he is feeling upset about not receiving his Now subscription due to the mix-up with the wallet top-up.

I noticed that my annual subscription for my PS4 online was charged on Christmas. I was low on funds yesterday and thought the payment would decline, but it unexpectedly went through since my job paid me early. This financial situation is causing stress during this time of year, and I need to recover the $70. I rarely use the online service, so this situation is very inconvenient. Although the charge appeared on my bank statement for Friday, December 27th, which is tomorrow, the transaction actually occurred on Wednesday the 25th.

I am experiencing issues accessing my PlayStation Network account due to problems with two-step verification. I stopped receiving codes on my previous phone number, +1 [redacted], so I changed it to +1 [redacted]. I'm currently logged into my account, which has been inactive for a while. I added a $50 PSN gift card yesterday but can't make any purchases because I can't recall my password. I've been struggling to download a game on my PS4 for several hours. The console keeps shutting down, and even when I manage to complete the download, the game won't open. When the PS4 shuts down in rest mode, it claims it was done so incorrectly, and then it takes a while to boot up again. Strangely, after rebooting, all my previously installed games are no longer there. This is the first time I've encountered such extreme downloading and console issues, and I'm not sure what triggered it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have recently added a second PS4 to our household. I am attempting to share the games purchased on the PS Store from the old PS4 to this new one using game sharing. I followed the process, but upon logging into the new PS4 with the old account ID, I noticed that not all the games were showing up in the library. Particularly, games like NHL 20, Call of Duty Modern Warfare ([redacted]), and Destiny 2 were missing, even though they were purchased on the Playstation Store. Hello, I have pre-ordered the Kingdom Hearts 3 DLC called "Remind." When I checked the countdown for its release, I noticed that the date displayed was incorrect.
