Hello, I am having trouble accessing my PS4 account. When I attempt to log into the PlayStation app, it states that my password is incorrect. I have tried resetting it, but when I enter my email for the reset process, I am directed to a page asking for identity verification with my date of birth. I input my date of birth, but it is deemed incorrect. Unfortunately, I am currently locked out of my PlayStation account as I am unable to recall my password. Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

My account linked to [redacted], which goes by ThanatosProphecy, is currently inaccessible. I am unable to log in and am worried because I cannot receive emails through iCloud. I just wanted to access my account at a friend's house, but I couldn't. Now, I fear my account has been stolen, and even my PS4 at home might be logged out.

I used my PlayStation 4 without any issues yesterday. However, today when I tried to log in, I received a message stating that my account had been banned for violating the terms of service and user agreement. My account name is B1G_Lz_. I am confused as I primarily use my account to play games and watch Netflix, and I believe I have not violated any rules. I would appreciate it if I could regain access to my account. I need to connect my AirPods to my PS4 to use them as a mic, but I have forgotten my login details since I created the account years ago. I remember the email address but not the password. Unfortunately, I can't access the email account to reset the password because I forgot its password too. I urgently require assistance in changing my email and password for my login without losing any of my data.

Hello everyone, I am currently in Latvia with my PS4. Unfortunately, I do not have internet access here, and I am being prompted by my PS4 to activate my account as the primary one in order to access the games I purchased from the PS online store. However, without an internet connection, this task seems impossible. I attempted to set my account as the primary one using my phone's internet connection. I successfully logged in, activated the account, disconnected from the internet, but after 15 minutes, I was unexpectedly kicked out of the game with all progress lost.

We received a PlayStation 4 for my son for Christmas. We encountered significant difficulties while trying to set it up. Additionally, we received a 12-month PlayStation Plus gift card. When I entered the code, it was accepted. We also received a £50 wallet gift card that we added to the account to cover the cost of the 12-month subscription game pass. However, it seems that the wallet funds were used to pay for the PlayStation Plus subscription instead of the game pass. Can someone assist in resolving this issue?

I have been banned for writing a message to a player, I quote verbatim "Play Minecraft", in the chat there was only this message from me, and a message containing explicit insults which I reported. Shortly after, I found my account banned for one month for violating Sony's conduct (foul language). With all modesty and humility, I do not believe that "play Minecraft" can be considered an insult as it is a simple invitation to play a game, which I can write to anyone without fear of any repercussions.

I am experiencing issues with my account suddenly getting logged out and being locked. Despite correctly entering my date of birth for password reset, the system deems the email invalid. I am concerned about losing access to my account, as the only recent change I made was updating my email address. I previously accessed GTA V on my brother's PlayStation, where I purchased the $10 Criminal Enterprise Pack. Now that I have my own PlayStation, I am aware that I need to buy the game myself. However, I am encountering an issue where I can only see the $30 regular edition available for purchase instead of the $15 Premium Online Edition that I intended to buy.

I sold my old PS3 a year and a half ago and just received a new one for Christmas today. When attempting to re-download my previously purchased Call of Duty Black Ops 1 and Black Ops 2 map packs, I realized I had bought them on a different account named Pltnmattck03. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the email address or password associated with this account, which was created around Christmas of [redacted]. I am hoping to retrieve access to this account to avoid repurchasing all the map packs.

My account's 1-month ban ended around 2 weeks ago. On December 18th, I received an IP ban for 48 hours but it was extended without being given a reason for five days beyond the supposed end time. I believe the ban is unjustified as I haven't violated any rules and simply want my IP unbanned. The ban was scheduled to be lifted today at 5:40, but it hasn't happened. This situation is becoming frustrating. My PSN name is Cynical_6T.

Recently, my PS4 was stolen, and I have replaced it with a new PS4 Pro. I'm having trouble deactivating the old one online as my nephew did it previously. I have updated my password and email since then. To use the account on my current system, I need help deactivating it. I have the serial number of my original PS4 saved on my phone and the card linked to my account. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I tried to link my Fortnite account with my PS4 but forgot my password. After several failed attempts, I received a connection timeout message. I then tried logging in from my phone and encountered an error when trying to link my Epic Games account. The same issue occurred when I attempted to connect from the console. After restarting the PS4, I found that I couldn't sign in due to a PlayStation Network connection problem. I need help resolving this issue so I can access my account.

I bought a PS4 and the PlayStation VR Mega Pack bundle with 5 games. After my daughter redeemed the code, we only received Everybody’s Golf and Astro Bot Rescue Mission. We are missing Skyrim VR and ended up buying Resident Evil Biohazard online, which was supposed to be included. We tried redeeming the code again but it said it was already used. Since it's Christmas and that's the game my family was looking forward to, we are wondering if you can help with Skyrim and a possible refund for Resident Evil since we already bought it in the bundle. Hello, I am experiencing some issues with my PlayStation 4. Lately, when I power on the console, I am getting a message stating that my extended storage device has been disconnected and needs repair, even though I have not disconnected it myself. This is a new occurrence that never happened before during start-up. In addition, I have noticed that the system is running slowly and lagging. For instance, accessing notifications and downloads is taking longer than usual, and some downloads are not showing up. The main concern I have is related to game discs and digital games. Whenever I insert a disc or try to play digital games, I keep receiving a notification about a corrupted file, requiring the game to be deleted and redownloaded. Despite attempting to restore databases as suggested online, the issue persists, and I am unable to play my games smoothly. I would appreciate any guidance on resolving these problems to enjoy uninterrupted gaming sessions. Thank you for your assistance.

I am unable to access the Play Store. I contacted PlayStation, but due to high call volumes, I couldn't reach them, and the automated recording disconnected my call regardless of the option chosen, which is frustrating. Additionally, I received three emails asking about my experience but didn't receive any help or communication. This lack of customer service is disappointing. I feel let down by PlayStation and now hesitant to spend more money on their products. I believe PlayStation should fulfill their duties better, especially considering the money we, as customers, invest in their services. I am considering requesting a refund due to the unsatisfactory support provided.

I am having trouble logging into my PSN account on my PS4 profile. I purchased a console and skipped creating a PSN account initially to start gaming. After playing Death Stranding for a few hours, I decided to create an account on my smartphone. However, when I try to log in or create a new account on my PS4 profile, I keep encountering the CE-[redacted]-4 error. I can successfully log in or create accounts on other profiles on the console, but they do not have access to my saved game progress. I am concerned about losing my progress in the game. How can I resolve this issue?

I recently purchased a brand-new PS4 and set it up today. While updating the system, my controller may have died, and now I am encountering an error code (SU-[redacted]-0) on my TV. I am uncertain if the controller is charging correctly. When I connected it to the PS4, the orange light turned on, then off in a pulsing manner, rather than flashing. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue.

My account has been hacked for about three months, and I am unable to take any action on it. My Gmail has been changed, and everything. I understand this may sound strange, but it's completely true. In the past, I was able to recover my account by providing the serial number of the PS4 used to create the account. Unfortunately, I no longer have that PlayStation as it's been almost a year. I just want to regain access to my account and be able to update the Gmail and password.
